Absolutely horrible experience!! Do not make the mistake of coming to this place. I was having my car towed to Pep Boys but the dispatched said they had their own shop for quicker service so I accepted the offer to have my vehicle brought there hoping I would be in and out quickly and because it was closer to my house. The head guys name is Eddie, I signed for a diagnostic and this guy calls me up the next day saying my car needs $550 in repairs, which I knew it didnt. So I told him No, dont do repairs, I will come see the car. The next day he calls me and says there was a wire unplugged and he plugged it in for me and all the problems are gone. I go to pick up my vehicle and he demands over double the price I signed for. He refuses to stick to our agreement and begins yelling and talking over me like a child. Then he walks off to pray for an hour and tells me go sit with your car when I told him we need to settle this before he leaves for an hour. This guy is an absolute child and I am so upset the towing company even mentioned bringing my car to this place. What an awful experience.
