I have been going here for years. My son got his first haircut from Millie 10 years ago. Millie is one of most genuine, kind, human beings I have ever met. I travel all over Dallas Ft Worth. When I get a chance to get a haircut in the middle of the day. I stop by any Supercuts and I get a great haircut. Its something that I can count on.

Mediocre service, waited 30 minutes for hair cut and was told I was next, after the wait, they bumped an online scheduler in front of me who had been waiting in the shop for 1 minute. Going back to drive an extra 5 miles for better service elsewhere.

Terrible hair cut, I went in for a trim. The lady cut off 3 inches. When I asked her why she cut so much she said because my hair was incredibly damaged from heat. I wear my hair curly everyday I don’t straighten my hair no more than twice a year. Straightening it for Christmas and noticed my hair is very uneven and slanted cuts. Very embarrassing!

I am actually a stylist posting,& after reading some of the reviews Im very disheartened.I worked at this Supercuts going on 3 yrs,& close to my leaving it was taken over by new owners, .. Who really didnt appreciate what they had. As a Christian woman I can only say so much, & as Christian woman I might shouldnt say anything, but it is what it is. I gave my best while working for this company,& I know in my heart that I was the most honest worker they will ever meet. After being hated on, & privately discussed, etc, even due to my Christian beliefs I decided to leave. I went through a traumatic event in my personal life, where I could no longer work weekends,& when asking if I could have those days off, I was told no, by a younger manager, who was probably young enough to be my daughter. I thought she would be more understanding being that she had children of her own, but it seemed like she found more enjoyment in bringing me down for some reason. Anyway, my journey was over there. I do miss my clients, because that was where my joy came from each day I went to work,& kept me going as long as I did, & after reading the reviews, its just disheartening. I lett the hairstylist know I only wanted my fade to go so high before she started to blend it in, and with her first cut she went higher than I asked.As soon as she did I stopped her and reminded where I wanted her to stop.Then she started getting upset and rude with me, which was so strange because I was the one being calm and nice, even though she ruined my haircut with her first stroke of the clippers.Its unbelievable how bad the haircut and service was.I really cant believe this place still gets business. It is that bad.

Im a hairstylist, and I came in to check the place out. I nicely asked to speak to the manager, and the stylist working here were extremely rude. I came in because I saw a Now Hiring sign. I have a big clientele and if Im going to relocate, i want my clients to feel comfortable. The stylist just eyeball you and dont help at all. Im sorry but if this is how you treat your clients I dont want to work here.

Cheap haircut, good for the kids. If you change your mind about the cut, they will charge you for both cuts. Ripped off twice

This place is most of the time understaffed. But you can get a normal hair cut and other grooming items here. Stylist are not that expert. They try to hurry up as soon as possible without paying much attention to the hair cuts. Language barrier is another major concern. I would go only if I dont have options left.

If I could post a zero I would. Felicia cut my hair last night into close to what I asked for, a short shag. I got home and noticed small pieces of hair not even cut off. My hair was not even at the bottom. She also drenched my whole back - through my bra! - when she washed my hair, which she apologized for but still. I was literally dripping. I have to go up there again to get someone else to fix my hair before work! I wont be back after today.

I gave 4 starts only because it took longer than I wanted. I got a cut and color the color is darker than I wanted but it actually looks great I love it and I will come back I also used a coupon and they were very nice and fair with me. they were just about to style when I had to leave. I did not spend that much money but I expected to spend more,

The ladies have veteran experience when it comes to cutting hair. If you need a quick trim, this is the place but if you are looking for something more than just your average hair cut then find yourself a Barber

No greeting...the stylist spends her time talking and ignoring waiting customers. Theres a shop 3 doors to the left and are great service. Screw supercuts...this location.

Nice staff, and quick service. I only recieved a basic haircut though. I dont know how capable their staff is with more advanced cuts.

I go in ask for a short layered haircut and I get a Bob hair cut. Shoulder length and it is cut too short NO LAYERS. I ASKED for my bangs to be cut at an angle did not happen. I tipped the lady $3.00 just to be nice. Now I will have to let this Bob hair cut grow out some so I can go somewhere else to get it cut right. I swear. I should have known better since they never cut my daughters hair right.

I like supercuts I have one that is close to me I like convenience myself. I go on senior citizens day its ten dollars but I also go when it isnt senior citizens day they take coupons which if you shop at tom thumb on the back of your receipt you will find supercuts coupon three dollars off regular price which is a good deal for people on fixed income.

Horrible customer service. I specifically called to see what the latest they took clients and was told up until 6 so i drove all the way there and they closed early. When I got to the door the employee just looked at me and walked away. No explanation or anything. If you tell someone youre open the whole time, you should follow your promise and then at least explain when you see them not just look at them. Ill never go there again.

Its okay, but really busy. I would definitely use there app or website to make a reservation. Otherwise, was okay, except there were no hair style books to look through.

Extremely dissapointed at this place. Im not sure what happened to the tall older caucasian lady (who was great) but the new ladies are quite questionable. Specifically, Ms. GT (or thats the name she gave when I called to apologize for my (5yr old) son kicking her). I explained to her that my son has autism, which my husband had tried to explain to her while he was there but she wasnt having it. Absolutely 0 patience and only kept antagonizing him by refusing to remove the hairs off his face which were very clearly bothering him. My husband is a very patient person and understands most people dont quite understand children with autism, but this lady made him so upset by her attitude that he just got him out of there ASAP! Nonetheless we paid for her services although the cut was unfinished. We would love for them to be put through some type of training for handling children/people such as my son and avoid such traumatic experiences.

Loved the experience here, my sons regular barber was not in town so we tried this place, definitely very pleased !!!!! Highly recommend this place !!!!

I use to work here but still go from time to time to get serviced . The tea tree experience is my favorite. I dont trust other places learned from my mistakes. I decided to go to another salon and the stylist butchered my hair. I had to go back to this location and have Milie and Tawana fix my hair. They both did a great job!

I have been going to this location for more than seven years and it entirely depends on your stylist. Most are just ok and one or two are pretty good, but there are a couple that are just deplorable. If youre looking for a hack job, ask for Tawana. She has a horrible attitude and stated, all cuts are the same, theyre just styled differently. The hackjob took her all of five minutes, if that long, so I do believe she believes that. Terrible experience and that was the last dime Ill spend there.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life she was so rude and mean I wanted a certain style so I brought a picture but I didnt want it exactly like the picture so I let her know and she goes off on me and she completely messes up my hair which I had be growing out for months when I saw i literally cried because i was so mad and sad

Okay. I know not the best to get a style type cut but if customers request one please just be honest and let us know that you are not trained enough to do so ... That way we can request someone who does or we can go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE HAIRCUT! Not only was i charged extra for no reason (15 bucks?) I was given a half a**ed haircut. Bad hairline in front, sides and two MISSED spots!
