I dont wanna give even one star but there is no option. Let me tell you one thing company pay you for the work not to sit there and use your phone. Somebody have to drop to load 2600 miles away and they dont enough time to waste like you. Learn to respect time, learn to do your job. Don’t just look and ignore. Also learn how to talk to somebody, people work hard..

If I could give FedEx Trade Networks 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service, and all they care about is trying to charge you for every little thing. Even when you file a dispute with them, they try their best to weasel their way out of helping you out. Absolutely ridiculous. For the sake of your sanity, avoid them like a plague.

Where to begin.....constant miscommunication from the start. an initial receiving quote of $1676, that ended up at $2727 only to receive an additional bill for $450, followed by another for $175, oh and all the while receiving no billing breakdown.They screwed up my initial ISF filing, causing a 3 week delay as my shipment had to be reprocessed in singapore. I had their representative calling me to find out what the bill of lading number for the shipment was? this is always handled between the shipping liner and the broker, but I had to waste hours calling the shippers to find out the number, what on earth was I paying for?then my shipment arrives, and it reaches customs, I get told that unfortunately they cannot clear the shipment because I need to pay the exam fees first, I say sure no problem, i can pay you whatever you need. There response, sorry but we dont know how much to bill you yet, so the shipment is going to to be held for two extra days while we finalize what you owe, and unfortunately you will have to pay for storage for those two days!!I then submit the billing payment, so I can wash my hands of this company, only for the receiving agent to misplace my billing information. I receive a demand of payment a month later and have to follow up yet again to find out why they havent process the payment I already gave them! the response..., we will have to talk between our billing departments and get back to you as we are not sure if the amount we billed you is the correct amount.... - Is this company serious? do yourselves a favor and use a custom brokerage that knows what on earth they are doing.

The night shift security guards Boyer and superviser Rodriguez pretend to be cops. they are very rude and dont respect. im a driver and they basicly told me to get off their property. WHO DO THESE HIRE A COPS THINK THEY ARE. THEY CANT EVEN GET A REAL MANS JOB

If 0 was available that is what they would get----we have done millions of dollars of business with them...when something went drastically wrong, costing us 100,000s...they came back empty handed....one of the worst customer service experiences possible.
