This was my first time here and I hated it! I came in the other day hoping the idea I wanted they were able to do, I even asked and showed them a picture before they did them she said “we can do anything” I ended up canceling my first design idea because I didn’t like how they were doing it, So I showed a more simple design and they still turned out horrible! They came out bumpy, didn’t clean under my nails, ONE, USED CLEAR POWDER WHEN THE PICTURE WAS A PINK POWDER, and its only been a day since I’ve had them and my index is ready to pop off. I definitely overpaid for these and wasted so much time for a terrible result. I won’t ever be coming back here!

I’m honestly not the one to write reviews but I am so unhappy with how my nails turned out, my sister and went to get acrylics and omg!! It was the worst outcome of how we pictured our nails to be.. I am so very disappointed I will NEVER go back to that place. Oooh and also the cashier Lady forces you to give tip..

I came to do my acrylics and absolutely hated it. The guy doing my nails did a pink powder and totally changed the color I originally wanted. When he put the bead on my nail he put a whole blob on my nail which made it super thick . I asked if he can file it down he said no it will break ... okay. When he started painting my nails before wasting his time the first nail he did I said I dont like this color its to orange he said its not orange its nice .. okay so Im paying for a service I hated. I told the lady charging me I hated it she said to come back the next day . Yeah right aside from the ugly mess he cut me 3x with the machine .. I was not going back. Save your money and time. Found a nicer spot in G.G Blue sky nails is amazing.

She was nice and pretty and place is clean..

I told them at least 5 times that I want my hair cut right under my shoulder & she still cut it shorter. Worse is that I have curly hair so the shrinkage made it worse. Also, when I told her about it, she insisted that short hair looks better on me which is why she cut it as short as she did.

Cheaper prices for manicures and pedicures

I got my nails done on February 11 and my ACRYLIC with gel came off on February 17 so that is six days and acrylics last two weeks. So I called them and I told them I need to speak to the manager and then I told him what happened and he said “come in and we will do it for no charge” so I went out of my way to drive to the salon which I live 25 minutes away just for them not to do it. So they refuse to do my nails with no charge or even give me a refund. 100% DO NOT recommend and will not be coming back.

Was burned from face wax on the same spot on both sides of my cheeks. When getting a fill i was cut 5 different times. The lady doing my nails was also managing the money. They were only accepting cash. The lady seemed to not be paying close attention when doing the fill which is oviously dangerouse since i have t different cutts on my fingers from the experience. I was offered a 6 dollar discount. And told i ca . Ome back next week and have nails redone for free. Overall nightmare like experience.

Hazel took her time and made sure my toes looked amazing! After long months of covid lockdown my feet were in desperate need of help! Lol😆 thank you Hazel!!!

This is probably the best, fastest nail salon in garden grove. Its not anything fancy but they get the job done and do it well! Ive been going here for 5+ years for special events and more. They are great. Truly.

I called this place to make an appointment to get my toes done. While I was talking to lady on the phone she told me to come in now. When I was in the middle of asking her a question she just hung up on me.

Kim was amazing with my nails and she was very kind and helpful with knowing what i really want instead of constantly trying to add on more money to what im getting already. She tells it like it is and i trust her completely. Im definitely going back to her!

The nail artists are nice although this lady was doing my nails she was drilling and it made my nails so weak and soft. And after that there was a red spot on my pinky because she drilled to far. A couple days later I was changing my clothes and all the sudden a nail fell out.

Very disappointed. Went in last night to get a fill the tech broke my real nail it starts to bleed and she doesn’t even clean it just tried to place a fake nail over it until I asked for a cleaning. Completely ruined my shape. The nails are uneven they filed to my cuticle so they aren’t going to last anyway. Then I Get home one of the nails break try n go back the next day the very next day n was told sorry you gotta pay. Will never go here again. Do not recommend this place at all

Worse place to get nails done!!!! I ask the guy if he can change the cooler because i didnt like it because it looked all clumped up the paint looked old and he refused saying i would have to pay more and i told him why and his like because i have to remove the paint and i was like well i havent payed yet for my nails so why would i have to pay more just because they look all clumped and the nail polishing looks old and he got really mad and started screaming with another worker that i think is his wife .... they are NOT!!! PROFESSION AT ALL!!!! VERY MEAN !!

The guy is very rude! He was screaming at a customer just because she said she didn like the color and i agreed with her because it look very clumpy!!! But the guy is not professional at all

If you are looking for a cheap nail salon, you’ve come to the right place......but don’t expect customer service. Employees are rude and the salon lacks hygiene and professionalism. I’d much rather pay an extra $5 at neighboring salons than go to this dump.

Worst place ever u guys should close ur business

Nancy there very sloppy and rude! Burns my face when waxing. Doesnt finish pedicare and puts color on. They tell her to come fix a nail she messed up and she answers Im tired and to top it off she stains my arm and watch with black hair dye! All owner says Im sorry!
