Availability of our agent Lisa Wilson. Her professionalism when dealing with her either in person or on the phone. Her ability to get problems solved when I thought it was becoming extremely difficult to deal with the National Catastrophe Team on my claim. We have been an Allstate customer for over 50 yrs. and she is THE person I choose to deal with. We have always been treated successfully with the few claims we have had. We are very happy with Allstate and Lisa Wilson.
