Took my truck to ttr today and will never be back!!!! Here’s a classic case of a shop trying to take advantage of a woman. Not sure how they think this is ok or I wouldn’t shop around to see if I could get parts cheaper but getting them from a DEALERSHIP for $857 CHEAPER is not okay. I understand a little markup but that was pure ignorance!! I am highly disgusted with this “shop” and do not recommend. I also sat there over an hour waiting for the estimate for repairs and finally asked them to email to me because of the lack of urgency. Your customer service sucks and people’s time matters. I understand being busy but that was not timely whatsoever. I finally got my estimate after over 6 hours and 2 phone calls about it. Not sure how you have a 4.9 rating but I will be passing my experience along to my trucking friends and will not be back here.
