Alyssa is an absolute rockstar! She has been cutting mine and my kids hair for years and I dont ever want to go to anyone else. Her staff is amazing, all of them are exceptionally trained. My son was terrified of haircuts but Alyssa has made it where he is excited to see her and get his haircut. I recommend this location to everyone, I wish I could give it 10 starts instead of 5.

Hands down best haircut experience I’ve ever had. My stylist Neima did a great job, she asked what hairstyle I wanted to achieve and achieved it. She also gave me a lot of information on how to style my hair and overall did an amazing job. Best haircut I’ve ever had for sure!! If you go here go see Neima she gives great haircuts!!

The barber spent no more than 7 minutes on my haircut. For 20$ before tips. The barber was rude and tried to argue with me about nothing. I felt like Iam not allowed to be in chair more than 5-10 minutes. One of the worst experience in barbershops. I wasnt happy with my haircut either, mostly because of inaccurate, in hurry job.

Ive been going to this sports clips for years. Have never had a bad haircut from here. The stylists are always friendly and they keep notes in their computer detailing how I like my hair cut so I dont have to remember which guards to tell them to use. Otherwise i probably wouldnt be able to say Ive never had a bad haircut from here. And now with the mobile app you can check in before you go so you dont have to wait. I would recommend sports clips to anyone who wants a simple and pleasant haircut experience!!

New customer, royal treatment. They washed my hair, massaged my scalp, and the lady helping was passionate in making me feel good. Explained what my grows like, how I treat it, and what works best. Turns out I was doing it right but she nailed the haircut better than the lady I commonly see. Impressed by the genuine connection I had. Most people cut your hair and dont care, try this place but actually open your mouth and be social. They will work with you in making the experience worthwhile!

The stylist was one of the best Ive ever had at a Sports clips as far as skill, but what made her the best Ive ever had was that she asked what I wanted, was able to correct what I was asking for and then went to work and allowed me to relax and not partake in any idle chit chat. It was almost like an hour of Zen. Unfortunately I dont have her name to share, but she is by far the tallest one there. Awesome! 👍👍 Two thumbs up!

My son has asbergers and has a hard time speaking to people let alone explaining what he wants in a hair cut. He cant stand the razor but needs his hair cut short. We picked sports clips because they advertise that they will note the haircut and know what they are doing. Every time we come they have no notes and we have to start over. He physically cant explain it and I come off as this over bearing mom who wont let her son speak and complains. Today she gave me an eye roll. I dont think we will come back. Which is too bad because we love the online check in since crowds can be a problem for him. And the ladies before today were all very nice. But this place makes me regret moving to Texas and losing our favorite stylists. I was really hoping they would be better since weve been doing this for over a year but no luck

Wait time is unpredictable, final charges NEVER match packages and pricing listed- Ive always been charged more for mediocre haircuts. I have a teenage boy-14 years old who the last lady was AFRAID to speak to- hes quiet and wasnt thrilled about being there but was not threatening or rude or belligerent, just quiet with a sour-puss look on his face. Hes 510, 145# with his mother standing beside him and shes scared?!? Pretty ridiculous to begin with, even more so for not getting someone else to take over. My other son is 10. We dont ask for anything fancy, no difficult cuts, always just clean up the sides, around the ears and back and trim the top. My 14-year-old is growing his hair out so only ever wants a trim. Simple boy cuts. Yet somehow my total always hovers around $50+ which is awfully close to what I pay a professional for difficult styles and cuts for my hair. The place is usually clean and a few of the staff are quite lovely which earned the second star, but with so many options available why settle for this? If it works for you, Great! Personally I think Great is out of their reach.

Absolutely the best hair care for Men. Precision cuts, a hot (or cold in July) menthol facecloth, and the most amazing scalp massage during the shampoo.Every store has a big screen playing the most relevant sports in the waiting area, which you can continue to watch at a screen at each station.

Terrible haircut, asked for a skin fade and I just got my sides buzzed, completely missed the other side of my head. This is why I never go to these establishments. This was my first time stepping foot in a sports clip and I only did it out of convenience.

I brought my son here for his first haircut several months ago(2yr old) and had a great experience. The stylist worked around his shyness and fear and we left with a great experience and hair cut. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. After waiting for 30minutes, which was completely fine - son was smiling and laughing while pointing out all the posters, we get pulled back by a stylist who sits us in a chair and ask if I sit with him or not. I said I do sit with him because its only his second hair cut. She tries to put the cape on him but he wasnt having it, which is expected as he is two. I tell her its fine and I expected it. She doesnt look too happy about that but doesnt say anything. She doesnt try to talk to him or show him whats in her hand or what shes about to do. She immediately starts spraying his hair with water which scares him and it just goes downhill from there. I really just wanted the hair off his ears and out of his eyes. She doesnt try talking or soothing him, she tells me to stop holding his arms down because she cant do anything when he doesnt want it. Shes visibly getting more irritated and so am I. After maybe 10minutes she says she is done but there is still hair over his ears, then she has the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow if she wants her to finish and that I shouldnt bring them in when they are so little and its so early. Needless to say I left and wont be back.

Good team of pros here. My kids can be difficult for some (Autism) when it comes to haircuts but this team navigates with no issues so now they say they want to get their hair cut at the sports place.

Recently had my hair cut here. The lady cutting my hair used clippers to shape the back of my neck and left several cuts. While they were obvious to her, I expected it was just that my scalp was irritated from the cut. When I got home, they were burning to a point that I got a mirror to check them out and my skin actually was cut with the clippers. The cuts got infected and very irritated.
