Be advised this is a small tiny Fed Ex but great service anyway

I was asked whether I would like to receive the tracking information by email or text for my package. I responded text and gave the clerk my number and never received any text message about my package. I forgot to take a picture of my FedEx label, thus I didnt have any tracking number for my package.

People at the fedex site are just rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I’ve been here twice and have gotten the same treatment. Different people too.

Great customer service. They answered the phone. The store wasnt crowded. 0 lines

What a really helpful and nice employee who assisted me at Walgreens to pick up my fed ex package .

Easy drop off. Its inside the Walgreens. Separate line. Its right next to where you can do passport photos. Docking one star only because there was no signage that was easily visible.

Quick in and out very courteous

Not full service and don’t even have envelopes for drop offs

I thought by going to a FedEx location, I could create a label and mail out.. I guess not. Rediculous.

Kinda slow but all in all u can get it mailing with FedEx done
