I had to get my fingerprints done ASAP for my job and i called around to see who will take a walk in without appointment, Every one near me asked me to make an appouintment. This office takes walk in and they did my fingerprints in 15 minutes. The staff was very professional and welcoming, the live scan technician was very professional and explained everything about he process and the fees i had to pay. My employer got the results in less than a week and I was hired.

I needed a paper signed for school by the notary and this notary left out the part of the type of government ID i used to prove my identity, so my form was declined. I went back to see if they can fix it and the guy who works here told me theres nothing he could do. Something so simple as to fill in what ID I used and he couldnt even do this. Upsetting! Never again!

I called for live scans cost $25 on the phone, in person $74 for the live scan. Dislike the dishonesty on pricing. Other than that it was pretty fast 10-15 mins.
