The take fake social security and id

I have went into the office twice. Have inquired weekly about jobs. When I call they put you on hold immediately. I have been on hold in upwards of 35 mins. They often times do not come back on the line.They like to leave you hanging on the line. Bad business practice. I would definitely NOT recommend this agency!

Really helpful staff

They do major racial discrimination against blacks. They put hispanics first. 99% of the staffing agencies in Dallas that are staffed primarily by hispanics do this. You could file a Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit each day against a Dallas staffing agency for racial discrimination against black employees and you still would not get the whole of them. This is what happens when you put ONLY hispanics in an office. Walk into this office or any other and you will never see an African American working in there. They say they need everyone to be bilingual but we now know thats code for NO BLACKS. Why does every single employee need to be bilingual? Just imagine if all the companies did that. You would exclude entire racial groups from being hired. And THIS folks is the reason they do it. Its a legal way to discriminate on the basis of RACE. There is also another more insidious reason they hire only hispanics in the office. They do this because they get orders in from Employers that stipulate only hispanics are to be sent out. These are racist orders that violate U.S. Federal Law. They would not dare place an African American in the office where they could hear this and see this.

They always put you on hold and they never answer on top of that they arent even busy. I would drive down there just so i can get answer if they have work or not and all they were doing is laughing, joking, and talking about theyre trashy lifestyle. Yall need better reps. Dont waste your time at this place

All the luxor Staff in Garlan is very Friendly. I love it.

Very unprofessional. Orientation was a waste of time because the location I was sent to did not even at here or was not set up for the orientation that was two hours long. I received the runaround from Brenda and Diana about receiving my check. And was told the shift was Monday through Sunday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. I worked four days at da Miguel and Farmers Branch only to find out that the hours were being cut from Monday thru Thursday 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. making boxes. I felt as if I was deceived or the staffing agency is not of where of the hiring practices. When I arrive at Don Miguel there was no one there who spoke English that could tell me what to do. The meetings were in Spanish and out of the 20 people that were there only 4 of them spoke english.

They rude, unorganized unprofessional, talk to people like they know what they doin. And they always put you on hold ..They need to be fired.. worse temp ever...

I will never ever work with company again they lose your time sheets then want to say no you didnt work you hear different stories and lies they rude in hr and the people in the factory is rude so I was sent to the spice room they dont wanna pay you cause you worked 4-5 hrs a day there is nowhere in the state of Texas stating if you work u dont get paid my pay was $9.85 but they still paid me $9 and still havent paid me for those weeks talking about investigation and no Im not the only one with this issue its going on 2wks now we been waiting on our money one girl 4wks so we went a step further into getting help I dont care if I work 1hr Im still suppose to get paid in the state of Texas

I dont say no. Apply but the staff they have is very bad. It takes a long time to give work to people who have no history with them. And that doesnt look good. They tell you what hurdles to apply and nothing else makes you waste your time up to three hours and at last they dont give you work and they dont call you to notify you of work and if you call they tell you anything or they cut you. very bad staff

It is a good place for temporary jobs, you just have to fill out the form with your data on the computer after they interview you and take into account your preferences and if they have a company that meets your needs they send you to work, they give you all the indications of what you need to go to your new job, they pay you every week.
