FIRST AND LAST TIME! When we first arrived there was not a lot of people. After my pedicure they had about 5 ppl. The main lady does not know how to work under pressure. From the hand mannequin I picked the Ombre nails, light pink to white glitter ( they look like white tip w/glitter) . She did a sloppy job and it didnt look anything like the hand mannequin. I didnt pay the $45 she wanted to charge.

Horrible business. Never opens on time. They do nice designs, but I dont like that I show up during business hours and no one is there. 11am on a Tuesday? You should be open by now.

I went here on April 1, 2019 for the first time. The older lady did my mani/pedi which was fine. A younger rude woman did the wax for my eyebrows, chin and upper lip. The wax broke my skin out into welds all over my eyebrows, chin and upper lip. I have never had a bad reaction to wax. I believe that the wax was dirty/contaminated. The young woman with the dark hair is very very rude.

HORRIBLE. Rushed my GEL mani and pedi service. Not even an hour after I left my nails started chipping!!!!!!! This is after I tipped them $10!! Yes it’s cheap cost but customer service and the quality of their polish is horrible. DONT GO HERE unless you get refills weekly.

DONT EVER GO HERE!! Went to get my nails done next day my nails were hurting and I seen I had bumps by my cuticles went to them the lady told me “ I came in with it like that !!” What ! Then I asked for my money back they said no and started speaking their language ignoring me I asked if they can atleast take them off because it was hurting that bad I just wanted them off they wouldn’t even do thatPeople do not go here I promise it’s not a good place. Bad customer service. Asked for extra soak they ignored us then turned to each other and spoke their own language. To brought in 7 people with me to get their feet done, NEVER again.

The owner always late sign says 10 she comes at 12 its an ok nail shop if u have no place else to go ...

Bad service I walked in no greeting they sat me in a spa chair then had me waiting for over 15 with my feet in the water then as I said I didnt want to wait any longer one of the employees was like she do for you right now it was to late I was already annoyed Ive been sitting to long no longer after I got out the chair two more costumers walked in and they immediately started working on them 😡 How rude costume service means everything to me it plays a lot in my decision to return or not or to refer people back but this place no thanks NEVER AGAIN Ill go to nail trap like Ive been doing all my life with Helen and MiMi

Do not get eye lash extensions here. They do a horrible job and use cheap lashes. I went to get them removed and they ripped most of my lashes off. Never coming back.
