Never again !! So Before I even did anything I checked their inventory online to see exactly what I wanted fortunately they had the exact car I was looking for, secondly I called and spoke to a sales rep and explained my credit situation and that we’d be trading in and that I’d be using a co-signer and also to MAKE SURE that the car I wanted was actually still there which they said it was then I asked if there was any way we could submit an application online to determine our approval or denial before us driving an hour away for nothing and they told us we’d be able to so we did . I did all of this and explained on the phone to the sales rep that I didn’t want to waste my time, we submitted everything 7/26 and by noon they called us back to tell us we were approved and we’d be able to go pick the vehicle up that same day. Unfortunately we couldn’t make it that day so we made an appointment for the following day7/27 early in the morning at 10 am as soon as we get there there wasn’t really Anybody to help us when we were finally assisted by what seemed to be a new sales rep who didn’t Look to experienced and pretty lost, we told him that we had submitted everything online the day before and I told him what vehicle we were taking, so the sales rep goes to “bring the car “ later to find out the car was not even there, when I told him I had called the day before they had told me the car was at this location he said the agent must have been looking at another port and I’d have to wait for the car or choose another so I chose to wait, once we began the process we were pretty much left alone and not really being told was was going on, the sales rep just kept going to talk to another rep and coming back & fourth after hours of waiting he finally comes back with another rep to tell us we weren’t approved and needed yet another co-signer which made absolutely no sense considering that my co-signer had decent credit and vehicles under their name. When we informed them that we had been told the day prior after submitting our application that we were approved and the car was available but now the car is not there and we aren’t approved they didn’t really know what else to tell us except they couldn’t do much unless we brought another co signer ? It’s mind boggling how they’ll tell you anything to bring you in and waste people’s time even after you expressed you didn’t want to waste your time !

I was racially profiled when attempting to purchase a vehicle at this location. No one would communicate or assist me and when Alex did assist he was very hesitant. I was unable to purchase a vehicle from this location and I don’t recommend because the car that was test driven had electrical problems. Do not trust the 2016 turquoise Mini Cooper. This is the vehicle I drove for almost a month before I was told the co-signer could be the only individual on the loan. Communication between Alex and I was poor. The individuals seemed to not want to help a melanated woman and the energy was very present. Thank you for showing me how disrespectful one can become over money.

So typically my Honda Civic 2014 needs an oil change every 10000 miles. Went here for a change. Less than a month later my oil has been constantly leaking and now needs another oil change. Turns out my oil drain plug was so loose the other dealership was surprised it all didn’t come off. I haven’t hit any abnormal bumps or done anything crazy with my car since the oil change. Other dealer is pretty sure whoever changed my oil last didn’t tighten it. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if it hadn’t cost me $150 for their “package” when all I wanted was an oil change they couldn’t even do right

Had an appointment at 10:15 yesterday for an oil change. Literally waited in my car for another 45min just to get with the service advisor. Waited another 2hrs just for me to get my car. Also note that the service people running the lines messed the order up as two vehicles who arrived before me got helped first. Luckily I didn’t buy my vehicle here and will take my business somewhere else.

Went in at 1:20pm was told by Miguel I would be out by 2pm for an oil change. I text him and called him in regards to updates on my car because it was already 320pm 2 hours later and no response. My car was sitting there ready, who knows for how long bcuz I noticed it was parked where they do repairs for a while. I go inside to look for him and he tells me it’s ready. If I would’ve gone inside to look for him who knows how much longer I would’ve been there waiting! I used a coupon that was for a oil & filter change for 54$ my total comes out to 69$ because of taxes. That math doesn’t add up. At the end he gave me a “discount” and I paid 66$. Not happy with this customer service. I came back to this Honda dealership services because of the customer service I got the first time I came. Not sure if I will be returning after this second time.

They pulled a bait and switch on me. Had an appointment to check out a car. One advertise about 1500 to 2000 lower than similarly specs cars. Email and confirmed that I be there within 30 minutes, was promptly emailed back.. Got there meet with the sales person, and was told car had been sold, how convenient. Could have emailed back before I got there, but nope. Thanks for waiting my time and gas.

Bad dealership that gives honda a bad reputation. 2 instances.1) I tried to buy a car (honda accord hybridn 2018) and the car salesmen was pretty much ignoring/rushing me to finish me during the sale. He didnt want to bring out the car for me. Instead, he brought out the sports version of the car and told me that was the same car. I didnt want to buy that car and he basically told me tough luck. I knew that they had the car because I saw it on their inventory website and they confirmed it too but didnt want to bring it out.2) I ended up buying the car at a different honda dealership that was far from here. ( that had amazing customer service).I took my new car here to gardena honda to fix my door lock system because its the closest dealership to me. They told me that they couldnt fix it because it has aftermarket parts. Which is a lie because the car is new. I took my car back to the dealership where I purchased the car and they told me that my car was fine and had no after market parts. They said it was their way of brushing me off because it was a big job.Terrible customer service so I would avoid this place if you can.

They provided excellent service for my car when it needed a transmission flush, brake check, new tires and an alignment. I was given a Free Uber that arrived on time to my home to pick up my car after their service was complete. They explained the details of what was done to my car and were polite and courteous to my daughters and I. I highly recommend them!

I used the Service Center for a 20K mile intermediate service on my 2019 CRV. They tried to upsell me on unneeded repairs (i.e., wheel alignment and fuel injection service) which doubles the original service quote. But the service guy said he would give me a 10% discount if I purchased both services. I spoke to my trusted mechanic who told me that these services were unneeded. BEWARE!! I will not be returning.

I recommend the service. They gave me a price quote and never added I did not need. Also, I recommend Marvin the service adviser. He told me what I needed and what time it will be finished. The only complain I have is the sales department. I was really interested in buying a new Honda. I guess the way I was dressed one if the sales rep tried to RIP me off thinking I had bad credit. Well, surprise! I have excellent credit and he can go kiss my behind on the price of the car. He also had the audacity to say I should be honored to buy to buy a car with a 10k mark up. If this company is Veteran Lead, and this is how they treat their veteran, then I would take my money elsewhere. Stick to my advice, and go here for your service, and not buying a new car. Please note; today I got a survey experience,but I am going to wait awhile before I become a drill instructor talking to recruit moment.

DONTGO THERE FOR SERVICE! ZERO STARS! YOU HAVE BEING WARNEDI brought in My car for a Simple Oil Change and for Remote control Not working. The car was delivered with the Windshield crack, paint Damage to the edges of the hood and they didnt put the Skid Plate(Under carriage protection) correctly, which was a safety concern. I took the car in 3 different days on the same week. They put the skid plate already, The Windshield has being replace but they want to send the car to a Body Shop and Have them paint the area in the hood damage, Of course I say No because Automatically the will Diminishes the Value of My car. I ask for them to replace the hood and They started treating me like if it was My fault. I just decided to leave and proceed with legal actions!

I am forced to do this review after multiple horrible experiences with this dealership. At the beginning of February 2020, I purchased a used car that had been a trade in, a 2014 Nissan Sentra. The day we went in to purchase the car, my coworker who was accompanying me was disrespected by an employee when they locked the door and we werent able to exit without help. Fast forward a week. I notice my car has a transmission problem (we all know those are not cheap to fix) and it was not noticeable during the test drive. Fast forward 2 months. I paid my car off in full when i purchased it and I am still waiting for registration and pink slip, I email a couple of different sales people and one replies saying its on the way, the second email gets completely ignored. It is now about 10 days before my paper plates expire. I call. I am advised to go in to get new paper plates. I go in and I am told there is nothing they can do and its the DMVs fault, and that they cannot replace the paper plates. they tell me they will call me in 2 days. Its been 2 days. Still nothing. My plates expire in one week. To add a cherry on top of this disaster and joke of a dealership, when I went in 2 days ago, April 21, 2020, during the peak of Covid19, the entire team is celebrating a birthday party and taking pictures right next to each other, many missing masks, in the lobby. Im talking about over 20 people. The guy that helped me was also not wearing a mask. So, 1. We are mocked the day we buy the car. 2. Still no registration, pink slip, and denied paper plates, emails ignored, misinformed on the phone, wasted trip to dealer. 3. I am sold a lemon with an expensive problem. Bought as is so F the customer seems to be their motto. 4. Absolutely zero concern for their customers during a pandemic. I honestly hope this place closes down and I will make sure to let everyone I know to never buy a guy from DCH Honda.
