I love Allstate !! We were paying $300 a month with our previous insurance and I decided I’ve had enough . My rates increased every year and my husband and I have no points and no accidents but yet my premiums still went up . I called Allstate to get a quote and my insurance was cut in half and that’s with renters insurance!! I’m so glad we made the switch !!

Reached out to Alan Carpenter in numerous occasions and ways. Will not return calls and wont answer emails. I have bee an Allstate customer for over 30 years and with same agent until he retired. Alan Carpenter took it over from him and its been crappie service since him doing so. If you want good professional service choose a different agent

I did 5 star because the agency have very nice Latin representing with very good up standard with to helpfully on my need, her name is maria Isabel !!! She always try customers be very satisfied with cuality good services on any need one

So I have a perfect driving record, had license for 15 yrs and I’m a CDL driver/professional driver and this place was charging me $350 a month for just collision on one car!!!!!! Almost the same same as the car payment itself. So called State Farm and boom $100 a month. So u tell me how State Farm got it for $100 but this rip off Allen Carpenter Allstate was $350. Sounds like I was being schemed on to me. Stay away from this insurance company and shop around before you just jump on one

Very disappointed they ran out out of chicken and dumplings! But no one at my table liked their meal. The chicken fried steak wasnt hot and tasted like it was reheated not fresh. The hasbrown casserole had no taste. My daughter didnt finish her meal. Very dissappointed with one of our favorite restaurants.
