UPS is terrible. Communication between their phone operator staff and the truck delivery drivers are horrible. They really don’t care about the customer. Hopefully Amazon gets bigger than them so that will make them improve their services. Amazon is way better with their customers.
Went to UPS to fix delivery problem, driver hasnt delivered our packages in 2 weeks, new driver couldnt see our huge commercial bldg. Happy that customer service was able to have driver go find our bldg. He was going to wrong bldg and say he attempted delivery.
Ive only been inside a few times, with no complaints, but they close too early and the drop box is too small and not in a car friendly area.
An UPS employee stole my package, he went to their storage to find my package and “Danny” came to me saying, “oh man your package is missing” how do he knows I was waiting for an iphone?, their employees should be in the jail not working there

I have always love UPS and glad when I found out they were being used by some of the bigger store and as a 3rd party delivery service! Please let me say that on behalf of my local community we appreciate the hard work and good service provided by Danny P. our UPS driver! He gets the Xmas Stamp of Approval and this includes the Public Trust! Danny is still in a run at 9:00 pm for his most appreciated and thankful customers!
They seemed friendly and even though the guy behind the counter couldnt help me (as my package was delayed) he was courteous and at least did his best to help
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because my delivery was delayed 1 day because a mechanical failure.
Since they are unable to deliver the package (due to their access point is closed or having operational problem and they did not even attempt to deliver the package), they should at least make sure the customer is informed and so we have the right expectations or at least we know when and where to pick up the package. NOT until we found out the situation and seek for solution ourselves. I am the sender and this is not the first time that we having this issues with UPS. So I have to make compensation to customers and yet the postage i paid is for nothing. This is unreasonable and not acceptable. I hope your system get improved and at least to understand customers right. Zero Star for my experience.

I have to give this place 5 stars all because of one person who works there: Sharon (and I apologize I didnt get the last name). I called there so irate because of a delay in receiving an important package. She managed to calm me down and provide me with great information. Sharon has great customer service skills.
Those business hours are really bad.Three months ago UPS apologized and said they will improve. Nothing happened since. A shipping center thats open for 4 hours is a joke.
Theres always a line here but they are so fast. Youre not gonna wait for so long.

UPS is terrible I don’t know what it is about them. it seems like every time my packages come through them it’s always a problem. They Don’t following through with Deliveries. My last Delivery the drive marked off unable to delivery because they were unable to deliver because they couldn’t gain access to my building. The lock was removed to the Security door for access to anyone making deliveries because of the COVID-19 Situation. I don’t even think the driver even came on my street. If they don’t want to work they should quit!!!!!
Every time we see our package comes here before it is supposed to be delivered to our house, we know it will not arrive on the day it is supposed to. This specific location seems to be completely inept. If you have the choice, do not choose to use UPS. They do not care at all about the customer.
UPS is the worst, every single package I get comes at least 2 day late, if you cant make the target date then why dont you set the target to 1 more day since every time its at least 1 day late.
We went to this center justifiably angry and frustrated, but our situation was handled by the 3 musketeers of customer service. With Fatima on point and Melinda and Sharon backing her up, we almost didnt care that the overnight package was 3 days late. The personal attention and followup that Fatima provided to us made all the difference as to whether or not wed ever use UPS again.

If you live in a gated building forget about ever getting your package delivered to you. I have watched ups from my window slow down and then drive away without ever getting off the truck to ring the apartment. They Don’t even bother getting down to leave a slip at the gate. No other company does this.

They said they attempted a delivery, which they did, but never rang the bell or knocked as someone was waiting for them. Asked them to hold at local UPS store and they said ok, but held it at Gardena. Which was inaccessible for the person waiting. Now it’s still there and they won’t deliver to the UPS store until tomorrow. I desperately needed this package and it cost me 5k because UPS is frickin lame and has 0 customer service!!
This is the place to go to pickup packages that UPS tried to deliver while you were away from home. Just have them hold the package for your pickup. No waiting around at home when you could be doing other things. 3 people behind the counter ready to help you.
Pamela, a UPS supervisor, is absolutely horrible, rude, and dishonest. Promised to have the driver deliver the package the next day and to call when to expect the driver. We never received the call to know when the driver will arrive so that we can go outside to wait for the driver for potentially an hour. All this because the delivery person cant enter the apartment. The 2nd day, the delivery person actually entered the apartment and left a sticker on our door without knocking or ringing the doorball. We were waiting for the delivery person the entire time! Now Ill have to call UPS again in order to have Pamela call me back so she can abuse me. UPS is seriously going downhill. Never again!
I put in a change of delivery request for my package in an timely manner on my choice UPS. UPS Driver did NOT honor it . The driver did what they wanted to do which was attempt to delivery to my house knowing there was an special request made . I was told by the supervisor that it is up to the drivers descretion if they want to honor that request or not which made no sense if the delivery request takes priority. TOTAL COMPLETE BULL********* > I would have gave NEGATIVE ZERO stars if that was an option. However, I had to leave ONE in order to leave this comment .
Never rang or knocked for delivery, forcing me to pick up the next day. I expected this from United States Postal not UPS.
They lost my passport then found it four months later. I of course had to replace it. UPS denied the claim for the cost of the replacement because they had returned it to me…four months later. Really? We were using their express mail tracking service which sent me a text daily that it was on a truck for delivery. Told me that for 3 weeks straight which was never true. Heartbreaking actually. We missed our trip, cost us thousands.

UPS sent my parcel to completely different address in a different state. I ordered an item from Amazon to my home address that I used for many of my previous purchases. However, an UPS driver couldnt find the address. This definitely tells about the level of training and hiring practices at UPS. Furthermore, somehow he or she decided to send my item to a completely different state. I cant figure out how someone can attrive at such decision. An UPS employee must be crazy or on drugs to do so. I called UPS and they told me that they couldnt do anything. As a result my parcel was delivered to Chicago even so I live in Los Angeles.
Only truly UPS counter service in southern Los Angeles County! Everywhere else is a franchisee and will tell you to leave your package on the stack outside their door!UPS now SUCKS for personal shipping. Use Post office or FedEx!Or, if youre close, this office still rocks!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Truly amazed how lame this particular location is. Drivers have no idea what they’re doing. They will lose your package, run you in circles, not return calls and after all that, YOU will finally have to make a trip to their center to retrieve your package because they cannot manage to get your package on a truck & to your door. SO LAME. I had to talk to 6 different people at their 800 number until I could at least pick up my package at the center. The 5 people I spoke to prior to that could not achieve even that much. AGAIN, SO LAME. The worst delivery service I’ve EVER used.

I should have gotten the agents phone number because she called me back 4 times trying to track a package that another location sent back without a tracking update occurring.I have never received that kind of customer service from any kind of business, so I am completely impressed.
Lazy drivers choose which packages to deliver. Ive even paid extra shipping charges for faster delivery and the driver for Inglewood just chooses not to deliver. No knock. No note. Nothing. But they say they missed you. Totally voiding the urgent delivery fee.

I am so over UPS and UPS customer service the drivers are so lazy. I have been home when packages were supposed to be delivered and watched the driver just sit in the truck and not attempt to deliver. One time in particular I left the gate open and left a sign in the gate letting the driver know I was home. I saw the driver take my sign down and just leave a sorry we missed you note he didnt attempt to deliver to me. I wish I could chose what company could deliver to me when I order items on line. If I could I would definitely not chose UPS!
Anyone giving this a poor rating is probably wrong or may have gone at a busy time. I am a tough critic but I really had a great experience. I got there at 8:30 am and was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was courteous, timely and friendly. Some tips..bring a gov. issued ID, if the address on your ID is different than the one your package is addressed to you should bring a piece of mail from that address with your name on it. I overheard a lady telling a customer that but he was still able to get his package.
They were very helpful and friendly, they had some free boxes that we got to use to ship our stuff without having to pay for a box. That was nice.
We had an 86 pound refrigerator, a compact undercounter one, lost here. It came in here and now its lost. This is after three days they said was to be delivered, but never was on a truck.How do you lose an 86 pound package? I know, someone took it home.Have you noticed they dont give out their number? I went there, sat 36 min while they went searching for my fridge. Couldnt find it, took my number and said dont call us, well call you. Never got a call.
Picked the right day to drop off my packages. No lines and was in and out within 5 mins. It was raining all day so i think thats why it wasnt busy. The UPS guy was real cool and helped me label my boxes.
The gentleman I worked with was kind & patient. He helped me with everything I needed in a respectable & harmonious matter. I will recommend any & everyone I know to go here.

I live in an apartment building and I would much rather my packages b e left with my manager when I am not home. So I left a note at the entrance and on my screen door for my delivery guy to do so and he didnt. he just left my package on the ground and it was stolen. They suck. And I hate that they are coming out of Gardena and they dont deliver to Hawthorne until 630-7. I hate this place. I never have an issue with FedEx. ..

Dislocation gets a job done. Its not very fancy and very warehouse like. but for the most part the staff is pretty friendly. I guess I have too high expectations, the reality is its a freight company and freight is a dirty job
Bad service clerk stole my package I where returning to t.mobile now I paying on it and I sent the package off by UPS in my city. And I remember the face that took my package the MF ask if I needed to tracking slip like a fool I said no so the fool took my package I well be there to make my complaint.
These drivers. What can I say. How about youre the biggest bunch of lazy liars Ive ever dealt with when having packages delivered. This last time was enough. Countless times Ive waited all day just to see that tracking message saying we tried to deliver but no one was home. Lazy douches. Do you guys know we can see that? Been home all day. Where were you? Couldnt be bothered to stop by and deliver my stuff? When you do find your way there, half the time its dropped in the common area where any Tom, Dick or Harry can pick it up and it even says customer signed for it when this happens??? So then I schedule a pickup. Missed it due to the whole city of Torrance, CA being shut down for a parade or some sillyness. Ok Ill take the fault for that. So then I call and reschedule delivery. Called twice. They said it will be there Mon. Guess what. No package. Called and they said it was still not on the truck. Rescheduled again. Called the next morning. Package still not on the truck. Im done with these jerks even if I have to pick and choose the vendors I buy from. Like others have said, they need a zero star rating.

Waiting outside for the truck, losing all day just to figure out online that driver made an attempt around 5 hours ago. Redelivery looks the same.Package from Michigan to California was traveling somewhere for an extra month! And they refused to deliver it to my place because time was out!I highly recommend to everybody: people, avoid using UPS!
One thing i hate is leaving bad reviews but their sevice here sucks! I reported my package being tampered & wanted to ask a few questions about making next time an easier process. I failed to get the womans name. But to make it long story short i got no help what so ever. She basically made me understand that if my package arrived to my home and my documents where inside that I shouldnt be making this complaint first of all I just wanted to notify them about what was happening so they can take it into consideration if they wish to do so. I didnt call for someone to make me feel stupid. But you know what if it was her package that was tampered with she would have given hell and let it break loose. she would be devouring everyone in her path! If she didnt want to help me might as well transfer me to someone else who would.
Delivery was scheduled for the 18th. Work from home, they dont show up. They show up on the 19th, when I am not home and leave a note saying that they will deliver on next UPS delivery day. No package Saturday or Monday. I check website on Monday and it says my address is invalid so they arent delivering the package (this after they left a note on my door on Friday and have delivered dozens of other packages to my house). Speak to customer rep, he says cant deliver Monday, but will guarantee Tuesday - no explanation for the BS my address is no good nonsense although they were clearly trying to get me to drive to the UPS depot to pick it up. Tuesday, no package. Now its Friday, still no package. Call again, another idiot customer rep. No explanation for why no delivery or why the website shows that my package has been on a truck being driven around my neighborhood for 8 days. They just keep apologizing, but not delivering. Infuriating. Gives me word for word same lines as guy from Monday. Depot is supposed to call me within an hour. I get a call from a Gardena cell phone, its just a bunch of people hooting and hollering and saying happy Friday to each other, nobody can apparently hear me on the line. Call that number back repeatedly - no answer just rings until it disconnects. Clearly UPS has a huge issue with deliveries out of Gardena. We will see.

The delivery drivers are the WORST! I waited 3 hours only for my package to not be delivered. The driver lied and said receiver wasnt available but I was home the whole time. The fact that my house is at the end of the route (5-7pm) is bad enough. But to not even bother to deliver is ridiculous. It is Saturday and now I have to wait and go pick up my package on Monday.
Horrible package was destroyed and i paid for rush sevice. I will ship fed x from now on.
Ive been going there 18 years so I guess some you morons giving bad reviews dont know how to use the tracking system nor do you know that when calling ups to change the package delivery it depends on the status of your current package progress if you ask to change and it is already out for delivery (your bad) you just cuased your own delay..and the site is not directly involved via the 800 numberAnd most time if you use the trackingtoull see that the actual shipper has shipped late and everyone blames the carrier. Just do due diligence. And your research before heading out to any ups pickup. I have found the staff here to be of great help and do go the extra mile to help all customers never had any issues with attitude or false statements (explinations) as to what happened in my shipping or receiving packages

Worst costumer service ever, if I could give them negative stars I would! They have been saying my package was in route for delivery for two days! Not been delivered, been coming home seceral tomes during the day to check if it was on my porch, wasting gas! I will never use UPS ever again! You should not use them either!

My job shipped a laptop through this place, 3 day shipping. A week goes by and I track the package to this location only to have a slow gentleman tell me the package was returned. They documented 4 attempts to deliver my package...I work from home, no one came to my door, no one called me (they had my number and instructions to call me at delivery), no voice message, no note. Instead, I had to come down there and the guy that tells me offers no apology or attempt to make it right or find out what happened. Un-be-stinking-liev-able. When did UPS become the United of the shipping world? Ill only use the post office from now on.
Usual bad service. Difficult to discover and avoid UPS when ordering. They have great difficulty in going the last 5 miles. Well, hey. Lets scan that sucker at the destination again. We can do this for days.
This UPS store is the worst! bad customer service! i run a small business here in Wilmington and i order a part for a customer. which is one week late due to UPS. I have even seen the driver deliver to a business across the street from me. but yet my packeage is nowhere to be found. now i will have to wait 2 more days (over the weekend) to finally get what i order a week and two days late! someone needs to do something about this!
Was informed of one thing and then called back a few days later and was informed of a different policy and tpld different information. When I waa transferred over to different departments I was told the people would know my order and they did not. Not informative.

It should be ZERO stars, these incompetent ingrates, are full of...... I had a package next day air, first UPS arrives at my house, the driver rummaged around in the truck for about 15 minutes then leaves and never comes back I call and find out, one of these morons forgot to load my package on the truck, so I have to wait until the next day. Which is today i call about 3 times throughout the day they say its out for delivery only for me to call back after hours to find out they didnt even attempt the delivery because they were so backed up I will NEVER use UPS again like ever worst experience ever. My computer crashed I order an iPad which I need for school and work i have midterms next week and Im backed up in homework and notes and all these idiots can tell me us that theyre sorry. I am irate at the unprofessionalism Ive experienced every time u track ur package it says now hiring they should take that money and train the sorry excuse for employees they have now. Obviously there are a bunch of 4th grade drop outs working this location and I am completely livid at how they have inconvenienced my life with zero $*(# given!

Terrible experience. I ordered a package delivered next day air to be delivered by 10:30am. They recieved the package by 7am at they processing center and let it sit in processing all day lost in a pile. I went to pick it up instead and was told they dont know where it was in the building. So i asked for it to be delivered by 10:30the next day and they refused to honor the service i paid for. They still havent delivered my package. And the manager was terrible. She disregarded mine and a previous customers concerns and couldnt be bothered to do anything to help. She didnt care about helping anyone because she doesnt think anything will happen to her for her terrible service. Will never use ups again.

I worked for the USPS for thirty 30. I have recently visited the station on Crenshaw Blvd. and it was ridiculous. There was one window open and fifteen customers in line..So mailing thru a competitor is against my common practices.. so out of desperation I visited this UPS service center what a surprise. NO line. The clerk put my fragile piece I was mailing in another box to make sure it secure.It was a very pleasant visit. As a matter of fact I am returning today .
