The staff here is incredible, very knowledgeable and friendly, I went into get some information on different phones and was able to get all the information I needed and some. Lewis and Ashley did and amazing job of helping me with my decision. I wound up staying past closing and they both maintained the same helpful and positive attitude as when I walked through the door. I will be back shortly to purchase a plan and a phone. I will be recommending this store to anyone who is in need of a new phone. Huge thanks to Lewis and Ashley.

A very professional young man named Lewis assisted my wife and I with a purchase of the newest apple phone for her birth day. I bought every thing in the store that fit her phone. The young white guy that works their doesnt seem to know what he is talking about. Everytime I go in there he seems to be uncertain about the questions Im asking and just make up stuff. I really dont like going to that location but if I ever have time I will always go to the att store in the white oak shopping center.

Fantastic crew works there. I stopped by recently to open a new internet service at my house, and although there was an issue with a technician and miscommunication that was outside of the stores crew control, the whole situation was handled and resolved professionally, with pride and dignity. They are rockstars. I appreciate their effort very much and recommend the store to anyone with business or residential service matters.

The service exceeded my expectations. I had issues(major) with customer service over the phone and at various stores. Coming to this store was a true blessing. Not only I got ALL my issues resolved, those that I had for over a year but also left the store wanting to come back and become a customer again. Which I left for all the issues not with the actual service but the customer service all along. Thanks to the employees and store manager my worse experience with a wireless carrier changed. And if you look at something to make it better, they speak Spanish!

Worse shopping experience ever! Dont go there unless you want your day ruined. Management is terrible. They take the pandemic as joke, they don’t sanitize anything at all ! Horrible experience
