I never had an issues going inside the place . friendly greeting and always helped in a timely manner. My only complaint will be is Im not sure if the delivery driver is really making an attempt to deliver the packages because Im always home or not far away. I was outside one time and got a message about an attempted delivery and no truck was even outside.
Only one counter agent in the middle of the day. Only 3 people on office at a time so you have to stand outside in the sun and heat while the ONE agent helps as best she can. And they dont take items that are being returned and have to go to a FedEx OFFICE location, which is different and more inconvenient than going to this location. Slow service, stupid service sceam (shipping center vs office site vs mail centers vs blah blah blah). You should be able to take a FedEx package to any FedEx office and get it shipped (or in my case retuned).

Terrible service. If you need a signature they don’t bother to call you and return package or sign for it themselves. They do not come to your door for signature. I have 2 claims in with them for lost packages they claim they delivered.

The ladies were very helpful with my return. I didnt have the correct return label from the company. But was able to use the QR code for my return label.

Be careful with this FedEx,they told me the package will arrived at 4:30Pm at my office,they attempt 11:43 Am no accurate tracking number in they said they are going to reattempt to send it again still nothing and they lied saying that they tried the second time.I called multiple times they said the driver on its way.I have proof,I checked the cameras in I was in my office didnt even take a lunch.
Just an overall bad experience with FedEx lately I dont know what kind of changes are made but its definitely not because of pandemic as thet always blame the pandemic for all their business and customer service faliures

Hello from Turkey,I sent a package via FedEx international priority to Palos Verdes Estates with tracking number 785016401200. The package has not been delivered since 23rd March which needs to be delivered in 4-5 business days. It is 12nd Aprill but still waits at Gardena FedEx facility. Could you please help with this issue. Thanks!

This is the 5th time where they said that they attempted to deliver when they did not. I viewed the cameras and they did not attempt to do anything. An attempt must take place prior to you even saying that you attempted. Too many lies.

Everyone should really stop using FEDEX . They claim they made a delivery attempt when there was no Fedex truck on my block all day. Cameras dont lie. The FEDEX EXPRESS DRIVER is San Pedro is just lazy and lies.

Replace the TWO-DAY driver. Hes incapable of delivering to the right address in San Pedro. I had neighbors bring me mis-delivered packages by him. He denied he delivered to wrong address; FIRE HIM. Amazon will surely take over this delivery industry... Customer service at Fed-Ex is really bad to, and people pay for this? SMH

Woman gave me attitude and loud regarding me dropping off a package in front of other customers. She was very rude and talked loud as if she was the owner. I never used this Fed Ex at all. Its hard to believe that she works in front of the desk with no respect to me and customers as well. Very bad customer service. Its almost as she hates her job. I just looked at her and smiled im to old to be behaving childish like her.
They disgrace the name of FedEx the way I knew it. I requested a hold at nearby location on 10/15, but 3 days later it still shows as “on vehicle for delivery”. What, your driver got lost????

Came here for a simple pickup and the lady behind the counter had the hardest time processing a simple request. I was there to pick up a package after receiving a text from FedEx that my order had arrived. The lady at the counter kept asking for a tracking number, which I didn’t receive from the sender; however, I did provide the FedEx package number, name, address, and other details of the FedEx delivery. Apparently that wasn’t enough so she asked to see the text notification, which I immediately showed her on my phone. When she couldn’t enlarge the text to see the package number, she pressed on the number, which prompted the phone to display a call prompt. I noticed what was happening and tried to help by closing the call notification. When I did, she snapped and said “I was looking at that!” Ladies and gents, you can’t make this stuff up. This lady actually had the audacity to tell me what I can/can’t do with my own phone. I resisted the urge to reprimand; instead, I actually apologized because the success of the final delivery/pickup of an extremely important package was in her hands. After what seemed like many aching minutes on the computer, she finally decided to check the hold packages. 15 feet of walking and a minute later- voila! Behold, the package! That wasn’t hard, right? The lady working at the counter had such a negative attitude and it didn’t help that she arrived 5 minutes before her shift (I was the first customer when the store opened so I saw her pull into the employee lot). I hate to say it, but the truth is, some people are just not meant to be in a customer facing role. People should always aim to do things with a glad and happy heart. Whatever the job may be- whether it’s serving food at a restaurant or fixing teeth- you should always set high standards and try to be the best at what you do. I mean, if you’re putting in the hours, you might as well make the most of every minute.

Everytime i come on weekdays there is a lady that is super rude...it seems like in purpose she just makes you wait...today Saturday was even worse the afternoon lady after waiting my turn...she was giving me half service ...helping the person behind me...and got offended when i told her to please finish with me first...I hope the supervisors talk to their workers...they need to have manners...

Great location for the nearby offices. The staff is friendly although you may encounter someone that does not want to help you because they think it is not their job. Be courteous and they might end up helping you.

This is the lowest rating Ive ever given any business. Every single employee whom I interacted with was not helpful. As a matter of fact, whatever the definition is of Customer Service you choose as World Class... The employees who helped me were the exact opposite of What good looks like. I would use adjectives like horrible or terrible or the ones that first come to mind, but that really doesnt give the vibe, atmosphere, or dare I say the culture of that counter any justice. It was, in all probability, the worst non-governmental counter experience Ive ever had.The purpose of my visit was because our Ground, Express as well as LTL pickups failed to happen - all on the same day. So I took it upon myself to take the packages to the FedEx Ship Center that my FedEx account representative mentioned was the closest.When I arrived there were zero wheeled carts or dollies available, when I tried to inquire whether or not they were all in use I was told Get in line if you want an answer to your questions. Once I got to the front of the line, I was told Ground cut off had already occurred. So I asked if I could drop them off anyway, and the employee looked at me with an odd look on their face and said, Well I guess if you want to. I confirmed that my Express packages would be processed, then took a cart that they brought from behind the counter to my personal vehicle and offloaded as many parcels as I could, making sure to load all of the Express since it looked like I would have to make two trips.Upon returning to the Ship Center counter, I was told to get back in line. Puzzling, because I watched multiple people just drop off packages to the person on the leftmost (facing the counter from the customer side). So I waited in line, behind people that were waiting to pick up their Express packages. When it became my turn, I was asked what I wanted, and I asked if another cart was available, or did I need to offload the parcels of the cart I had - the counter person snapped at me and said Dont you do that, we wont process it if you leave the parcels on the ground. Luckily for me, another customer walked in with an empty cart, dropping it off. I went back to my vehicle and retrieved the rest of my Ground parcels, went back to the counter and noted the cart with all of my parcels I had left in front of the counter had disappeared. I attempted to ask the one remaining employee at the counter and she responded You have to get back in line to my question Did someone process all of the boxes on the cart directly in front of you? It wasnt mean, it was more of a disengaged response.So I returned back to the line, enduring a few sympathetic shakes of other customers heads as they witnessed the disregard that employee just displayed. At this point, a gentleman who appeared to be picking up the last of the Express packages was doing a final sweep of the counter. I asked him if he had grabbed the Express parcels on the cart outside and he said, Oh, that was your cart? Yeah we got them. Moving forward, dont bring your Ground parcels here after five, it disrupts our Express processing, okay? The only proper response I could form was Well, if the drivers that were supposed to pick up from our facility would have showed up, I wouldnt have to bring them here. He flippantly replied, Well, thats not our problem. You need to contact dispatch when they dont show up. Just dont bring Ground parcels here after five anymore, okay?All this occurred the day our company switched all Ground, Express, International and LTL exclusively to FedEx. Im thankful that I was the one who took it, and not one of my employees who had been working, in and out of the rain, all day. Not because of the time it took, after our office had already shut down (44 minutes, according to my Google Maps timeline) - more so because my employees, as well as others who visit that location moving forward, those of us who pay for freight and parcel Service should expect a better Experience from FedEx.

The lady was rude. She didnt even greet the customers. If she doesnt like customer service she should be working I the back stock room. Shes the much older lady with glasses. She explained to me that I choose to hold my package at a different location. I showed her my app and even rudely she said well good thing its still here. I know I walked it 15 mins before closing, but I came to this location earlier and another employee explained to me to had my package since they couldnt find me at my residence. I decided to download the app. And she was there too when the gentlemen explained to me to hold my package for pick up. Like I said rude customer service.

I Never get my package delivered! I always have to drive 20 min to pick up a package that should have been dropped off at my front door. Every Time!!!!
This location never attempts to deliver any packages. I work from home, so Im there and they wont even knock. Hell just walk up with the note already filled out that they missed us and now we have to go pick it up, put it on the door and walk away. When you go pick it up, theyll take forever just to look for it and have even sent us away saying that it wasnt at their location, just to find out that it was there all along the next day.
Its always pretty quick & easy to drop packages here for FedEx & you can also get a PO box & take advantage of their other services as well...
The location has a decent sized parking lot. Enough staffs to interact with. It was much tidy and cleaner than Hawthorn location.
Ive been to many locations, this one is easy in and out, especially if your package is ready and labeled. No products or printing services here so its not as busy and the FedEx Office.

Nice people, fast shipment, i had a package that couldn’t be scan, and they made a new one.
This facility needs corporate to come take a look at it including their employees. First off. They cant get a hold of their driver for 3 whole hours. Im constantly getting the run around. They promised me a call back in 1 hour. Its been 3 and a half hours. The only thing they can let me know is that my package will be here before 8pm. I called at 7:30 am. Are you serious ? Never dealing with FED EX again. What horrible customer service they have.

NEVER use fedex. Lazy, rude, I have had too many shipments simply float around until they decide to deliver it or not. For the fourth time I have taken a day off work to get a perishable shipment to be told that Noone was there to sign for it. I WAS home, no attempt at delivery, no notice, just another lie from a lazy driver.

They never deliver your packages. The drivers all write customer not home and youre sitting there waiting. If anything they are constant on faulty delivery service.

Cant believe it. My package arrived at the Carson office Saturday, Sept 10 at 7:17 a.m., but was never delivered to my my house only 6.3 miles (9 minutes) away and written in their tracking information, No scheduled delivery date available at this time.
