These guys are awesome! I had dropped my phone on the street. Screen was badly cracked in multiple locations as well as having gone black! These guys took my phone close to closing time and stayed well afterwards to fix it! The screen as well as sides looks brand new and is functional perfectly. Thank you Street Talk! Tony was amazing. I had an iPhone that had water damaged to it and wouldn’t turn on. Took it to the Apple store and Verizon store, they said I needed a new phone ($1000) vs. charge me for a diagnostic. Last ditch effort, came to the mall to this place - Street Talk - and dealt with a man named Tony who was extremely knowledgeable. He opened the phone, tried a new screen on it but it didn’t work - didn’t charge me a dime (not to mention, he tried to fix another phone but it was severely damaged and it still didn’t work and he spent a good 45 mins on it AND still did not charge me). He recommended to not send it out (which would have costed at least $150) and keep the phone open and bring it back to him in a Few days after it dried up to try again. I brought it back, and he was right! The phone works perfectly - I was able to recover all the pictures and documents that the Apple store and Verizon was unable to help me with. This is my go to guy going forward and is highly recommended. Super Honest and professional!!

These guys are awesome besides Apple these guys where the only one that where able the replace the back glass on my iPhone 12, Apple charges $600 to do the same repair these guys did for $200 and they did it within 2 hrs I know that sounds like a long time but The Apple store makes you leave your phone with them for a day and it’s definitely worth waiting the two hrs because they did a great job and they even gave me half off on phone case because the case I ordered didn’t arrive yet, I just got this phone not even a week old and yes it was my fault the back glass cracked but Apple being a billion dollar company didn’t even extend a one time courtesy to replace or repair my phone at a discount they new my phone was brand new there Warrenty is b.s. and there “so called Apple geniuses” are rude and really unprofessional

I had my phone fixed for $200. I had to come back a week later because im they didn’t fix it completely. They put super glue in my phone and charged me another $300. My phone is still not working. I had to go get it fixed a few days ago for $150. They are scammers to the max.

I purchased a wallet case from here two weeks ago. I was initially satisfied with the case but the case started to tear in the corners after one week. The lining came out when I would slide my card out. The case was poorly made. Needless to say the case ended up in the garbage. The case definitely wasn’t worth the money. I won’t be going back again to purchase anymore cases.Response to owner:Thanks for responding but like I said before the case went in the garbage.I doubt you would have given refund because I definitely didn’t want another case. First and last time purchasing a case from street talk. Thank you.

Long story short, my phone fell in a puddle and it wouldn’t turn on, I took it to a couple of places but they all said that it could not be fixed, finally I found these guys at the Rosevelt Field mall, and even though they didn’t promise me that it could be fixed, they still took it, and sent it to their lab, a couple of days later they called me to let me know that my phone had been fixed, I’m so grateful to these guys, I didn’t care too much about the phone itself, as I was already due for an upgrade anyways, but I didn’t want to lose my pics, since a lot of them had not been backed up yet, I absolutely recommend their services, they are life savers.

The screen quality and workmanship is extremely poor, I paid 146 dallors to replace my iPhone X screen and also the purchase of a screen protector. The screen broke with in 2 days, at first I thought it was the protector that was broken but when I took the phone out of the phone case I notice the screen wasn’t even placed flushed on to the the phone it was coming of the phone at the edges. I should have known because the the screen was reacting very poorly to touch, however I thought it was the screen protector causing it. I finally return to the mall to explain what was going on with the phone, they could care less. The only thing they cared about was saying that the screen was cracked. They never acknowledged that the screen was improperly placed to begin with. Save yourself the headache and go some where else, also the screen they used was poor aftermarket screen which I found out when I went somewhere else to fix the mess they made.

All I can say is that Im speechless.... I went to get my daughters phone repaired, not the front screen but the back of the iPhone. The owner was so amazing. My friends recommended this place to me. I had a problem with my iPhone 6s Plus, charging port did not always work and unfortunately I broke the screen, it looked really bad. So I didnt expect my phone to be repaired. And the Apple Store said that it is impossible to fix it. But, I took a chance and l was happy. The guys fixed my phone! He looked almost like new!
