Christian was polite, & respectful. Talk to me about what I could do with the drain that needed to be unplugged. Gave me a couple alternatives. We used a snake to grind through the grout that a previous contractor put down the drain. It wasnt easy. Difficult and time consuming but it worked. We discussedputting in new plumbing in the near future because the grout that was attached to the sides of the drain pipe would eventually break off and clog the drain up again. It would be a matter of when that would happen. Right now I can take more than a 3 minuteshower. Fabulous!! Thanks Christian for your great effort to resolve a difficult problem. It will be fully repaired in the very near future. He is sending me an estimate for that work to be done. Referred by a friend, called for minor sink drain clog on 8/5/21 4pm, they were here next day by 8/6 by 1pm - they called early to tell me they can come BEFORE the original time frame window... and they even came EARLY when I was quoted 45 mins... I was floored - professional from the get go, I got Christian and he wore booties inside my home without me asking, professional, humble, hard working young man, straight forward when I questioned things, etc. I was overall pleasantly surprised in the whole experience, I was actually dreading and had low low expectations going into this... Ive referred several friends already! No one wants the dreaded plumbing issues but when you do, you dont know who to call, I would put my trust in trying this company out. The first company we called came out spend 3 days and did nothing, the problem with a kitchen drain was too complicated for them . So we called Cole’s instead. Christian and Nick his helper came out promptly and did amazing job. They were very professional, payed attention to every detail. Ryan from Cole was promptly at our house to clear a clogged drain. Further inspection showed we needed some sewer relining and repiping work. The sewer line work was rapidly done in less than 2 days using very high tech methods. While it was expensive we believe it is good for many years. They are also replacing our 2 toilets as part of their services. One more to do on Monday. We hope they will send Ryan again.

I called for routine maintenance HVAC, they recommended $400 cleaning of the coils, I refused after the discounted $79 maintenance fee. I also had a plugged tub drain. They couldn’t remove clog with snake.had to wait for supervisor to give estimate with possible tearing out wall. I called for 2nd opinion. Arrived within the hour and fixed with out removing walls. clog in trap, removed & replaced. Didn’t need to call a supervisor. Cole employees very nice, but either new or micro managed. Will not be calling them again.

The first company we called came out and gave us an outrageous price for clearing a kitchen drain - so we called Cole’s instead. Christian came out promptly and unclogged the pipe at a very reasonable price ($77). He also gave us some advice on how to keep the drain working well in the future.

We have used Cole for all services to install our central air, replace a furnace, replaced piping, repaired the sewer line, redid kitchen and bathroom piping, replaced toilets, sinks. All of their technicians are awesome, polite and are experienced. We have used them for many years and would recommend them to everyone.

Just a normal maintenence on my a/c and furnace. I work long hours. I wasnt sure if I was going to make the time I agreed to. When I called to let them know. They were nice enough to say not to worry. They were about to call and say the tech was finishing up with his last call and gave me an approximate time and the a location he was coming from. I called in for a clogged drain and was able to get service within 2 hours of requesting service. Christian was professional, helpful and worked quickly to get the clog taken care of. He spent less time diagnosing and fixing the problem than I spent trying to fix it myself.

Technicians did not know how to access the attic where the furnaces are.Stated that filters needed to be replaced. Price for filters was 4 times the internet price.When questioned, we were told company policy,But said if you buy them, we will come back at no charge.This is ridiculous.

Service tech seemed to me not to have much experience. He came with nitrate gloves only. We unsuccessfully tried snaking from two locations. He suggested we book a hydro blast for the next morning at a cost of $1,600. Told him Ill get back to him. Called a hydro blaster who came out at 630 pm that night and did the job for $500. Dont waste your time and money with these people.

Cole Plumbing Services was able to answer our emergency call within 3-4 hrs. What we thought was a simple blockage turned out to be much more serious, cameras showed the corroded sewer pipe which caused the major back-up. Cole stayed with us throughout the 4 day nightmare. The office kept us informed and updated with daily schedules etc. Answered all our questions and concerns. The work crews were all very courteous and hard working. Excellent pricing, very fair and reasonable considering the labor intensive work and project. Totally recommend them.

These people showed up on time and were very responsive. Their work was excellent and what impressed me most is that after the job was completed they cleaned up and removed their mess. They also took the time to explain each step of the process and answered questions directly. What I was not impressed with was their price. At the time it seemed excessive and today, two weeks after completion I still feel the same way. But I agreed and no one coerced me into signing the contract. I was also impressed with their customer relations. Everyone of their personnel was friendly and informative - Every employee that I had contact with was well trained - congrats on your hiring and personnel training practices.

And he paid in cash.But hes also a 95 year old man on a fixed income and they took advantage of him.Did they do extra work before? Sure. But did they have to? Water heater was still working by their own admission. As far as I know, they did not give my father a more practical, less expensive alternative.I was mentioned as someone to talk to before they start work (because both parents are elderly), but instead of waiting for my call back, they had my father sign a waiver saying he could make all decisions. All this while my mother was completely beside herself watching that money fly out the window.I fought for some kind of discount and after much effort, they were going to send my Dad $500. A small amount....that was never received....three months later. Even with my Yelp review, they responded to a later positive review but not mine, so I will assume my parents will never receive that check.

Cole heating and air conditioning services has been straight forward and honest with me(DON JOHNSON). My A/C stopped working. It was only 2 years old. The technician Francisco said that he had never seen a problem like this. DAIKIN has been a very reliable A/C system. Francisco then introduced me(DON JOHNSON) to his supervisor MIKE. After talking with MIKE who actually took the time to LISTEN to me when I explained that I originally paid cash for the heating/AC and ducting system that was installed by COLE services in my home. COLE SERVICES THEN REPLACED THE A/C COMPRESSOR AT NO COST TO ME. I without reservation recommend COLE SERVICES as a name that stands for integrity, honesty and commitment to the customer at the highest level.

Changed furnace filters and made certain that the temperature throughout the house was uniform.

First person came to try to repair heater but was unable to. He created a work order and had a two man crew come the next day to replace the system. Lead installer was not communicative, did not speak with me to make sure I was ok with the install and ignored the instructions of the work order. Someone had to come a couple of days later to compete the job as ordered.

Ryan did a great job clearing my sink in a timely manner. Got to the house on time, and was in and out. Left zero mess, and didnt try to hassle extra $! Had a backed up bathroom sink that they took care of as much as they could. sink works fine but Alfredo explained that there is still a lot of sludge that they couldnt get at unless they came in from the roof. will have them come back out next week sometime to finish job. I recently bought a house and have receipts from the previous owners. These are a list of things Cole Services did in the last several years with the very recent comments from the home inspector and LA city natural gas company:2012- Install condenser, furnace, coil; now LA city natural gas company would not turn gas back on as incorrectly installed furnace was too great of a fire risk; home inspector found that ducting in attic was not connected2012- Install insulation in attic; home inspector said not to turn on ceiling can lights until insulation was pulled away from them as the lights were clearly labeled with a warning not to install insulation within a few inches of the lights and the insulation was touching the lights2018- Air conditioning drain lines reconfigured; home inspector said that the drain line doesnt actually leave the house and just dumps the water in the crawlspace, which will destroy the houses foundation2019 (past weekend)- Cole Services installation team came to fix the furnace, found several things wrong with the instillation of the furnace, then charged me to fix them-Also, I have been told multiple times from Cole Services employees that that this work had been permitted and inspected, but I cannot find any record of this on the citys permit website. Cole Services havent produced any record of permits or inspections.-Every time I call to ask about these issues (I do want to hear their side of the story - I realize I possibly may not have all the information) - the manager I have to talk with, Mike, has just stepped into a meeting, left for the day, isnt there that day..... and then I am told the time when he will call me back, which he doesnt so I call the company and am told that Mike has just stepped into a meeting, left for the day, isnt there that day...

Another company kept stalling so I called Cole - Ryan was here in under two hours. Major leak had flooded my laundry room - he diagnosed the problem and helped clean up the water with his shop vac, tho it was a purification filter housing that had cracked. The original installer was needed to replace it. He was so helpful, and the company responded so promptly,, Ill always call them first from now on.l

This place is extremely unreliable. My 82 year old grandma had a plumbing emergency to the point that she could not use any appliances/toilets in the house. I called Cole Plumbing at 2:30pm and they assured me that they would have a tech come between 4 and 6. I explained that my grandma is elderly, legally blind and needs their services that same day because she is not mobile and cannot use the restroom in other locations. I didn’t seek out any other services because I believed that they would come. The receptionist assured me that they would send a tech out. Seven hours later we were still waiting and no one showed up. I called multiple times to ask where the technician was and the receptionist repeatedly told me that she cannot contact the tech directly . After asking several times if someone was going to make it to our house the reception replied, “ I can’t answer that”. I had my gf call them back and the receptionist claimed that I had said it wasn’t an emergency so they may come tomorrow which is a lie. Do not rely on this place to help you because they have no answers and are extremely unprofessional!!!

Cole came out to clear a drain. Young kid that showed up did a good job, took a lot of time, and was very professional. Because of that I set up an appointment to have someone from Cole come by and talk about installing a soft water system. Appointment was confirmed by Cole (the gal who answers the phone is very nice, very helpful). Plumber did not show up for the appointment. Would have been 5 stars, but now I generously give them 3, and will not use them again since the one who was supposed to show up did not exhibit a modicum of courtesy to call or text, or have someone call on his behalf.

The technician, Francisco, came over to my house on 4/27/20 for a smelling AC issue. After checking and “discussing” with his supervisor ( in his car) for more than 20 minutes, he gave me a diagnosis of dirty sock syndrome and proposed to either changing the whole evaporate coil unit or take it back to wash it. The issue is that the price he gave to me was $4563 and $3611, respectively. After I declined, he charged me $89 for the visit. I ended up calling my friend and had he came over to help, he charged $300 for washing it yet after opening the unit, he discovered the severely rusted coil due to inappropriate installation in 2016. Eventually, I had my friend changed the whole unit and spent totally $1795 for everything. I was shocked that Cole Services was intending to charge me more than double the price I am supposed to pay, very disappointed and will never use their services again.
