I recently had my bathroom remodeled and I am overly ecstatic with the end result! The team did an outstanding job transforming a very old bathroom into a contemporary aesthetically appealing one. The project from start to finish was executed with top notch quality service. I appreciated the attention to detail and amount of effort put into making sure the bathroom was exactly what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions to make the space even better. Very impressed with how they brought my bathroom back to life!

Highly recommend. We had water damage in our kids bedroom in our Lincoln Park condo unit. Marco and the Jates team came in and did a terrific job from start to finish:-Cost effective cost estimate and assessment of issue-Cleaned out the inner wall of damage and redid wall, and wood flooring.-They were extremely timely, communicated the whole process of what they would be doing each day, and actually over-delivered in terms of finishing several days ahead of schedule.-Greatly appreciated their attention and hard work.

When I got a call from our downstairs neighbor about a leak one afternoon, I was prepared for a long and stressful process of repairs and remodeling. Antonio and his team made what would normally be a very difficult process simple, easy, and above all quality.They took the time to walk me through what they would be doing. They showed me what had been done improperly and what they would do to fix the issue.Throughout the process they communicated often to let me know what their progress was, and when they felt they would be finished. Their tile specialist paid extra attention to detail and made sure that the final product would look great, and function properly. He even took the time to share why he did things a they was he did to better educate me as a home owner.

Guys did a fantastic job with my kitchen backsplash and soffit/fascia repair. They are truly jacks of all trades. Extremely professional, great communication, great clean up. They are 5 stars in my book.

We bought our first condo downtown Chicago and we very nervous about how to get our 3 bathrooms done without feeling overwhelmed. Luckily for us we found Jates construction. The crew was unbelievably professional and so hands on with every decision that was made during the job. Always helpful with questions about what direction they were going as well as keeping us informed on whatever the next step was in their process. We are so elated with the finished product. We just had a house warming get together and our bathrooms were the hit of the party. Especially our Freestanding tub and Rain shower. By the way the all the bathrooms are Marble.
