We decided to visit this location instead. I thought the experience would be better because it is different staff. Had to go back because the dentist drilled holes in my daughter’s teeth and forgot to fill them! She went back and got those filled. Had to go back again because there was another hole that was not filled. She is still in pain! Currently searching for a new dentist! Done with other Angel Dental! Good luck!

Came in for a second opinion and got great news the doctor was kind in fact the whole staff was wonderful and I enjoyed how fast and professional they were Id definitely recommend them to anyone who gets bad news from one dentist. I was told I was gonna have two teeth taken out and the doctor here was like no your teeth can be saved and we will save them I thank God for his wisdom truly a senior doctor who knows better.

Today was a great visit! The Doctor on call was amazing at his job and quick too! I was super nervous about going to the dentist because I’m scared of getting my teeth done. But everyone today was so kind and caring. Will definitely be coming back again

The staff here was very kind, and thorough. I came in for my regular teeth cleaning, the hygienist went above and beyond asking questions on my mouth health. After the doctor reviewed the cleaning they found out I had a cavity and they were able to complete my fillings in this same appointment, this is very important with my busy schedule. Great staff, that is willing to be flexible with your schedule.

I visited this office to get dentures. I have a SERIOUS fear of needles in my gums!!! The staff was so patient and caring!!! Johnnie held my hand while her and Brianna calmly talked me through the process. Dr Saad used great distraction techniques and was so gentle that I didnt realize he had completed the extractions!!! The staff here rocks!!!

I was there last week with my husband and son. My husband did his crowns and fillings, while I did cleaning and whitening. Staff were very eloquent, and the dentist there was super nice and friendly. The process was explained thoroughly, and it made the dentist visit a good one. I definitely recommend Angel Dental for anyone who needs a good dentist. Ask for Dr Saad.

From the moment I walked in all the staff were very professional. The young x-ray tech very gentle and best of all the hygienist was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and sweet. This was not my first time here. I was here a couple years ago and felt the same. A lot of dentists like to break up appointments to make you have several visits. Here they go to it and get it done in one visit.

Snotty service, now I will say that most of the staff are nice but I wont sweep my bad experience under the rug because of it. Unfortunately I dealt with a receptionist with a bad attitude who placed me on hold and never returned to my call, when she did come back she said there was alot going on (it was the way she said it as if I were an inconvenience to her, she could have easily passed my issue to the other lady that was up there with her. But no she had to put on a cape like she could handle it all and clearly couldnt) and placed me back on hold. Im sorry Im normally not holding the phone past 30 min (which I did which is why Im annoyed). Prior I was trying to explain my dental issue with a prior service and set up a follow up appointment only thing the receptionist said was Ill try to get you in on Monday but no set time or anything. Then I was placed back on hold until the phone cut off (on their end, she didnt even bother to call back to apologize the line disconnected and proceed with setting up an actual appointment date. And from her I dont want to be here because Im stressed but I better play the part to get paid undertone she had in her voice I didnt call back either). Apparently she must have put me in the system and thrown something together because when rightfully dissatisfied with how everything went down I reported her, I got a letter from my insurance company with claims I didnt follow up with my claims making it seem as if I am just the typical crazy customer that doesnt hold up their end of after care (lies). The date that was in the letter I remember that appointment but it was for a totally different service, I was advised by a receptionist (different woman, I remember their voices pretty well) to set my appointments in advance because that particular orthodontist gets booked fast. Fast forward when I found out my insurance didnt cover the cost of that service I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the day I came in to get my teeth cleaned (weeks before that set appointment, beyond me why it was still in the computer. I cancelled in the dentist office and not a moment later). They used the cancelled date claiming I skipped that appointment, instead of just simply admitting the wrong on their end, they covered their tracks making it seem like I was flaky which in the end cost me money (insurance company billed me). If they just admitted the mix up beforehand I wouldnt be writing this review, out of fear this may happen again I cant continue services which sucks because I overall liked it there just one wrong turn and it went down hill (the dental treatment that went bad on top of the not so great customer service that day). Good luck with your business endeavors though, I know one less monkey wont stop the show.

I have been going here for over three years. I havent had a complaint with the dental service. I just dont like in the waiting room they have the TV battling with the radio. Its kind of annoying. I wish the receptionist would choose one or the other.My visit today 1/14/19 was amazing. I went in for my quarterly cleaning and FINALLY I got great results! It pays to floss! Afterwards I received an additional filling service on my 2 front teeth (#s 8&9)...I learned! I didnt even feel the shots and I got 4. Yes, 4 of them. The bonding application applied was amazing! The assistants were amazing. Kept me calm. I was scared of the needles! I wish I had gotten names, but I thank the receptionists up front, Karen, Cindy, and all who made me feel like a million bucks today. See you in April, Angel Dental Care.

I will never come back to this office again. I called to make an appointment they were able to give me a same day appointment, however while booking i ask the lady could they provide all services before i left work to come, the lady stated yes. i get to the office, i spent two hours in the waiting room, and they services that were needed were not able to be perform i would have needed to schedule another visit at a different location. please do not bring yourself nor your loved ones to this office.

Update: I spoke to Johnny and Bre about my experience I had on Friday. They absolutely went above and beyond to rectify this situation. Im very impressed by how fast they reached out to me to help me.

I misunderstood when I made the appointment...thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned but I seen the doctor instead. Dr. Saad was very nice and did the exam I needed. Shown me on the x-Ray that I needed a root canal since a cavity was almost to the root. They got me in right away with the Root canal doc. Everyone was friendly, the office was clean and they played good music (well at least to me). It calmed my nerves a and I would recommend.

In December, I called to schedule a dental exam and cleaning, as a new patient. I have always seen a reliable and consistent family dentist in the past, however since moving to the Cleveland area I have not established a dentist in the area. Angel is close to my home in Garfield Heights and since my husband had received an exam and cleaning there in the past, I decided to give it a try.Upon arriving promptly to my 8:00AM appointment (for which I scheduled time away from work), I was surprised to wait an hour to be seen. During my long wait, the front desk staff were loud, socializing with a friend who stopped in. After finally being called back (which occurred after I checked in with the front desk to be sure my appointment had not been forgotten) I was rather surprised that I had mistakenly only been scheduled for an exam, not a cleaning as well. When I called to schedule, I made it clear I was seeking both. Having been to several very reputable dental and orthodontic practices over the years, I was surprised that these could/should even be scheduled separately from one another. Especially as a new patient.I then was ushered to return to the waiting room to wait for any possible opening for my cleaning (even though it was not my error) I continued to wait for an extensive period of time before finally being taking back for a cleaning.During the dental exam I was told I had a total of 4 surface cavities, and was strongly encouraged to have them filled as soon as possible. I scheduled an appointment prior to leaving. From the time I checked in for my 8:00 AM appointment until the time I left Angel, it had been over 3 hours.Only three weeks later, I opted to see a different dentist for my cavities, that coincided better with my schedule. I was seen by not only one, but two faculty dentists, as well as three student dentists at Case Western Reserve University. Case has one of the top dental programs in the country. Not only were the staff dentists I saw long-time highly qualified practicing dentists themselves, they are also professors in Cases dental school. They are the gold standard for dental care and some of the most qualified and published in their field. I was beyond surprised to hear that I did not have 4 cavities, in fact there were zero cavities in my mouth, and I was told I have excellent oral health.I was examined thoroughly, and even given a second complementary cleaning during the process. I would also like to add that calling Angel prior to my appointment at Case, to request that my x-rays be sent to Case, was very difficult. It required three separate phone calls one of which was from Case directly. I was repeatedly told Angel had sent them, when they had not. Unfortunately, I can only assume it was so difficult to have the x-rays sent, because the x-rays would clearly show I did in fact not have any cavities.The idea that a dentist would falsely apply a diagnosis for monetary gain is not only horrifying, but incredibly unethical. I would encourage anyone whos considering having work done with Angel Dental to seek a second opinion.

I had an appointment for 4pm to get 3 fill ins and I had to asks how long was it gonna be before I was seen after waiting patiently for an hour. The assistant went to ask and he was rushing because he was clearly over booked, he came to numb me for my fill ins and over numb because after I finally was done I noticed my whole left side of my face was numb even my ear for like 6 hours. This has never happened before so I will not return to angel dental in Garfield Heights ohio

Worst place ever...DO NOT GO HERE!!. My husband went to get his tooth pulled last week. The fist day he went he came home with his mouth bleeding like crazy that he had to go back. Couple days later, he went back because the PAIN was so bad and they dont even know whats wrong and that he has to go to Metro to see a surgeon. Fast forward a week now and he is still in intense pain and Angel Dental keep lying about sending over his referral to the surgeon so he cant make an appointment with the surgeon. As of today, still no referral from Angel Dental to Metro to fix their mistake, my husband is still in excruciating pain with no pain meds and cant eat. This has been a horrible experience for our family so I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone not even my enemy. UPDATE 1 week later. No resolution with this company yet. Metro never received the referrals that Angel Dental claimed that they sent. The office manager had a terrible attitude!

I usually hate going to the dentist, but a visit to Angel Dental is always great. Theyre very professional, and Dr. Saad is very kind and knows what hes doing. I will be back for more fillings next week, and I definitely recommend them.

I arrived on time and I have been seen in 10 minutes,the Doctor was nice and patient cause I have trouble breathing so I had to take brake every 2 minutes,I have to go few times because of this,he did few fillings and 2 crowns in the front,staff were nice,a triple AAA experience.

They left stitches in my mouth. I had a bone graft that resulted in bone growing through my gums. The bone graft failed and had to be removed. Pain, pain, suffering. The assistant administered pain medication and I heard a crunching sound then fell liquid go into my nose and down my throat which burned and caused me cough and shake. The witch didnt even apologize! I had a implant placed, the pain and swelling were horrible. I was so traumatized from going through one thing after another with them that I did not get the second part of the implant done. The whorst part of the experience with Angel Dental is they stretched my top lip out so far that it hangs far over the bottom lip and when I smile the left side droops down. Also my bottom teeth touch the lip and leaves an imprint in it. Vei uncomfortable. My brother asked me what was going on with my lip. They gave my money back for the failed bone graft. My smile is do much uglier now than it was when I went there. I am afraid of all dentists now and my smile looks like the Grinch who stole Christmas. I dont recommend them.

So check this out...I woke up this morning and my mouth felt abused like some of these chics Lace Fronts...I called Angel Dental for a same day appointment and they took me with no hesitation...after about 2 hours the dentist took care of the problem and now I feel GREAT...almost like when youre finished with your child support order...I would definitely recommend this place to everyone except my ex wife...great staff!!!

This place is a dump. Second Angel Dental care location Ive been to and if possible this was worst then the first. Long waits dirty facilities and the most low life Clients around. Not even kidding in both waiting rooms there was herion talk. Disgusting!

First problem was I chose this office because they clearly state they offer sedation dentistry for those of us who are cowards and have REAL ANXIETY about dentist, this was not a true statement in my case, but I continued. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled. I was given a pill to take 30 prior to my appointment which didnt kick in until my tooth was out. I felt all the pressure and the pain of the tooth that was pulled and the one in front of the tooth being pulled being pushed down upon. Its been 5 weeks since this experience and im starting to spit out pieces of tooth that was left under the gum thats now coming out. I am a bit mortified by this. I pushed on this piece with my tongue and got a mouth full of blood. I can actually move it. This is the second piece. I will find another dentist to fix this issue unless it comes out first. I wont complain about the staff because they were very friendly and comforting but I will not be returning to have any other work done. This was my experience...thank you for reiterating and validating my fears.

Showed up 15 minutes EARLY for my appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. They said one hour. Meanwhile, people who showed up after I showed up were being seen before me. Horrible service. If you dont have 3-4 hours, dont go to this place.

I Went to this office because my tooth cracked,the ladies at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable of the problem i was having.They took me to the back to take a xray of the tooth.Dr.Saad then came in and told me i need a crown.I said just fill the tooth,he said the reason i needed a crown instead of a filling .The decay was to deep.From the first time i walked in until i walked out i felt like family not just a patient.I know alot of us is uncomfortable with going to the dentist.this office makes you feel at home.

Staff is friendly, except for the actually female dentist that comes on Fridays.We seen her as we waited in lobby and she failed to speak, but she made she to tell the nurse that both parents were not allowed to come in back with their child.
