I found this business online, which has good reviews. So I booked appointment to clean my carpet. Next day morning they sent a guy named GOBI very Unprofessional. When I booked appointment I got an estimated amount. When this guy GOBI came, he is says different quote. And he don’t know want was the actual quote. He just simple says random number. When I told him to call your manger and verify. He called and they said the same thing what I told. This guy started use Unprofessional words to me. I was surprised. I told him to stop the work and get out of my Property.
