Honestly, I wouldnt pay these guys to ship a fig.I got their number from my friend in Israel that contacted them regarding a shipment of some boxes from SF to Israel.I was just supposed to call Mike and get it going. sounds simple.so I called action freight for the first time asking to talk to Mike, I was told hes in a meeting and hell call me in an hour. Ive waited 24, and got no call.no big deal. I called the day after again asking to talk to Mike, I was told hes in a meeting and hell call me back in an hour.I explained that Ive heard it yesterday so if they can just make sure itll happen this time thatll be great!guess what. 24 hours and still never heard from Mike!called again the day after asking for Mike. I was told he was out to lunch but today by 12:05 hell be back and will definitely give me a call!12:30 and still no Mike. so I called one more time to make sure .they remember me but I guess they didntMike was already on another call. now that pissed me off. Ive been waiting for 3 days to hear from this guy and he couldnt give me a one minute call to get everything going?! I was very upset with thatit seems like you need to send Mr.Mike a gift or something to be worth his time.instead of bringing that guy to talk to me already the lady decided to tell me how rude I am.(gee really?! you think?! Im sure anybody else but me would just patiently wait another day... and not get any call back)so I decided to just hold the line until this guy is free to talk cause I guess theres no other way to get a hold of him.after 30 minutes on hold, i finally got to talk to Mike who sounded really nice at firstwas kindly asking me what is that service Im looking for. I explained to him that theres a guy who already talked to him about the details Ill just be the guy to pick everything up from and that Im ready to go ahead with the service.To be honest, its probably not the greatest business for a freight forwarder but you advertise it..you better it! but now that Mike knew its only one shipment and not a company looking for a big contract he let himself become the real Mike.I was immediately put on hold by mike for a minute(probably to get ready to kick some ass) and when he came back he decided that now was a good time to educate me... not before he knew what is it that I want..but now..after he knows it wouldnt be such a big business to lose.so he started to ask why does the girls in the office say i was rude to all of them (now Im a guy whos usually getting screwed for being too nice...thats why I waited 3 days for the guy.. theres only one call that I was rude in and that was the last one before I actually talked to Mike so guess what.. IT WORKED!)Ill pay 10k to action freight if they can come up with more than one phone call where I was rude to anybody but the last girl(and Im sorry about it.but again..thats the only thing that worked)I have all of my calls recorded.I tried to stop Mike from going there. I wasnt really looking to complain or anything. I just want to get this thing moving! but Mike was really not in the mood to do small business so he insisted to educate me on the phone. give me a breakif my friend wasnt setting it up with him before I wouldnt even try to call the second day!I tried to explain to Mr. Mike that English is a second language for me. sometimes I might come off as rude and I really dont mean it but at the end of the day, you got a customer here that is interested to pay you money for your services. I couldnt let him keep talking to me like hes doing me some huge favor.Then, instead of getting over it and move on he decided to move on to his 2nd favorite song Dont tell me how to run my business. like I got nothing better to do.at that point i couldnt take it anymore so i hung up on that A$%e,honestly I rather sit and write a google review than to tell you how to run your business.so that what i did... and i hope nobody would call these guys. they have no respect to you, only your loads..and they better be big or youre getting them nowhere!
