Please people if you ever needed to ship anything to anywhere they provide service, look no further. I just shipped a household of stuff to Jamaica and everything was wrapped so well that I only had minor damages. The warehouse employees showed my stuff as an example of how things need to be packaged for shipping.

1st time using this company. Needed some barrels shipped to Jamaica. Shopped around was given some ridiculous prices and made up prices when I had to call Jamaica straight. But soooo glad I found this company. Affordable prices and they picked them at a low cost. Also the shipments get there way before the 4 to 5 weeks the others were telling me. I would have gave 5 stars BUT they need to work on a tracking system. I was given a date the packages was supposed to arrive but barrels got there sooner. Thank God I called. Had to pay $3,700 JMD storage fee for each barrel. Other than that No complaints.

Very poor customer service!!!! No respect for their customers, they dont provide updates and their arrival info on barrel is inaccurate! Very unreliable and unprofessional. They recognize your phone number and decline your calls and dont respond to queries, I recommend using another shipping company.
