I have been using Winters Auto for years. The owner Ryan, is a fair honest man. His assistants are awesome as well. They will trouble shoot the problem and fix it only if it needs it. Great shop.

Hands down the best. Professional, excellant customer service and best mechanic work Ive ever had done. I forgot they was here and first went to a closer shop, big mistake! Hundreds of dollars later and still car stauling I found them online and called. Thankfully they got me in quickly and diagnosised the problem and called with an estimate. Repaired all in a half of a day and had me back on the road!.... Dont go with convenience, go with the best and get the best work at a great price for the safety of you and your family. Ive been going to Winters Automotive for years. The owners and the employees are very trustworthy, professional and honest. The mechanics and owner are very skilled and efficient, they dont try to upsell or sell you things you dont need. My car is always in and out of there very quickly. Prices are fair -- not just a scheduled maintenace shop. They are very good at transmission and engine repairs.

They fixed only what needed to be fixed and kept the price reasonable. They were my 2nd bid, while another place in Gardner wanted me to do too much and the bid was almost 3x what I paid at Winters. Solid place, is now my go-to mechanic. Also helped when my wifes car died, had it towed here, fixed it quickly and fair price. Thank you!

Great people! I run bigger trucks with my company and they are always willing to accommodate me. They have always gone out of their way to help me.

Not open on Saturdays as advertised. They couldnt get me in so I asked for a recommendation on getting my car in some place else in town or the soonest I could get my car in with them, and the guy said no one would be able to help me. Great advice.

My truck broke down on a Sunday called them Monday came right out and towed it. later that day said my starter was bad. had bought a new starter months before this from Napa...life time. after telling them this they contacted Napa sure enough. Napa delivered another 1..fixed it by 430 pm. they came to my job and picked me up since I was local what great service!! yes would use there services again

These guys take pride in their work. They fixed my Suburban and it broke down a few days later so they came and towed it for free all the way from Indiana and took it back to Gardner made sure it was all good! Thats incredible service.

This place has horrible customer service. When I went in to have my car repaired they took twice as long as they quoted to finish the repair. They kept telling me they should have the service done soon and would not give me an better time frame on when it would be done.When they did finally get done with the repairs I could tell they hadnt put down any of the protective coverings on the floor mats because there was dirt and brown liquid all over them. There was also some sort of grease all of the steering wheel. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered at a repair shop. I wouldnt recommend going there.

They went above and beyond to help us out!! Their costumer service exceeded my expectations.

Took it in was told it needed a new Transmission, took it for a second opinion and it was just needed a new solenoid. They charged me $300 to tell me I needed a new transmission when it cost me $200 to get new solenoids put in somewhere else. They tried to charge me $3000 for anew transmission. This is why no one trusts mechanics.

They fixed my vehicle. Lol

I hadnt used them before, but after having such an awesome experience with them Ill be using them from now on.

Non-member attempting to cash a check that was drawn on wells fargo bank. Was well aware of the $6 or $7 fee for being a non-member. Bank struggled for 45 minutes one day because they couldnt even find the account (again... drawn on their bank) Manager took my info and said she would call back the next day if she got it fixed. Sure enough, called back, said it was verified as a good check and that she could make it happen. Drive there from where I was in KCMO only to find out that it needed to be deposit only... 2 days, 2 trips and about 2 hours wasted on blatant incompetence. The only reason for the 2nd star was for the friendliness of the other two front desk tellers.
