If you cannot tell me whether or not I can get my car in for a service and it’s sitting on a rollback, then you don’t need to run a shop. Completely unprofessional. Sad that I had to give it one star. Maybe have someone aside your girlfriend answering the phone and doing business for you. Grr! Completely incompetent & unprofessional.

Really good service and fast

I work for a bank and had to repo a truck that was taken to this facility for repairs. My customer passed away and I had to get the truck because money was still owed on it. They charged us $50 a day in storage fees, refused to negotiate the price and gave me an hour to pick it up or face two more days of storage fees. Unbelievable!!!

Worst service ever!!!Ripped me off and bullied me just because I am a woman. I had to get the police officer to help me to finish paying the bill and get my car since they refused to allow me to pay by my credit card just because i challenged them the price 358 other than 350 which i thought was the right price we agreed about.And the worst is, with the help of the police officer who he called, I got back my car, however, only drove less than half a mile, my car got new problems. Since i hate this place so much and definitely would never come back, so I just chose to pay hundreds more to get it fixed in a good place.
