We were in the Costco parking lot and our car would not start. We thought is was the battery. And we called AAA. Jesus, the Falcon Towing technician, came to assist and checked the battery which was not the problem. Jesus said the Starter needed to be changed. He was able to start the car for us and we made it to our auto mechanic’s garage. Jesus was friendly, capable and such a help to us.Thank you so much

I absolutely LOVE the service I get from this company. They are very details in helping clients, the manager Mr. Marvin treats me like I am part of the Falcon family. For me, they are not about how much money they can get from you, they are about ensuring when you leave their property your car is in a good SAFE working condition. I waited for them to show up and beyond their provided ETA, I finally called to see what the hold up was. Only for them to tell me that they would be ATLEAST another 2.5 hours before a truck would show up. This was a terrible experience and not what I expect from AAA. If you arent coming then at least let me know so I can plan.

I called AAA for towing at 11:42am Falcon towing called me back at 11:45 to let me know they would be here at by 2;00 pm. By 2:30 pm they had not come. When I called they said they came and called and that was a lie. I can prove it on my phone, and there was no message left.I would NOT recommend this place to anyone,I hope AAA will stop there contract,

Falcon Fuel is my go to repair place. You can trust them to disclose the problem and get your o k prior to any work done I have used them over the years and they are honest dependable people. I have never been disappointed with their service. They also do car towing. Prompt service. Can’t say enough good them about them.

I was being lazy and I paid for it ….. I called AAA and this is the contracted company for my area, they showed up to do a simple tire change because I had caught a flat overnight. So even though the service was friendly I could tell the conversation was soon going left due to the driver’s political opinions which I care nothing of, luckily the trainee saved the day and came and steered the conversation elsewhere, so I got a guy they were training, which isn’t a bad thing other then the fact they stripped my studs and lug nuts.The trainee asked if he should use a breaker bar first and the trainer replied no it’s small lugs and don’t need much torque. When they went to tighten them down one wouldn’t tighten (they noted and admitted to one ) but when I got to the shop that fixes my cars it was two studs and two bad lug nuts. I paid for the work to be done and I informed Falcon towing of the issue, I spoke with Joel and he informed me of what I needed to do, I followed his instructions and when I arrived to get a refund for my work I was treated very rudely and even followed out of the place. I didn’t receive my full refund they gave me a mere fraction of what the price was for repairs. Also the entire process was very nerve wrecking but it’s what you would expect in Gardena smh. They didn’t believe me and they kept questioning my mechanics pricing (every shop is different when it comes to price ) so needless to say I’ll be informing AAA about this incident and hopefully I won’t have to use them again if rather wait longer then to use them honestly, the service was definitely piss poor after the fact, what gets me is the driver and trainee admitted to doing wrong and they still don’t want to fix their mistakes

He installed a new battery but could not get the car to start due to a corroded dealer part (positive battery clamp housing). He did give me informative information on how to repair. Unfortunately, this part is only sold at the Ford dealership and its one of those they gotcha parts that has a hideous replacement price for hundreds of dollars! Ford design engineered part!Regardless, Alex rendered excellent service and even offered to come back out on the same call ticket.

Took my vehicle for an ongoing transmission issue, a 40 point inspection was performed and a report on the status of my engine and other pertinent information and suggested repairs was given, they also included supporting JPEGs of engine and air filter. As to the cost of this through inspection... It was a no charge event, I will be taking all my vehicles here for service and repairs in the future. I highly recommend this top tier establishment to any one in need of a reliable auto repair shop. Kudos to Falcon Auto Repair.

The week of June 1. This was a most peculiar service call. I actually had to call AAA to file a complaint and the weird thing is they have no record of this Falcon Tow company being dispatched on my call or any record of them servicing the call. The Falcon Tow technician who came out was first a d foremost completely obssessed with getting my VIN number, not the license plate number. He said AAA required them to get the VIN. I told him that wasnt true but he said would not jump the battery unless he got the VIN. Then, he started... I asking me which store I bought my battery at.. too weird, but very serious and no non-sense like a cop and not like someone who jumps batteries and fixes flats for a living. Very unprofessional and dishonest technician. For the record, AAA does not require VINs and doesnt care where you bought your battery.

Everyone hates going to the mechanic (especially if you like to work on your own cars), but this was one of the few times I was pleasantly surprised.Ash new exactly what he was doing and was up front about all costs. He also braced me for a 3-4 day wait for the needed part.I explained that we were in a pinch, as my wife was due to go into labor any day-- Ash said hed see what he could do.He was able to find the part for less than expected, and was able to finish the repair ahead of schedule, and about $200 under the quoted estimate.I appreciate Falcons customer service, as everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.I will definitely be using them in the future.

I love this place this is the only place I will bring my car to have work done on it. I have a 2017 Lexus sports i had to get maintenance service done they did a wonderful job. I experienced Falcon Auto Repair through AAA. This was my first time going to Falcon Auto Repair Shop. My battery died and they were able to jump start my car at a safe location. The only issue was that Sergio told me my old battery was good, but its better to do a full charge at their Auto shop for peace of mind. So I followed his expertise to take my car to the shop. It turned out that the battery cannot be charge at all and it was a dead battery. Ash was the manager who helped me. Their services toward customer are good. I wish Sergio could identify the battery was dead on the spot when I called AAA at first place. This way, he can just change a new battery on the spot instead me driving to the shop and wait for repair. So, thats why I only gave 4 star due to this misjudgment. But overall, I felt that both Sergio and Ash showed their care for their customer, at least to me. Still thank them for replacing a new battery for me. The drop/pick up service is really good that they provided. I really like that. Hope they can provide me some discounts for the first timer or long term AAA member in my next visit.

He was very clear, Falcon will be cheaper and, honestly, their service will be way better than our own service.When we have a TOYOTA DEALER saying a different company is better than themselves, wow, we trust.For years I trust Falcon, their attendants are always very friendly and professional. Last time I was there was last week taking friends that just moved from Florida and needed brake and suspension service. I forgot the attendants name, a black tall guy, Belizean originally. I couldnt be happier with his politeness and patience to explain every detail of the service and answer all the questions my fiends had. The service had fair price and the result was beyond perfection.He also had a great sense of humor, respectful and balanced, that was a great bonus. That was cute and unexpected and saved the day.Falcon should be proud for having such great staff member.All other employees I interacted were also super professional and pleasant.Im a happy customer and I feel privileged to have such great repair service in LA. Theyre probably the best in California.The only negative thing at Falcon is their coffee in the waiting room. They definitely need to get rid of that coffee maker and those horrible coffee pods brand that taste like the coffee was brewed using dirty socks. Havent they heard about Breville or Nespresso?

Tyrone provided excellent service. After a long day of fishing at Catalina Island, I accidentally locked the keys in my pickup in the driveway after towing a trailer back from the marina. Luckily, my roommate had AAA. AAA stated Falcon Towing would arrive at 3:57 p.m.To be honest, Tyrone had unlocked the car and left our little place at 3:55 p.m. Tyrone was complete with the job even before his estimated arrival time from the AAA automated system. Tyrone does not like Camaros but he does like AAA. Tyrone was on his way to the bank when I placed a call to unlock keys from the pickup.I am overall totally satisfied with my service from Falcon Towing. I would give 5 stars across the board and recommend Tyrone Davis to my girl.Why, you might ask? Well, Tyrone is a tow-truck driver, he is the person your girl calls when she needs to hook-up.

Im so upset righht now. If I could give it no stars I would.Issue : first call made at 8:04 pm. I had a flat tire. I call Falcon Two truck Company, recommended to me by AAA. They told me it would be and hour. Before someone could come out. I was okay with that. They came in a little less than hour (I appreciate that)but I didnt have a spare. My fault! So the guy says he will call his company to have a second tow truck come and tow me home. But it will be 90 mins. Because I didnt have a spare. I was like okay what can I do. Ill wait. So I waited and gave them and hour before calling to check the status of the tow truck. Roxann answers my call and said she dosnt see anything. But say i will have to wait 90 min from this point. Im like why?. I start asking question do you see my request. She says no...and she asked me what was my drivers name......umm I dont know you dont have a recored? She says no and proceedes to tell me she just came on shift so she dosnt know whats going on but I will just have to wait. Im like wait why do I have to wait. I have already been waiting 90mins since the driver left. Well actually at this point I had been waiting 2 1/2 hrs. So she puts me on hold and says she is going to transfers me to a coworker who had been on shift....... because Im asking why is there no record. I wait on hold another 10mins. No one comes back to the phone. I hang up and call again. And Im placed on hold again. And she comes on and repeates the same information. At this point Im furious! I feel my concerns are valid. 1) Why is there no record of the call the tow driver made.2) Why wasnt this escalated so i didnt have to wait another 90mins which takes me to 4 hours waiting for a towed less than 3 miles to my house. 4) at no time was asked if i was in a safe place because at this point it was 10:45pm and not in the best area of town. So I repeat again.....why is there no record and why will I need to wait and additioal 90 mins. At this point I will be waiting 4hrs for a tow truck. . at this point I felt it was too dangerous for me to be waiting in my car and its almost 11pm night. I tell Roxanne this is unfortunate that I had to have such a bad experince. I will attempt to have a family member come and get me. And I will have to leave my car at the location. I hope my car is there in the morning and not stolen. I only went to this company because it was recommended by AAA. I can say this was one of or if not the worse customer service experices I have ever have. Im thankful I made it home safe. Sorry if I rambled I was so upset when I was typing this.....

Jonathan assisted me so much with replacing my lock actuator & installation of programming my car for automatic key remote. He gave me a dope deal for the repairs towards my car. His customer service was beyond superb....he made me feel so comfortable.. I felt like I was at home. I highly recommend this auto repair shop, really great customer service overall.
