Excellent glass repair shop. Took my vehicle to get the windshield replaced. Was quoted a 3 hour window to replace it and they were done in under 2. Free wifi and a place to sit outside if you arent comfortable waiting inside. They follow all covid-19 protocols. Highly recommend.

All Star Glass doesnt deserve even ONE star. Not only did they fail to confirm the appointment for 5/11@10am? They NEVER showed 😔up!!!! I waited 2 hours for their technician who was a no show. Yelp will also hear about this experience.

Originally they were supposed to come to my home to replace the windshield of my vehicle. But wouldnt you know it, it rained that day and I dont have a cover for the car. I was able to get an appointment for the same day in the Gardena shop. One hour. No other customers the whole time I was there. They space the appointments that way due to Covid. I felt very safe and taken care of. Very nice staff. I definitely recommend them.

The front desk person who assisted me was awesome. She has a cheerful personality, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to ensure you get the best of the best. She took initiative to call my insurance company, Mercury to see if they would approve for a new windshield from Suburu manufacturer, not a generic one. The person who replaced my windshield is down to earth and true to his words on time frame of when my car works be done. I am very satisfied with their work and customer service.

I was direct to this company from carlex website for O.E windshield. I was orginally quoted $388 for the replacement without the triple A discount. When the installer arrived, the total was $309 with discount applied. (I should have questioned the cheaper price but assumed their was a miscalculation from the operator over the phone.) They installed an aftermarket brand, fuyao. Although, I did not mention I wanted the carlex brand, I did not assume they would install an aftermarket brand who dosent advertise on their behalf.

They broke all my clips that were suppose to hold the glass and the windshield broke again in 2 weeks.

Worse than cable guy. I reserved 4 hours at home waiting . It was very inconvenient as I have extremely busy lifestyle driving kids all around. He did not show up until 6 hours later. After hours and almost night time. He could have called me earlier to give me estimate time of arrival so I didnt have to stay home all day and wait.I eventually called and check in on the third hour and then the guy called me and said he would be over in 45 min. But he came much later than that, and again didnt call me to say he is running late again.

Got a new front windshield because a rock hit my glass on the freeway. Dont you hate that?

Very friendly and effective. Explained to me what they were doing and cleaned all the broken glass with a vacuum.
