This is an amazing tree company and Santos is such a nice, polite guy. He listens to what you need and gives a fair price. They were honestly amazing to watch as they removed 4 trees, ground the stumps, cut back trees on my property line and then cleaned up perfectly. I would use Santos and his team again and would recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers.

Amazon Tree Service did an excellent job removing two trees and grinding 3 stumps. Very prompt response times. Would highly recommend.

The guys from Amazon Tree Service just left and they did a phenomenal job! They cut some huge trees on my property and a couple of them were very close to our home! It was pretty amazing to watch them cut a tree that was at least 120 ft tall and with precision lay it down in between other trees and not damage one! They cleaned up and were just very professional ! Their prices beat all other estimates we had received as well ! Very nice, hard working and professional and I would highly recommend their service!

We are very satisfied with the quality of work that Santos and his crew performed on Friday in our yard. We picked this company for the reasonable estimate and Mr. Garcia being punctual on every appointment we had with him. I witnessed the crew when they cut down trees and branches hanging over my house with precision and carefulness in protecting my property. Santos and his crew were excellent. Three very large tress downed, stumps ground down, and everything hauled away and no mess left behind. They were really very professional, and they beat four other companies on price.Highly recommended, but if your experience is not good, dont blame me :-)

Santos and crew did what I thought was the impossible in removing trees from my back yard. They cleared 6 each 60 foot trees with very limited access and minimal damage to the lawn. Excellent clean up of all debris and power wash of 100 ft. driveway.

Removed a HUGE, diseased tree that lost a large portion of its branches during a storm last summer. Watching their crew work with precision and skill to ensure our home, fences and neighbors yard were safe was really incredible. They worked tirelessly for three days and came back to grind the massive stump soon after. Was very satisfied with their work and would hire them again in an instant.

This is my third time using Amazon Tree Service, and I’m a repeat customer for the following reasons. Quick assessment of the work requested and fair pricing quotes. Work completed quickly and care taken to meet my requests to the level of my expectations. They cleaned up the area very well after the work was complete. Heavy machinery caused minor damage to a gate and plastic drainage pipe, and they went above and beyond to promptly repair these items to like-new condition. They will be my first call the next time I need some tree work completed.

We hired Amazon to prune out all diseased areas of two ornamental trees in our yard - specifically to prune out all of the branches showing the disease because we were advised (not by Amazon) that this is the way to cure this particular blight. Amazon pruned the trees in the basic sense of the word but did not specifically prune out the diseased areas as agreed.In particular they did not address areas near the tops of the trees which they stated they could not reach. This puzzles me especially, because as a tree service, it is their job to reach those places. Only after doing this job (such as it was) and collecting payment (which I am still regretting) did they bother to advise us that the trees likely wont survive and we would be better off removing them. It would have been nice to hear that advice before I threw my money down the toilet.

Amazon Tree Service has been our go-to tree service since our neighbor recommended them about 10-years ago. They just completed another big job for us removing about 28 trees and trimming a whole bunch more. Their prices are better than anyone elses weve ever gotten a quote from. They go the extra mile to make sure their work meets or exceeds your expectations.

Poor communication. They came out promptly for an estimate but when it came time to book, I called, left voicemail, texted. No reply.I was able to get a hold of the office but they didn’t seem to have any organized system as they didn’t have the estimate I was given on file. I was told they would be back in touch and no one ever replied.Do not recommend.
