Fast And Cheap Great Place Very nice Workers Thank You Guys

Looks like no one.wants to work here either. Been in line 20min and lined just moved. 1 bay open. 15 min oil change with 2 cars in front of me = 30 min. But i think ill b here an hour.

I went to the canton location a while back and asked for Ahmad and they said he was moved to the Garden city location I went to the Garden city location and waited for over an hour I asked them if Ahmad works here they where unwilling to tell me they kept ignoring me every time I would ask I assume he no longer works for the company. I drove off and said have a nice day. Its ashamed to lose hard workers like him I suggest the company gets in contact with him to see if hes willing to come back.

The staff was quick, and professional. The service was good, like the camera so you can see whats happening below your car. The price were a bit steep.

I waited in line for 30 mins only to have a car get in to get an oil change before me, that had come in about 10 mins after me. I was only there to get my tires filled 😩 I expressed my disappointment with the manager and he acted as if he could care less!

Everyone here was so nice and helpful and friendly! As a woman who knows very little about cars, I always have my guard up to get sassy with rude technicians. But nobody talked down to me at all, and they actually explained everything very well! I was in and out with an oil change in under 20 minutes. They are a little more expensive, but fit the quality of service it is definitely worth it!! I’ll be back for sure.

Took my car here with no noise in my car left with my oil pressure sensor light on and my car running hard. Sounds if they put no oil in it when they were done with it because now I have a ticking sound. Took it back to the shop and they say its not their fault at all. This isnt the first time Ive used the place but I dont feel that they took care of this in a professionally manner. I feel if my car was not making a noise when I pulled in it shouldnt be making a noise when I pull out. Unfortunately I was one of the last cars of the day so I had to go back to them the next day. Ive asked for a call from corporate or from a manager and have gotten NOTHING!!! Lack of professionalism if you ask me.

This place is a DISAPPOINTMENT every time I go. Ive given this location a shot with 3 different vehicles. Every time there is some new hidden charge. First time I was brought a flyer with new prices written in sharpie. Most recent visit I was told that they only carry synthetic of the oil my car carries and that it would be $89.99 for the first 5 quarts.Going rate for my oil is less than half that!Drive thru oil changes are supposed to be the quicker less expensive option, yet my dealership only charges $54 for the same oil change.Ill be happy when this location finally goes out of business for good.

I do not recommend any oil change at said establishment because of the wait time mostly and the price. Literally cheaper to do your own change.Oreilly, right filter, 5qt cheapest oil, and BADA BING! Yer done.

I took my car in for an oil change 45 minutes before they closed. They said they couldnt change my oil because I had a blown head gasket and a leak in the rear seal, changing the oil would make it worse. So they refused service. Interestingly though, the lady who pulled in next to me at the same time, they told her she had a leak and they couldnt change her oil either.I took my car to my friend who is a master mechanic and there are no leaks anywhere!!They just didnt want to work because it was close to closing time. Dont go here.

The people that work here really take the time and get it done right. Unlike other places there will honestly tell you. Tell you their honest opinion. And will always try to help you out.As a customer, this is the only place I will go. Period.

I miss the days when an oil change was 19.95 LOL But service was friendly, fast. Topped off all the fluids, checked air pressure in tires and checked battery, and filters.

Nick was very polite, helpful and attentive! It was a clean and well organized place.

They said I needed a $64 oil change instead of the regular $42 one cause my car had over 100,000 miles. When I said no thanks just give me the $42 one their professionalism went downhill from there.Instead of removing old reminder sticker from my windshield & replacing it with the new one, the guy hands me the sticker to put on myself! Then after I paid the bill, he said hed go get my receipt & Id be all set, but he handed me my receipt, walked away without saying anything more, & left the hood up on the car. When I asked another guy why I was sitting there when I had my receipt & I was all done, he said their trainee still had to check all caps to make sure they were tightened. I said didnt he do that when he checked the levels? I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! 😡

I have visited here often. If your driving east on Ford rd. Youll notice the sign before you see the building and its a little difficult to see the sign. The staff are very friendly, prices are kind of high but is close to home and if I need something small like air they are willing to provide it at no cost. There is a monitor that allows you to see when someone is under your vehicle. There is also a timer so you and the tech can see the length of service (this feature is amazing)!! My only complaint is my last 2 visits which unfortunately was my last visit. The first occasion (this actually happened twice, if it were only a couple bucks I could understand) I brought in a coupon that was mailed to me, after receiving a full synthetic oil change, new air filter, and new wiper blades. I gave it to the employee, I even asked did he apply the discount, he said yes but when I checked it was not applied. So yet again I missed out on about a$10-$15 discount. (Yes Im cheap)The second incident; I was told I was leaking antifreeze eventhough it was almost full. I asked could it be another fluid if the antifreeze is full?...the tech reassured me he smelled itand saw it on his towel its antifreeze. When I got home my husband rechecked all my fluids and my power steering fluid was low almost an ENTIRE BOTTLE! This was not only upsetting but concerning. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I called prior to coming in to make sure I has time for an oil change and they said yes, I showed up and refused my service.

This place is exceptional. A lot of people dont like going to oil change places because of being pressured or being taken advantage of. This place will make sure that you never have those worries again. The staff was courteous and the service was fast and efficient. Make it a point to come here and youll be glad that you did.

I always get the best service when I come to this location the staff is always friendly and amazing at what they do.

Recently changed, and I miss the Pennzoil crew that was at this location. Still, I was happy to see the transparency efforts by the new ownership. The Valvoline crew make sure you know what is happening, you can also see a running tab and checklist on the computer screen as well as a video feed of the person working under your car. No surprises just clean efficient environment and friendly people. Thank you, my old car shifts much smoother with the new transmission fluid, and over-due oil change.

Expensive. This is a new facility. It used to be much cheaper before they switched over. Probably will not go here again. I can get this done cheaper somewhere else with more personable staff. Or I could just do it myself. They also dont fill up other fluids in your car. They just tell you if they are low. They are big on pushing extra charges. They tried to convince me to buy a new air filter for somewhere between 40 and 60 dollars. You can go to the auto store and get it for 15. Its not hard to replace. But after I told them no they continued to push it. I told them no probably five or six times.

They werent able to remove my oil filter, because of the inconvenience I was able to get fresh oil free of charge, which was unexpected and very nice.

They installed my filter improperly and caused major issues that the dealership had to fix! This Valvoline place is horrible it was great when it was Pennzoil. Won’t ever visit here again.

I just visited this Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change for the first time this morning - it was fantastic!. Had a great experience there. I went about 9am, so there was no line and I was directed into one of the bays immediately. My technician was Sam, and he was knowledgeable, polite, and just flat out nice. I asked for an oil and filter change, and he also recommended new wiper blades and air filter, both of which I knew I was due for. He even grabbed ME, the lady NOT working in the heat, a bottle of water while I waited for him to finish working. Will absolutely come back here - highly recommend it.

This is the best oil change place in Garden City and surrounding areas. The manager Sam is the nicest person you would want to meet. He is very personable and makes sure all your needs and concerns are met. I have been coming here for years, and will not go anywhere else for my services.

I hate taking my car anywhere and when I moved here I was dreading finding an oil change place. I’m so happy I came here! They were so polite. No one tried to talk me into anything extra. A filter hadn’t been replaced in over 100k miles and they showed me where it was written on the old filter so I knew I wasn’t being talked into anything. I will gladly take my car here again!

$89.99 for an Oil Change is too much. Especially for a 2013 Malibu! Great location, staff was nice so hopefully the pricing is restructured.

Overall all nice people, but when I went there to do an oil change they gave me a sheet with the Oil change Packages where on top it said fluid top offs. When I asked them if they topped it off, they hadnt even check it and told me for Liability reasons they dont do brake fluidsEither way I would of been more satisfied if I know that they didnt do brake fluids since the beginning instead of knowing afterward!

A++! I have gotten my last 4 oil changes here and they were all done quickly by knowledgeable and friendly technicians. I would highly recommend them! Their pricing is reasonable and they quite often have coupons in the Val-Pak, which has saved me a few bucks over the last year or so. Also, they have given me a bottle of water every time Ive gone there which I consider above and beyond for a 10 minute oil change place - excellent customer service!!

Stopped by today to get an oil change and the worker came out and told me “we are not doing oil changes today because I had a couple guys call off today and it takes 3 guys to do an oil change.” Seriously? It takes one guy to do an oil change. There were 2 other people besides me waiting that were told the same thing. I went down the street and got my oil changed by 1 guy. It’s too bad. Before valvoline took over, this used to be a pennzoil and the service was always great! Safe to say I will not be back!

Very friendly! Fast service! They young man I worked with was was super helpful. One thing I really liked was that he was not pushing services on me and I felt comfortable. I didnt feel like he was trying to take advantage because I am a woman. I will definitely be back.

I came to this place all the time when it was Pennzoil, the guys there were the best and it was around $30. I came to Valvoline recently and it was completely different. The same basic oil change was about $45 without other fluids topped off. Thats not what made me write this review though. This was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and it was centered around whichever employee has many tattoos and wears glasses. This man sat there and openly complained about the cars that were sitting in his bay the whole time they were doing the oil change. Both cars literally just looked at each other in disbelief as this guy cried the whole time. Awkward and rude experience to say the least, me and mine will never be back here!

Only have been to this location over 150,000 miles on my car and they told me they cant change my oil because the plug was stripped out now they want me to take it somewhere else what do you mean go somewhere else they were the ones that stripped it

OVER PRICED....So SAD!!!! This used to be my favorite place to go (close to work and Great staff) BUT unfortunately Valvoline bought out Pennzoil and it changed just a few weeks ago. I came in today my oil change was $94 (that was with a $10 off coupon) WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! Pennzoil was never over $68......looking at other reviews from here, I can see I will now go to the Chevy dealer down the street for $65! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

Blake and Trevor did my oil change today and were great. In total it took 16 min because Blake was training Trevor and, even with a newbie and training, I dont think 16 min is too bad at all! Theyre very transparent on what your car might need, always has a running total on the screen next to the car as well as video footage of around and below your car. Im surprised to hear so many people complain about price from when they were a Penzoil. Valvoline always has coupons online or groupons, plus theres a reason Penzoil went out of business and got bought out. Ive been to Valvoline locations in Lansing, Novi, and now Garden City - all have been great. Keep up the good work!

Expensive as hell.. guy told me price half way of doing oil change 101 bucks.If I knew the price before he started changing my oil I would of never got it done.I will never go here again fell like Ive been cheated.

Valvoline bought out Pennzoil about a month ago... we came in today & were told an oil change would cost $124 PLUS an extra $20+ for a few extra quarts of oil. INSANE. We were here before Penzoil left & paid only $70. Stopped at the Chevrolet dealer down the road & full synthetic cost only $65. What a joke! These people are robbing you.
