I couldnt be more impressed with Gregory Poole in Garner. My RV wouldnt start and I had a tripped planned for the next week. They were incredibly busy but fit me in. My warranty company was a little difficult to work with but they worked through it and made the repairs faster than I expected. Judy and John were a pleasure to work with! The facility is clean and inviting which is much different than other repair shops that I am familiar with. This is the second time that I have used them and their service was consistent both times. If you need RV repairs and dont want your RV sitting in a dirt lot until someone can eventually get to it, this has to be your place!
Bad customer service in the parts department taking close to 45 mins just to get proper help
Brought my 2011 Tiffin 42 Diesel Pusher in for service. Very professional operation, friendly folks, and work done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them highly.
We had to go through an outsourced company to get prior approval for our check to go through. Not only was the operator taking the information acting extremely put out, but Nick at the facility was extremely rude and inconvenienced. Our check for over $2500 must not have been worthy of good customer service.
This is a truly fantastic facility. And everyone there is extremely customer service oriented. This is a top-notch RV & Truck Repair Center in addition to all of the other Caterpillar and Bluebird products they sell in service there.

Very competent, professional and helpful staff. Used their mobile service when RV wouldnt start (after no success w local diesel mechanic) and the Poole mechanic quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Also used Poole for significant repair work in their shop (replace muffler and tail pipe, repair cooling system) and again their staff was helpful, informative and highly professional. The repairs did take longer than Id expected as it was their busy season, but Ill use them again anytime the RV needs work or service that Im not comfortable doing myself.
Quick and profession repairs on our motor home. Not inexpensive, but who is? I’ll take top quality repairs over inferior repairs anytime!They have a nice customer lounge too!
I rarely leave reviews especially negative 1s. I need to warn independent owner operators of this place though that’s for sure. Had a engine overhauled before thanksgiving. Since I picked the truck back up it has been nothing but little issues that are very frustrating, including a decent oil leak which truck had to go back for, and now a coolant leak from Headgasket. Don’t worry though they will make you feel as if you are wrong for questioning them about there work. I was going to bring the truck back there for the coolant leak until I found out it can go anywhere under the OPT warranty. I advise any independent owner operator or small operation don’t waste your time with these people. They got paid there money and I got a headache to deal with, who knows what else will show it’s ugly head over time. Totally unprofessional and the workmanship was flat out horrible that’s the only excuse for the oil leaks and now a coolant leak. Gregory Poole Caterpillar in Garner,NC has a shop full of Technicians that can’t even perform a basic overhaul correctly. Anyone that values there hard earned money and there time should stay away from this place.
I have to be one of the most picky people out there when it comes to my Bluebird RV! I brought my bluebird Wanderlodge M380 in for suspension service and let me tell you these guys are excellent! Rod the service manager gave me an estimate prior to any work being done to my coach, which he completely stuck to. My coach, rides as smooth as glass now! To say I’m happy is a understatement, I will always recommend this shop. Thanks Rod for all your help and service!Dan

Great place. But the receptionist is so rude, she barely even wants to answer a question. I dont bother with her I just ask someone else.
Tried doing business with them on 3 separate occasions first time was riddled with disasters from wrong parts to the person i was on the phone with not doing what they said they were going to do costing me a 80 mile round trip for nothing. Recently i have tried to call twice and schedule a time to bring a truck in i bought to run the rack so to speak on valves and injectors and to check overall condition of the engine but i cant get anyone to call me back to discuss a time and pricing. Also the phone calls were about a month apart so they have had plenty of time for someone to take 2 minutes to call me back.
I am so glad I started taking my 1996 Beaver Patriot to Gregory Poole in Raleigh. Rod and James both provide excellent service and kept me apprised of anything I should do to keep my coach in A1 condition!
