Terrible experience purchasing a 2020 GT1 Stinger in June 2021. If it wasnt for me finding the car after a year and a half of searching for this specific one I wouldve bounced. Purchased this (CPO) Certified Pre-Own Stinger GT1 vehicle. Unaware of what a CPO really was, but I was told I had to purchase a CPO in order to buy the Stinger (Joseph said this applied to Stingers and Tellurides). The sales person was Joseph. He more than likely was coached how to talk to me and what to say. The CPO was $2,066 in addition to the cost of the car. Trust your instincts people...once the purchase was done, the month of June/July I went to 3 other KIA dealerships and had them review my paperwork. All 3 notified me of the same thing regarding my paperwork, the vehicle I purchased was already Certified Pre-Owned....their question was why did they charge me for something the vehicle already had. They suggested I go back and confront the GM, which I did. Long story short the GM Daniel Faria was in total denial they did anything wrong or that they owed me anything back. He was rude, loud talked me, and didnt even have the courtesy to speak with me in his office (he said he didnt have one). PLUS, he put a mask on when coming to speak with me, hardly no one inside the dealership was wearing a mask, he merely wanted to hide behind his mask because he knew he was wrong. Faria said that my official window sticker did not mean what it was displaying, Certified Pre-Owned...he told me it meant Certified Pre-Ready...no such thing. After the encounter he attempted to offer me a $100 gift card which I sent him an email declining...he never responded. From July 29 to present he has refused to reach out to me. From June 2021 to August 26, 2021, this is how long it took to get my tag. The dealership would not return my phone calls or respond to my emails about my tag (so therefore I couldnt drive the car...it just sat in the garage). POOR POOR customer service. **BEWARE of the games they will play....if theres a chance to sh*^! you out of your hard earned money, they will do it with no remorse (its their common practice, so I have heard). Other dealerships told me that was my first mistake, buying from them. This should tell you something. Buy elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!! The rude ones I dealt with is the General Manager, Donald, and Karie. At one point I thought she was ok, but after the purchase she changed to a different person. Joseph, I believe he is just ordered around in a sense and told what to do and say by the higher ups. If you want excellent service, professionalism, and someone who has customer service skills, speak with Andrew Myers!! If I could rate a negative 1000, I would. Im floored with my experience! Other dealership were floored as well! Believe me, I reached out to many.Ive seen the general responses to complaints and reviews on here...Sorry that you feel this way...blah blah blah....dont bother!

Horrible experience, sales person (Victor) was great but then the manager (Gerald) comes out all arrogant thinking he’s gonna close a deal. I told them what I wanted and they didn’t have it so they tried to tell sell me what they had on site, no thank you☺️ Then he has the nerve to tell me I won’t get what I’m looking for and I don’t know what I’m talking about. Gerald needs a course on costumer service because he’s literally the worst.
My family and I went to Kia looking at one specific car, the Kia k5 gt. We were lucky enough to meet Victor Rosario, who helped us through the process of me buying a car. Everyone we spoke to at Kia were wonderful to talk to. Victor stood out due to his personality. He was extremely patient with us over the span of 2 days. If youre looking for who to talk to, victor is your guy. He is not one of those fake nice car salesman, he is a genuinely good person that is patient and will help you find the car youre looking for.
I brought my car there for an inspection and routine maintenance. I pulled in and right away the service writer came and got all of my info and helped me get my kids and stuff out of the car. Then, he gets me set up at a table so I can work with my daughter and her homeschool work. We were only there an hour and we were taken care of. I’m so happy with the whole experience!

This was my first time taking my Kia to Courage Kia for a routine oil change and check up. The management team was very courteous and honest; although I was informed that there was a considerable wait time, I was out much sooner than I expected. The management team (also certified technicians) had stepped in to assist their team to ensure that the customers were out in a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed.
The salesman Shelton and owner were awesome with customer service. The owner showed appreciation for me being a 1st responder and they even assisted us with trying to link up the garage/car issue that was subsequently resolved

Kia is building a new dealership and they are currently across the street for now. I went in for my first oil change of my Kia Carnival and it was a great experience. My service advisor was very nice and took about an hour. Would recommend.

Hello, I was at Courage Kia on Saturday. Even though I didnt purchase my vehicle at Courage Kia I still took it there for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a NC inspection. Everyone I came into contact with were extremely nice to me. I spoke with a young gentleman named Chris. Chris was friendly and helpful. He showed me around the place and where all I could sit, however it was a very nice day and I chose to sit outside under a tree. They were finished with me in the amount of time they told me it would take. I was also there back in November and my remarks would have been the same.
From working with John Falls, finance manager and GM was a great experience. Went out of there way to help with all aspects of sale and trade. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for there next vehicle.

I started and finished my car search here. I visited to learn about the K5. Jon was great and answered all my questions. About a month later, when I was ready to buy, I came back. Jon and Andrew did worked with me to get me a good deal, and Donnie helped get me financed and out the door as quickly as possible. Courage KIA has a great bunch of friendly people there and I would recommend them to anyone in the car market.

Snaider astorga the service associate vacuumed my car while he waiting for the service tech to take my car back for a oil change and tire rotation. WOW! It seems as if my review was deleted??? As I still see my review through my google profile. Hmmmmm???Came in for a diagnosis to see what was going on with my car. I was literally in there for 2 hours! By the time the service associate had their answer of me, he told me what it was and the price ($1400). I told him I would have to wait so I could let my father take it to the mechanic he knows to get a price quote there as well. The service associate was extremely extremely pushy, I continued to have to tell him that I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed right then - I probably had to tell him this more than a handful of times. Finally he said he would have me checked out in 10 minutes. Nope! It was way longer than that, I had to get one of the others to check me out because the specific one went and got on some phone call when he should have been checking me out so I could go - keep in mind I had already waited 2+ hours!!EDITED 5/12:I just received an email from this same service department with a list of the services they said that they recommended at the time. None of the listed items are what the service associate told me!EDITED 5/19:The quote for fixing my car that Courage Kia gave me was $1400. Thankfully I found an excellent auto mechanic shop, Comptons Automotive, who is fixing my car today at a price of $607! WHEW! Look elsewhere - you will find cheaper places to get your car fixed at!
After leaving another dealership where things just didn’t work out we had almost given up all hope but the wonderful people at Kia came through. Victor helped me and my mom come to a decision when it came to buying a car. Extremely helpful and is honest with his work. Two weeks ago I was traveling back to Indiana from Charlotte, NC. My 2012 Kia Optima experienced major engine troubles. The vehicle had 132,000 miles on it. With minimal options I flew back to Indy and had my car towed to Courage Kia on Sunday. I called the Service Manager Justin on Monday and he said they had a service ticket wrote up and will give me a call on Tuesday. He did just that and told me that the engine was bad and it was under the recall and they ordered a new engine. That engine was due in that following week and they would need a couple of days to install. They called me back that following Thursday and told me the car was completed and has been test drove a couple of times. I flew out to Charlotte and picked up the car and drove back to Indy over the weekend. The car drove perfectly with no issues whatsoever.I am exceptionally pleased with Kia standing behind their vehicles and my experience with the Service Manager, Justin could not have been any better. I give both Kia and Courgae Kia Service Department 5 out of 5 stars for the attention to detail and timeliness of the service.Thank you, Randy
I purchased a 2020 Optima last year from them, and my experience was pretty good. However, I have to say that this year was even better. Chris Peake is a very professional, down to earth, family type of sales person. It was the professionalism, yet down to earth and as if we had known each other for years that did it for me. He was not pushy or using words to get a sale. I already knew I as going to purchase my Range Rover, but being professional is what closed the deal at Courage for the second year in a row.
Alright service just quote was misquoted so ended up being charged more then when setting up the appointment, also told the same price during drop off it was not till I went to pay that the price went up. This was for an oil change on a kia vehicle.

We tried to purchase a car here based on the price posted on their website. That price was MSRP. Once we got to the place, drove the car, and was ready to commit, these jokers raised the price $5000 from what they posted on website as full price. I know cars & houses is a sellers market so buyers have little or no leverage on price for certain hot cars, I get that, but you should honor your internet pricing. Total waste of our time & effort.
So I went to Courage Kia not knowing what to expect while doing a trade in. But with the help of Andrew and Cecilia it was a smooth process. And Andrew was very honest with me about my trade in as far as the numbers. He also thought me some things I didn’t know. They both were professional and kept me entertained during the process. Cecilia kept me informed about every step along the way.

First I took 2 of my car in for service. My first oil change for new car purchased should be free but it was not, charged over 70$. My second car needed a new battery and I was charge 300$. For short that is all the money I will give them.
Worst place I have ever dealt with during a car buying experience. Victor was amazing. Victor wasn’t even my sales rep but he stepped up and took over after I walked out of the dealership crying because Donnie who works in finance was so disrespectful. I have Had my car for a month and I get a letter in mail saying my “GAP” wasn’t covered due to information provided. Left numerous voicemails for a lady named Brittany & never got a returned phone call. Finally, I called again asked to speak to somebody else different & got transferred to a lady named Tonya (she was amazing). She told me she was going to transfer me to the finance manager ( don’t have a name & never got in touch with them I got voicemail again). Finally, called back and got back to Donnie ( who was the disrespectful one listed above ) & he told me everything was fine. Well, after calling American Finance who sent the letter they said it was voided & denied. Donnie says “They have already sent over the information” then Donnie switched up and said “I’ve laid the papers on her desk for the lady to get to”. I simply said “thought you already sent them to American Finance” which he stated that he done previous. So obviously he’s a liar along as disrespectful. Oh & don’t let me forget their tint guy ain’t the best. After buying the car the tint had bubbles so I took the car back to them let the redo it the second time & sat there for 8 hours & my car still has bubbles. Now they will be writing me a check for $300 & most places I’ve called are wanting to charge around $420. Definitely don’t recommend purchasing a car through Courage Kia.
If you are even remotely looking for a new or used car right now or even thinking about trading up, please give Sheldon and Gerald a chance at Courage! On a whim, I checked a competitors website to see how much my current car is worth found out I could trade in and have a decent down payment to use towards a brand new car. In one weekend- I went to 4 other dealerships to test drive cars/discuss pricing. Everyone else literally tried asking for 3k-13k over the original MSRO sticker. One dealership even told me they will charge me for accessories that “come on the car” even if I didn’t want them to begin with!! I understand with COVID right now and inflation of pricing it’s hard to find a deal and dealers still need to make a profit.We called on Tuesday morning and Sheldon spent the whole day working with him manager Gerald to figure out pricing, what they could do on my trade in value, and figure out when the actual car that I wanted was set to be delivered ALL BEFORE I even stepped into their office.Pricing you are online are no gimmicks, no mark up’s, no false advertising. I got that from everyone else. Not Courage.Sheldon was polite, non abrasive, extremely on point with the entire process. When it came to “decide time”, Gerald was honest and upfront with us and even willing to negotiate the final cost/worth of my trade in to help keep me at the payment level I wanted to be at. None of this back and forth garbage you get with other dealerships- your sales person running back and forth to finance for hours to “get you at your best finance rate and payment”.So please- give them your business. They are there to help you and want to give you their best deal possible without all the hassle in between.

The work was Done Great, and everyone was so Nice, but had to contact Eric the manager to get the work scheduled to be done.The issue was getting the part and getting the appointment set up to get the work done !! Total of 6 mnths. Frustrating Experience ..
