Absolutely do not use this service. It is due to their failure to deliver that $3200 of product from Vietnam was not delivered and during dispute due to failure to deliver. My marble statues have been stolen and they have done nothing but ignore calls. Do yourself a favor Do not get involve with these thieves. In the end they will rob you and you will find that trying to collect and sue is more of a hassle than it is worth. Also this starts in Vietnam and goes through China and NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS . DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! They have too many partners jacking their own markup into the handling. Each has no communication to the other or just another Lie that it was the others mistake. Multiple quotes each getting higher. They blame the customer for every mistake, ship wrong container size messing up length of time through customs. Double charge for handling fees SO if you are desperate (NOT) watch their extensive line items done in acronyms nobody without a dictionary can understand. Picking up cargo way to early from manufacturer in China so now I am paying Warehouse fee and the clock on EXW is ticking before my pallets leave the dock much less arrive! Just a overall unpleasant and rude people experience. They Lie and Lie and then give you attitude that the customer is wrong and just complaining! Run Away!

We have bad experience with this company. We have a contract Door to Door with them from VN to USA. Unfortunately, our containers got a custom exam in the US. After exam, they want us hurry up to pay off all the service fees to release our containers. And we did pay them (over 14 thousand extra) to get our containers. Since then we request them to finalize our invoice and provide us all the documents that relate to exam fees. The shippment had been done in Jan 10th. Now March 31st, we still dont get any information from them. We sent them many many emails and still waiting.......
