WORST! HORRIBLE! POOR! ORDERED -GARDENA DISPATCH MARIEL SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL - APPLIANCES 4 MONTHS AGO. GOT EMAIL I WOULD HAVE 9 ITEMS DELIVERED. DRIVER SHOWS WITH 6-BILL OF LADING DIDNT MATCH THE GOODS THEY UNLOADED, SO I WANTED TO CALL VENDOR TO CLARIFY MISSING ITEMS AND BILL OF LADING DISCREPENCY PER BUILD.COM DELIVERY PROTOCOL. DRIVER INSISTED I MUST SIGN OFF ON PAPERWORK EVEN THOUGH IT WAS INCORRECT AND EFW DISPATCHER SAID SHE WOULD PULL THE DRIVER IF I DIDNT AND TAKE ITEMS BACK. I HIRED INSTALL TEAM TO PUT IN APPLICANCES AND EFW TOOK ITEMS BACK BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME THE FEW MINUTES TO CALL VENDOR TO CLARIFY WHERE OTHER ITEMS WERE OR WHY THE BOL WAS INCORRECT. MARIEL WAS DISMISSIVE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER CALLED ME BACK FOR RESCHEDULE. I LEARNED THAT THIS COMPANY HAS POOR REPUTATION WITH VENDOR. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS CARRIER. RUDE EMPLOYEES AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The package arrived in Norfolk, VA on Saturday. When I called Monday to attempt to set up delivery, I was not able to do so. However, I received a callback on the same day and the home delivery was set for the next day. I was given a 2 hour window of time and the driver was knocking on my door 20 minutes info the delivery window which was fantastic. He was very nice and very professional. The delivery was a very heavy treadmill and my driveway/street was not conducive to his being able to back into my driveway and get close to the house. My husband was home and able to assist me and the driver allowed us to use his dolly to carry the package to our garage (back entrance). If he had not worked with us, we would have been in a bind due to the weight of the box. The box was delivered ON TIME, and WITHOUT DAMAGE, and the driver was very nice and very helpful. I absolutely would recommend shipping through your company. (**The only negative was that when I originally called the toll free number, my call was on hold for over 32 minutes before someone picked up. However, the rep was very courteous and helpful when she picked up.)

My delivery happened very quickly (I purchased a treadmill on Black Friday, and it was delivered on the following Tuesday). The day before my scheduled delivery, I was given a four hour window. I called the morning of my delivery and they were able to narrow it down to a 1 hour window. The delivery man was polite and friendly.

The delivery communication was excellent. The person who scheduled the appointment was very accommodating to my schedule and we were able to find a delivery date sooner than I anticipated. She was very friendly on the phone. Jason from delivery was very friendly on the phone and in person. The team was able to complete the delivery very efficiently. I really enjoyed interacting with this company

EFW is incredibly unprofessional. They sent me the wrong colored couch twice and on the second pick up, the delivery driver tried to get me to pay him $125 to bring the couch to my door and when I said no, he asked if I could pay him $20 instead. He ended up leaving the couch in the lobby when I said no and told him that was never mentioned in any past correspondences and NOT on the invoice from Target.

I appreciated the real time updates on when the delivery was to be made. From text messages on ETA to a phone call, it made receiving the delivery extremely helpful. The delivery men were professional and the item was perfectly intact, not damaged as many of the reviews on the product website stated.

Delivery arrived within window, item was in perfect condition, service tech provided great support as we had to unpack item before it would fit through door. He was patient and resourceful! Job well done!

My delivery was supposed to be to the door, and Marcelino called me to let me know they were nearby. Two of the 3 boxes were a bit heavy, so they were kind enough to place all 3 boxes right inside my door and he wore a mask the entire time. I havent opened the boxes yet, but they handled my packages with care so Im hoping everything is in perfect condition! Thank you Rowley and Sons, for the great service!

We were very impressed with the EFW team. From the initial phone call notifying us that our delivery was scheduled to the actual delivery itself, their communication and notifications were great. The team than delivered our furniture were polite, quick and very thorough. They made sure things were placed where we wanted them to be, including having to change something when I changed my mind on placement. They did a great job and we really appreciate their work.

Estes was quick to deliver our damaged banged up treadmill. They delivered it in 2 days. Now we want to do a return because of the damaged goods and they are SLOW to pick up and even though I scheduled the pick up they are saying they dont know if they will pick up on that date. Horrible customer service. If you see that this company is delivering your package, ask for another company.

They went above and beyond to ensure items were delivered to our house. We live up a very long and steep driveway and they used a hand cart and pushed the items up the hill. Very impressive since the items they delivered were extremely large (2 boxed that are 6 feet long by 4 feet depth and width).

Delivered on date/time frame as promised. Kept me informed along the way. Delivery gentleman was helpful and courteous. Package was damage free.

Condition of delivery: The handling of boxes from beginning to end can be improved, as large items are a major inconvenience to return. The box exterior did have some damage and once opened I discovered a floor mount on the treadmill was bent and needed to be hammered back to a somewhat straight position.Length of Delivery: The delivery period was reasonable by arriving in under a week, which was less than anticipated.Delivery Tracking: The notification process and website tracking is on par with the industry standard. It was easy to use and understand. The text notification has some delay in relation to the updates on the website, but it wasnt a major issue for me.Delivery Coordination: The coordination was timely, as I received a call the next morning after my delivery arrived in the local area and was able to schedule delivery the following day.Delivery to house: The time frame given for delivery was a 6 hour period instead of the advertised four hours. Nevertheless, my delivery arrived within the first 2 hours of the time frame.Delivery personnel: The gentleman who delivered the item was very nice and professional. He tried to accommodate the best method of delivery near the house while remaining in compliance with COVID measures.

The company emailed ahead of delivery and provided 3 different scheduling opportunities to receive the shipment. Once selected the followed up 2 days before to confim and allowed rescheduling if need be. They also called 30 min out from delivery in the 4 hour window they gave us. They operated efficiently and professionally and handled the delivery with care.

I received our shipment on time and product was in mint condition. Driver was courteous and called before he arrived. Perfect transaction!

Delivery arrangements were made very clear to me that the driver would leave the package outside, and would climb no stairs. Unfortunately, I wouldnt be home, so I told my very pregnant wife to make sure she asked a neighbor for help and to not try bringing it in. Well, when the driver arrived and saw my wife was pregnant, and that he was delivering our crib, he kindly offered to bring the package up the stairs and into the house! This was above and beyond the level of service any of us expected, but the employee felt free enough to make the delivery anyway. A huge thank you to the driver, and to the company for obviously fostering a culture of freedom and compassion.

Delivery window 11-3. No call that they will be late. After waiting til 430 I call them to be told they can deliver 6-8pm. After they promise me to deliver next day between 9-11. They call to tell me they can’t. This company is a joke.

I’ve set 3 appointments for a delivery and all 3 were missed. They set an appointment with me for a Saturday then on Monday a Rep said they don’t deliver on Saturdays. Then they set one for Wednesday and missed that one too. 0 for 3. Very unreliable and when you call they tell you it’s scheduled for delivery and will be delivered then when they miss the delivery they don’t have an answer and just say their dispatch team is very busy and they sent them an email hoping to hear back
