Purchased new tires on Saturday and Cesar was great in assisting me and providing options (cost affective). I left my car and came back a hours later, he explained what was done and checked and provided details on the tire warranty. Very friendly, in and out. I will definitely do business again with them.

Victor is very authentic and transparent when it comes to the type of service your vehicle needs. I came to this location to inquire about my tire because the tire pressure has been low and I’m still covered with my warranty. They told me nothing was wrong with it that they put air in it it and sent me on my way. However the next day my air pressure was low again. And when I went up there they told me that they fixed the flat tire but they never told me my tire was flat.Also they said I refused an alignment when I was never asked for one. So I went back today to tell them that I wanted to replace my tires because obviously the tires defective. The man at the front desk told me that there was nothing wrong with my tire and that it just needed some air and it will be fine. So I let him put air in it and now not even three hours later my tire pressure is low again. I just don’t understand why they won’t replace my tire when it’s defective. I am moving out of state next weekend so I want to feel safe. This move has been stressful and this was the cherry on top of a stressful month.

Very nice fixed my tire and did not offer any unnecessary repairs. Just went to a mom and pop tire store paid $10.00 and gave a $10.00 tip, and yet it still was a nail in my tire. Discount Tire center staff was very friendly and efficient. Car runs better than ever.

The employees at Discount Tires were very friendly and professional. I placed and order for a full set of new tires on Friday. I was told they would arrive on Monday and someone would call me to schedule a time to have them installed. I received the call and I took my car in to have them installed. I waited in their clean lobby with free WiFi which allowed me to continue working on my computer. The tires were installed and I was informed about returning every 5,000 miles to have my alignment checked. I will definitely return for future services. Since Im your customer, brought my car for maintenance services and they offer me a FREE alignment check to which I agreed, but they didnt only check, they got it done WITHOUT my consent and they charged me for it. And for me thats a DISHONEST business, but thats not all the very last time same thing went in for oil change and tire rotation, I marked the tires to see if they really rotated them, when I got the car back tires were in the exactly same positions talked to the person in charge and he questioned the technician why the job was not done?

When you walk in you are greeted as a Guest into someone’s home, did not feel like a customer. The team took their time to review plenty options for new tires, and prices were fair. Service is top of the line. Hope I don’t have to see them soon, but I know I will be in good hands if I do need to.

I called a few tire stores to get the best price and I was impressed with the price and the good service from Victor. He helped me understand how easy it is to get my tire size from the passenger side door for my Toyota 4Runner. The price and the service I was given was not being offered by anyone else. Free tire rotations, free tire punctured fixes for 60k miles. The service I got from Victor was very professional, courteous and honest. I can tell his environment was a stressful one, he was speaking to customers and coworkers very professional even when they were not being professional with him. He stayed calm and focused, he wanted to make sure I was taken care of the same day. He even stayed late to make sure I got my tires replaced. We took in my Nissan Rogue for brakes, and they took good care of us. Replaced both the front and rear brake pads for a reasonable price. These guys are great! Needed all new tires, and quickly-they accomplished both of those things for me in an hour and a half, no appointment needed. The tire warranty they offer is a big plus, and offers peace of mind for a great price. Go to these guys if you need tires... as a bonus, in-n-out and Rascals are both right there, so grab a bite while you wait. Win-win.

I drove by and there is a sign saying free alignment check. When I went to the business they said, thats only with a new tire set purchase. There is no asterisk or anything stating this on the sign. This is false advertisement, leads me to believe other shady business practices are used here. I would avoid... I liked Lees alignment, but they have recently changed owners, so I cant speak for their work anymore!

Knowledgeable service but was told they could have the tires available in 1 hour. It took 2. Prices not the best prices I could find but your service was highly rated. Your anti-COVID mask protocol was terrible. Mask was always off his nose and often off his mouth too. My service reps name was Victor.

They knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Very fast with great customer service. My car runs so smooth now. It feels like new again!

We went there late around 4:30 with a screw in my wife’s tire. Caesar was very accommodating and said he would try to have it repaired before 6 due to appointments and a person waiting ahead of us. No problem we would come back when he called. He called us at 5:30 and did not even charge for the repair because we were previous customers! Fantastic service that we greatly appreciate and definitely recommend!

The price for tires waa great, but unlike most places. When you buy new tires a free wheel alignment is included here its not. The guy that was at the front desk is super slow.

I bought tires from then that only lasted a year I even payed for the tire rotation and wheel alignment I only had the tires for one year and they started to ball I came in because I had a nail in my tire and they told me that there was no point to replace the nail I literally had to go down the street and get my tire service by mom and pop store they have horrible customer service and they’ll lie to you about with certain tires need to be put on your car. I even called corporate they tried to clean up there mess but that location need new honest employees I will never go back there again.

I came here several months ago and had a horrible experience.The person I was dealing with was friendly, but was sneaky and I didnt like that at all.I was a pretty new car owner and did not know how to make sure I know the service I get before I get it. Unfortunately for me, I didnt know that Discount Tires was actually not the chain Americas Tire (its called Discount Tires in San Diego) and I was told by family that Discount Tires (aka Americas Tire) that I would get a free tire rotation each visit.I asked this place about getting my tires rotated and did not mention anything about my confusion about the two names of the stores. They told me rotating would have a fee, which I figured was due to my first visit and then any subsequent visits I would get free rotations (which is what Americas Tire does).They called me a couple hours later and told me they recommended I get my tires aligned. I said no thanks.I later went to pick up my car, paid the fee, and left. There were no problems and everyone was pleasant, and I felt good I got my first maintenance done on my car by myself.I drove it on the freeway the next day and thought I was going to die or something because I had so little control over my car. I couldnt drive over 55mph. I later realized after taking it to another place ASAP that Discount Tire didnt balance my tires! I was livid. You dont get your tires rotated without balancing them. Thats not finishing the job, and is extremely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe while driving.My dad called later and complained, and I believe he spoke to Victor, who lied to his face that we had had a conversation about how they were not Americas Tire, that he had told me that balancing the wheels would be an additional fee (I was NEVER told anything like that), and that I would get a refund for my wasted money from corporate after some time. He said it would take a while because they werent used to refunding credit card purchases. Well, guess who never got that refund?Basically, I feel like this place is super sleazy. Lied all over the place, and I never got my problem fixed by them. I spent more money to go get my tires properly rotated and balanced because they didnt do their job.

I brought my car to Discount Tire and Service Center located on Artesia Blvd in Gardena.I thought my brakes were bad due to the screeching sound it was making. Cesar helped me out immediately. He got back to me after the inspection and advised me it was not the brakes but Alot worse. Cesar worked on getting me the BEST deal on parts. Manager Victor assisted and advised me the car would be finished that day.Discount Tire and Service Center provided EXCELLENT Service. A great local mechanic. In addition to tire and suspension work, such as allignments, they provide a variety of other services at a very fair price, and offer additional incentives to win your business. In addition, they understand great customer service: they are polite and friendly, and seem to genuinely care about your satisfaction. Highly recommend that you try them.

On March 16th 2020 at about 0900 I got 4 new tires, wheel alignment, cabin air filter and new battery for a reasonable price. The wait wasnt long because I was the only customer but when I left a few hours later I heard loud noise coming from the front right side wheel I never had that noise before but shortly it went away but if it comes back I have to take the car back other than that all is well.

Victor is not an honest salesman. He recommended I buy a “new air filter” despite my car having a K&N. Buyer beware.

They were about to put tire on my car before they showed me the tire I bought since no tires are in showroom. I had to walk out into service area to see it. High prices for services compared to walmart but people slightly friendlier. Nice tire for an unknown brand.

Pretty legit, fairly professional, tried the light upsell but werent too pushy about it. Quick service. Decent value and definitely gets a star for being open on Sundays. Ill probably be a regular now.

Requested 4 tires and a realignment service. They provide proof of the alignment needs and since the alignment was fine, they didn’t charge for it. Honest and great value. They are popular so be prepared to wait.

They didnt take to long. The prices are good especially what is also included so you get more for your money. Also the customer service was great. Id go back for my car service.

Called to find out how long it would take for an oil change and the price. The guy on the phone said leave it for a couple hours. I told him I didnt have a couple hours and couldnt leave it. Ask if I could make an appt. he said it was Sat they were busy. Then asked on a normal day could I make an appt. He said It would be best to make it for 6 am and leave it. He interrupted me the entire call. Wouldnt listen to me say I cant leave it. Sad I really wanted to support a business close to home.
