Fantastic service, they saved my new carpet! I was blown away at how they took a disaster zone area on my brand new carpet and completely got the pet stain out. They were all so pleasant to deal with and prompt on their appointment times. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Dwayne was courteous and explained that he would treat the high traffic areas on my area rug. And I have a mostly white rug but I expected it to come cleaner than it did. I can hardly tell it was cleaned. I feel like I wasted $200+

The young man did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. It all looks much, much better!However, I was puzzled as to why they only sent one technician. In the past, SS always sent two people to handle the equipment and assist each other. I asked why he was alone and the young man would only say there was a change in policy. It seems to me this is a money saving tactic for SS. I feel like this is not the proper way to treat your employees in an attempt to save money. Stanley Steamer might want to reconsider this new policy. At no time did I feel uneasy with this gentleman in my home, but how might he feel without a fellow worker in a strangers house? There are some real nut cases out there. He certainly did not complain, but I tried to put myself in his place and it did not feel comfortable. The policy of sending a pair of workers would get the job done quicker and is much safer for the employees. I hope the next time I call, SS will send two technicians.

Dillon was super nice and helpful(the only reason I’m giving a 3) although their cleaning products didn’t do the trick for my sectional. You can hardly tell it was cleaned which is sad for the price I had to pay.

Tony and Quincy were prompt, professional, and competent. They exceeded my expectations and did a great job cleaning and sanitizing the bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend using this Stanley Steemer location for all of your carpet and floor cleaning needs.

Technician arrived inside of window given. Was professional and explained what he would be doing. Offered advise on pet accidents in the future and was very thorough in his job. When preparing to sell my son’s 2007 CRV, I knew we needed to give the interior extra attention. Stanley Steamer was able to schedule us the same day I called. The 2 man crew arrived early in the 4 hour window. The guys were professional, did not try to up sell, and worked diligently the entire 90 minutes. And boy what a difference! I wish I had taken before and after photos. I know their work will help get us a quick sale. I highly recommend SS for steam cleaning your car interior.

We have a rental unit an have always used Stanley Steamer to clean the carpets before new tenants arrive. They have never disappointed, however this particular cleaning was different. The carpet was in the worst shape it’s EVER been in (last tenants were 3 single guys - and they were FILTHY!) and we were skeptical about ALL of the stains. Anthony Becker arrived and we walked through looking at all of the areas requiring pretreatment. He was by FAR the most thorough technician we’ve ever seen! Did an AMAZING job on both sets of stairs, got all of the stains and paid extra attention to the high traffic areas. I’m keeping his info and will request him for ALL future jobs! We will DEFINITELY have him back to our rental and are planning on bringing him into our current home for annual cleaning as well. Thank you!!

Jordan did an amazing job! He was very friendly and polite with us, and gave us honest answers when he assessed the carpets. He gave us a time frame and kept that time frame and communicated when he was finished to us. He got all of the stains out of the carpets for us and even did extra rooms that I didnt even ask him to do. Overall a great experience with Stanley Steamer and I will be requesting Jordan the next time I need my carpets done for a move out clean.

Ive used Stanley Steamer for a few years now, moving out from houses, apartments, and just keeping the house fresh and clean looking, which is hard to do with a toddler running around. The team that this morning was prompt, and did a great job cleaning all of the areas that I pointed out. Will surely have them back in the future.

I dont even know they did anything at all with my hardwood floors, quality wise it was as good as a couple of cleaning maids with mops. After cleaning, the upholstery was purging CLOUDS of dust if you went across the fabric with a hand! I think the equipment was just too old and worn for a good quality job...The humans behind the service were great on all levels, the technicians and management, trying to make it right...however I still parted with a significant amount of money for pretty much a floor mop.

When you think Stanley steamer you think of the commercials and think the company is going to be easy to work with… right? Well some of that is true! There call in reservation system is great, never a long wait and the customer service agents are excellent! But be careful of the time windows they give you! On the phone they said between 2 and 4! Then they sent an email that said between 2 and 6?? An extra 2 hours! The day of service I received a call at 5pm saying they were running behind and would be closer to 7pm! They ended up showing up right at 6pm! So don’t make plans if you book a cleaning with them! Your whole afternoon will be gone! They guy was very nice and did a good job on the carpet took about 45 minutes! But the waiting was rather annoying!!

Nice fellows. Explained everything including upgrades. Were a perfect team. Floors were clean and no problems. Will def. use next time.

We contacted Stanley Steemer to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. Chris and Michael came out to give us an estimate and explain the process. We decided to use them and scheduling the service was easy. Chris and Michael did a great job and it was a pleasure working with them.

We called on Sat morning needing our carpet cleaned before new furniture arrived on Tuesday. Called the 1-800 number and the lady was super helpful, found us the best deal she could for what we needed done (which was 15-100$ less than a few other places we called AND she was able to get someone to come out that SAME day! He showed up, was very professional, did a great job and everyone was happy!

Just got my air ducts clean, but have had a lot of service with them recently. From dispatch, sales, and service, every employee I’ve interacted with has been phenomenal and I’m so happy with my job. I did read through some of the reviews and have had past negative experiences similar to and from the same time as 2(ish) years ago. After such great experience over the past month (my scheduling not theirs), I can only imagine some changes/crews have happened behind the scenes and management is doing a stellar job at righting the ship

Scheduled a commercial couch clean last week -- the tech shows up yesterday (5 days after scheduling) and says he was double booked. He didnt have the portable machine I scheduled and couldnt service my tenants unit. I was told to reschedule the treatment myself. I call to reschedule it and Fred hangs up on me. After waiting in queue for another 2 minutes another person picked up the line, waited 10 seconds then hung-up on me again. Thus, terminating my call completely. I wanted to use Stanley Steemer for 20+ commercial carpet cleans, but that wont be happening.

The service was great. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Overall a great experience, my carpet looks clean and fresh as new. I will give these technicians a 10 plus for the service their did today at my home.

The team did an outstanding job of cleaning our ducts, vents and entire HVAC system. The amount of dirt and dust they removed was incredible! They were professional, thorough and polite/friendly. I had a move out clean done 2 wks ago. 3 carpeted rooms and 1 hard wood floor. Wanted to have it professionally cleaned so that there were no issues with getting my security deposit back for my rental.After the guy cleaned he said wait 24 hrs for the carpet to fully dry before walking on it. No problem, I was moving that day any way. Thanked and paid him over $400 and he left and so did I.A few days later the owner of the house I was renting sent me pictures of a dirty carpet!! Stains were still there, carpeted steps were dirty and the hardwood floor looked like a mop job! I ended having to not only pay Stanley Steamers but the owner took another $200 out of my security to get the carpet cleaned again!!The guy never said, hey, there were some stains I couldnt get out.Dont wait 24hrs...Check behind them IMMEDIATELY, BEFORE THEY LEAVE!

Technician (forgot name already) was prompt, polite, and did a helluva job... Hopefully the tip I gave him is enough to cover a GOOD lunch... He deserves it!!!!

I would not use Stanley Steemer again. I set up an appointment to have the upholstered furniture in my son’s college apartment cleaned. The first day they came was not until 4:00 pm of their 11:00 to 4:00 promised time window. When they arrived after I’d waited there 5 hours, they did not have the portable equipment they needed to complete the job even after I stressed to the scheduler that there would be no street access to the apartment and they would not be able to work from their van. There was no option but to reschedule for another day. The second crew they sent a few days later did not have the portable equipment either and after I insisted that the job had to be completed that day, they returned to their shop and came back an hour later with the necessary equipment. The crew was friendly and did an adequate job on the upholstery, but the overall customer service was very lacking. The communication between the schedulers and the crews is poor and they wasted a lot of my time. I wouldn’t recommend their services.

Service performed- floor tiles cleaning. It seems like I was the last stop of the day for this crew. The Service started out great with the team spraying the cleaning agent and scrubbing the tile to loosen the dirt. But as the scrubbing progress you could tell the employee was getting tired because he started skipping sections of the floor. Since I didnt know any better and assumed the vacuum steamer would clean any section he missed I didnt say anything and let him continue. Was I wrong.. the steamer wasnt able to clean the tile and grout in the sections he skipped as such when he was done my floor looks like it was clean by two different people. A perfessional and me.When I pointed this out to the guy he took offense to the fact that I was questioning his work.He started that I had wax on the tile and the sections that I was talking about just wouldnt come off.So I pointed out that the entire floor had wax but, he was able to get it of the other section cleaned.I than mentioned that I saw him skipped that entire section when scrubbing.This started an argument. To avoid him walking out and leaving me with a floor that wasnt completed I decided to let him finished. I paid and he left.I went back took my own scrubbing brush and was able to get most of the wax off before the cleaning agent dry.

Made an appointment two weeks out, took the day off of work to be here. Clearly specified a third floor unit and because a portable unit was needed, paid for extra services to meet the minimum required for portable cleaning.Crew arrived without a portable unit. I called Devin, in dispatch, who was unable to resolve the issue and suggested I take another day off of work to reschedule. Ill have to do that, but it will be with another company.

Quincy was polite and did a wonderful job on some very heavy stains on my carpet. He also informed me of the program to save money and care for the carpets more regularly. 5 stars for Quincy!

I just had my carpet, hardwood floors and ducts cleaned today in that order. I was very disappointed. I was assured 3 days before that the services could be done on the same day with the vent cleaning done first, which would make sense as you wouldnt want them walking all over cleaned carpet and hardwood to get to and clean the vents. Well, management at the last minute decided to split the floor and duct cleaning crews and sent the cleaning crew first, so you know what happened. Whatever clean carpet and hardwood I had in the morning did not exist after the duct cleaners came through later. To add insult to injury, they charged my card (using the information given to the carpet/hardwood cleaners earlier that day) without my authorization and I have yet to receive an invoice. More salt to the wound, they did not give me the $55 discount I was supposed to receive on this $500 service. I will never use Stanley Steemer again. I paid over $600 to have my carpet, hardwood and ducts cleaned and it was not worth the money.

Evan, from Stanley Steemer, just left our home after cleaning the tile & grout in our kitchen, hall and downstairs bathroom. I just couldnt be more pleased! These areas are high traffic and had gotten more dirty and discolored than I like to admit...but now...these floors look as good as the day the tile was installed. Evan was a JEWEL! He was so pleasant and efficient and we would welcome him back in our home again. WHY would anyone get down on their hands & knees to scrub grout???? This is the answer!!!
