Great service. We came from Hollywood. We didn’t make and appointment and they still saw us. They take walk-in. They took their time doing my nails. Great place to go pamper your self. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank for your service.

Been going on and off with this place but only Bc it’s really close to my home. I’ve said time and time I would stop Bc of the nail polish quality. Idk if they use cheap polish but it seems to always chip before the two week mark. Today I went in for a polish change bc of my chippped polish that I’ve only had a week and was treated very rudely by one of the ladies there. She didn’t even paint my toes correctly and when I asked her to go over them she did it aggressively. This is my last time and they need to change out their polish.

I’ve never left less than 4 stars review anywhere. I recently moved to the area and went to this shop bc of the overall positive reviews. my experience was the opposite of that. I asked for my dip polish to be removed and replaced w a new color. I was told that the nails were fine and I could get the polish filled w the new color instead. In my 3 years of using dip polish, I’ve never experienced this method anywhere. The person who did my nails seemed really distracted. he would stop to answer the phone, cash ppl out and address all clients coming into the shop. He would do all this while not wearing gloves, not sanitizing and still doing my nails. We all know covid is still happening. He was also in general really rough w filing, drilling and handling my hands altogether. I asked for my nails to be cut down and I was told- oh no the length is really good. Mind you, I’m a nurse practitioner and its against my hospitals protocols to work with long nails. Idk if maybe he was rushing or having a bad day. I could tell the energy was completely off so I was just ready to be done and gone. At the end of the service he told me the credit card machine is down and it was cash only. i’m in my head thinking: thank God i have cash on me... bc i usually don’t. It would have been nice to have been told this at the beginning. Overall I wasn’t happy with the service here and will not be returning. The only positive thing I can say is they got me in quick and the actual nail color was really pretty. Not sure how they have so many good reviews here. I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

I loooove this place, they always do a great job and Lee is amazing! He does an amazing job with my nails and the quality and service is always fantastic. Everyone is always so nice and friendly.

I enjoy this place. I was going to another nail place near by but I found this place to be a little more cleaner and I enjoyed how long my nails last.

I question the cleanliness and the serviceMy first time here and I will say I was seated at a station for a nail fill in 5 minutes. He started and it seemed ok. First thing he started to drill the gel polish off my nail. He was going so fast it started to burn. He filed down my nails and it seems like he used whatever was in the drawer. My experience was so bad that he didnt even use a clean towel to put down over the table while he did the work. No towel at all. As he finished my fill and filing down my nails he stopped 3 times to sit and text so I sat at waited until he finished. It was so bad after my fill I had dust all over my hands and he didnt even send me to wash my hands. He just used the duster and started to polish. I didnt even want to complain so I let him finish my polish (which he did a damn good job on the polish only). After he was done I just asked to wash my hands so I could leave. $27 for a fill and gel polish but I wont be returning.

My usual server was not there to do my nails on the day of my visit. The person that did my nails had the worse attitude, if it were not for Mothers coming I would not even consider going back there even to see my original server.

They did a TERRIBLE JOB on my nails! Then when I went back to have them Fixed they didnt really try to resolve the issue! Instead they gave me BS excuses! I will NEVER go back and would definitely suggest Anywhere else

They’re often late when opening. Nails can be sloppy depending on who you get and you must make an appointment or you’ll be there all day. Oh yea... if you complain about any thing they’re cold to you whether it’s their fault or not. Basically, if it wasn’t a block from my house I’d never go. I think the person giving the max stars is either an employee, relative, or troll or perhaps you’ve never experienced a quality nail shop because this place is not worthy.

Horrible service..the assistant manager has an awful attitude. They do not respect their clients. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I will never return. I horrible place.

My experience was good for the first 2 months until I ended up in the er with a toenail fungus when one of the younger guys did my feet which means he used dirty utensils !! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!! But in the event you only use Vicky she seems to be the cleanest one there!

Nice people, how much for a full set ?

I went there 2 weeks ago and got a nail fill and the guy did a awful job they were bumpy and lumpy, the paint job was tacky. As soon as he finished he sat back and picked up his phone and got on Facebook. My and friend and I will never go back.

The worst experience of my life, the service is very bad, the nails do not do them as they want, not as you tell them to do them, and if you give them that you do not like your nails and that they fix them, they start rude to yell at you and tell you things in their language, my nails left them as if I had brought them for a month, if I could give them zero stars
