This place is always clean! I love it! Most people wear masks and that is awesome. You always have those who cannot comply, but these are the times. I lost my card which still has money on it so I had to get a new card. Much to my surprise, when I entered my info it recognized me and asked me if I wanted to recover my card. I did and it not only gave me a new card but had the funds loaded that were still Kerry in my old one! Holy cow! This has never happened to me before! Kudos!

Wonderfully updated and modernized! Attendant was available when we were there. Bathrooms have been renovated as well, but still lack an overall clean feel.

Wondèrful.We moved from our house of 7 years to another State,Rented a townhouse.Ut doesnt have machines.This place was fantastic.

Much better than the one at Tower Shopping Center and the one on S. Saunders....nobody hovering around begging for anything. Clean facility and helpful attendants.

Garner, NC.....Very clean. Its nice not to have to find quarters to use. You sign up and use your debit card to put money on a card they give to you to use to wash and dry. I love that!! Definitely will use again!

Convention hours .clean. well kept ; washer and dryers if need repairs its done in a timely manner clean restrooms, floors nice and clean staff on location, hes very helpful very pleasant person

Same as the Fayetteville Rd. location, maybe just a bit smaller. Nice attendant encounter. No substantive complaints. Have not visited restroom.

Nice and clean now, but I think the machines got smaller and cost more.

Decent Laundromat - best one seen (thus far) in town. Several washing machines cycles vary wildly in length of wash times for the same cycles. Dryers are hot - but also have a tendency to melt items onto the drums of some, requiring a quick inspection (and sometimes scraping) prior to drying ones clothes.

Had broken machines that take your money and doesnt operate.No phone numbers to contact to anywhere.No one present on site.No one enforcing masks, so half the customers arent wearing masks.

It is disgusting in there. The machines are filthy. My clothes came out of washer dirtier than they went in. I chose hot wash but the water was cold and when I informed the attendant she was not helpful at all. And yes they are more expensive than other local facilities. Never ever will I go back there😡

Went in on very hot day to get drinks machine took money did not disburse drinks lady in office told me not there machine not our problem call the 800 number. Thats bad customer service and a bad attitude.

The laundry room is neat and clean.

They do a great job on my shirts with a heavy starch. The shirts look good all day.

Last time I was there with my kids we sat on the bench and waited for our clothes to finish. While playing on our tablets, a roach crawled from under the bench. After looking in the cracks we notices several more roaches (not cockroaches). I wouldnt fold my clothes there or wash again, might take home something you dont want.....

Place is neat and clean, plenty of machines but the dryers take forever and too much money to dry clothes. Also washers are overpriced compared to others in the area.

More expensive than others to wash but the Dryers are better here and last longer per 25¢.D ry cleaning service is a rip off. Way too expensive!!

Seems like a great place until you have an issue. Management denies any wrong doing.
