Good experience. First time here. Very polite and professional. Not as cheap as I thought it would be even with a $15 off coupon. I do trust these guys more than I trust the local Toyota dealer for service. I will use them again

It is not Einsteins any more. It is an entirely different experience than what you would be used to. It is now a Valvoline 15 minute service center. Be patient. They are training staff.

I loved Einsteins and have been coming here for years. There is a noticeable difference in service since the buyout by Valvoline. They no longer have cameras for under the vehicle and they no longer offer any refreshments (first world problems). All of that really isnt an issue but all of my prior experience with Einsteins, they have been very professional and on top of it. Never much goofing around and someone was always by the computer to answer any questions the person under the vehicle had. This was not the case today. At one point the employee under the vehicle was asking for some assistance to see how much he needed to fill a certain fluid and there was no one in sight and it took him yelling a couple of times to get someone to come over. The employees were very nice so that is a plus.They typically show me every one of my dip sticks but this time around they just showed me my oil dipstick. They no longer carry their windshield rain repellent (which was AMAZING during the winter). I hate to be critical but when youve had so many great experiences at a place like Einsteins, you come to expect top notch service. One employee didnt know how to open my hood.

This place not only does maintenance and offers outstanding customer service, but also saved me from a citation by replacing a front headlight that went out which wouldve taken about a week to replace by the local Toyota dealership! Im so grateful for this business that goes above and beyond a maintenence oil change! You guys are the best!!!

First to note; the staff was very professional and courteous.My issue is their vehicle age restrictions. I tried to get an A/C recharge and they could not do it because my car is a 1998. Their website does not mention the 20 year policy they have. A 22 year old car is no more of a liability than a 19 or 20 year old car.It would take an attorney less than an hour to draft a bullet proof liability waver for customers that would still like service and understand that warranty must be waved due to company liability risks. To the owner, you should really look into something like this. You can protect your assets while still providing service to people who enjoy their cars a bit older. I have owned this particular car for 12 years and still love it!!!my car model year starts in 98 and ends in 2004. my 98 is no different than a 2000 or 2004 of the same make and model.Thanks for reading

This place feels like going to the doctor is really not that personable or comfortable. I felt like I was getting a colonoscopy do you want this do you want that how about this now this is what we do here felt like they were trying to sell me a car and not just change my oil. Not sure if I trust them to honestly tell me the condition of my air filter another things seems like after I had it done I went somewhere else are a checkup and the air filter was dirty. Oh well maybe its just me but I probably wont go back

One time I was not serviced before a car that came in after me and service was slow. Another time they did not have the synthetic oil my van requires so had to go somewhere else.

Ive been to a few locations of Einsteins. Every time they have fantastic customer service. My story today at this location this evening... just bought a really old pick up. Came to get an oil change. They noticed a pretty bad leak. They went and took a video of the leak and explained everything. Gave me the option of still doing the oil change or not. I opted for not and they still topped off fluids and looked it over. Ive been impressed with them at every location on all my vehicle oil changes, but this was awesome. I am a loyal customer for sure. Thank you! I wish I would have gotten a name! But thank you right bay!

They came up to our vehicle very professional explained every detail in not only our choices of oil change but pricing before starting service. Pierce, Domenic and Zachery at VALVOLINE / EINSTEIN’S changed my Tundra Crew Max oil, differential and transfer case in a timely manner that made it feel like an race car pit crew!Kelton and Richard even solved an defective part fitment issue from a previous maintenance experience elsewhere for no additional charge!It’s worthy to note that it looks like Valvoline itself has recently bought out our local Einstein’s Oilery, but a majority of the excellent, EMPOWERED employees with customer service and remains the same!Thanks guys!

Let me tell you, these guys are awesome. I went to them yesterday for an oil change, and was more than pleased with their service. Tyler helped me and was nice, charismatic, and helpful. He didnt try to sell me things I didnt need because I was a young female. Whenever I asked him a question he would say let me show you which is awesome to be engaged in the process as a customer. Best of all, he and his associate save me almost $600. My check engine light has been on for 2 years and my shop told me it was an EVAP leak and would need a sensor in the tank replaced, costing $600. Turns out it was just a vacuum leak with cracked tubing under the hood and they fixed it for me for free. I much appreciated their service and will be back again!

Solid, fast service. A little more expensive than other places, but you spend a lot less time there and you can stay in your car instead of in a waiting room. If there is no line, you can get in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Took my car in for a radiator flush, that my mechanic told me I needed. Dustin checked it out and said my PH was just fine. Wonderful customer service, HONEST and very informative!! I would recommend Einstein’s to anyone!!

I have tried quite a few of the oil change services around Eagle/Meridian and this has been my best experience so far. As soon as you arrive an employee is hustling out to give you a paper and a tablet if you want. They will also bring a soft drink of your choice. Each of the employees are courteous and working hard. They do offer the usual air filter, additives, etc.. that some car drivers could use but is not a hard sell. Both times I have gone there has been two cars in line and two in the bays, but it is worth the wait and they move pretty quickly. Keep up the good work.

I will still get my oil change here but ignore the up sale attempts. They often lie and tell me I need a knew air filter system when I just bought one on my previous oil change at Valvoline. Quit yanking on my transmission gear and telling me their is something wrong with it. I am aware. If you yank on it and it completely breaks Einstein oil will pay for my new transmission. It is my only car. It is running fine. Just change my oil, fill my fluids. Recommend other things is ok, but dont try and up sell me. Service is usually friendly. Dont yank on my great box. You are going to break it.

Ive been going to Einsteins for 3 years now. I truly believe they are the best vehicle service company because I have dealt with the competitors and was not satisfied by any of them. I trust their service techs entirely and the customer service is outstanding. I recommend everyone to at least give them a try and see for yourself.

I hate getting my oil changed by other people but Einstein’s makes it easy. Even though there were 6 cars in line ahead of me (garden city fair grounds location) the entire crew worked quickly and efficiently to service me. In particular SARA went above and beyond to go into details not listed on just the printout and ensure I left happy with everything I wanted, 10/10 service.

Quick service that was informative. Trevor was the technician that worked on my vehicle and he was very professional and polite. Explained the services they provide thoroughly and at what mileage they recommend each service gets preformed. Went over the invoice, which was very detailed and I was on my way. Very pleased with the service and staff.

The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Sara and Jake were great and took good care of my Volkswagen Jetta.I was skeptical about Einsteins and quick-lube shops in general owning a Euro car, but they did a great job. Initially there was a small drip leak from the filter housing, I stopped back in and they fixed it up in no time flat. Excellent customer service, they really care about the customer.

So nice, so professional, very speedy, and always informing you of whats going on or what they need to do with your car. You never have to even leave your car! Its an oil change drive-thru!! They offer you an iPad, a newspaper, and beverages while you wait, and they have a tv next to your window so you can watch something or look at the screen that shows what theyre doing under your hood! Im just so amazed at the attention to detail they have and how professional and informative they were. Will 100% recommend to anyone and everyone looking for an oil change!!

Great service everyone is really nice to you,they offer a tablet to use or newspaper, plus they offer water,coffee or soda. Every time ive gone they are really quick, hardly ever a long line. You can usually find a coupon online too. Only place i go now to get my oil changed, cost is very reasonable too. Highly recommend

This was my first time getting my oil changed here. I will definitely go back. Quick friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and I could see what they were doing to my car. They talked me through every step. I usually go to jiffy lube, but Einstein made a customer for the future.

The fast food of car service, in a good way. can tend to be a bit pricy, especially compared to changing oil yourself, but they do offer other services and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Also they fill up your tires and check the quality of your other fluids, if you just want a rough estimate of how your car is doing.

This is my second time going to an Einsteins. They have fast and friendly service that I would confidently recommend to any of my family and friends. I trust them to do a good job with no gimmicks. I also love the incentive to come back within my mileage to get a discount. I will continue to come back not just to support local companies but because of their superior service.

I take both our cars here. They are always quick and courteous. However, today they set themselves apart from all others. Ive had a stripped bolt on my skid plate for quite some time. Every time Ive had an oil change it has been a messy affair because you cannot properly access the filter with the skid plate in place. Jake, the manager, has been aware of this problem for my last two oils changes. Well, today he decided to have his guy take the time to pull out the stripped screw. It took them a good half an hour to remove the bolt. After the oil change they put new bolts in place of the old. The charge? NOTHING! Jake figured it just made better sense to take care of this problem for both our sakes. Heres what this really means... SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE! A not so simple act on Jakes part has made me a customer for life. Way to go Einsteins!

I cant say enough good things about the staff and service at the Glenwood location. I returned on 5/27 to have a new transmission fluid hose installed to replace the worn hose. The staff was able to get my vehicle in right away. This is priceless service, thank you to the entire staff at this location for all of the assistance! It is greatly appreciated!==========Approximately 3 weeks ago on a Sunday at 4:30pm one of the vehicles I own had a transmission fluid leak. My first thought where can I get this looked at on a Sunday?? The light went on, Einsteins is open on a Sunday so I drove to the Glenwood location. Got right in and it was found that a transmission fluid hose had a crack in the end of it where it attached to an inlet. The hose had plenty of slack, so the end with the crack was cut off and reattached and it was good. Couldnt believe it, thank you for being open on a Sunday! Returned on 5/5/17 and the leak was much worse. It was the same hose again and again the employees were ready to help get the leak stopped. This is a GREAT service, saves time and money. This is why I go to Einsteins, every employee is always running to provide the best service and assist even if service isnt for a routine oil change. Kudos and thank you to the entire staff at the Glenwood location.

Jake and his team are fantastic!! I pulled in with my 2002 Honda Civic and the hood would not open!!! He spent almost an hour wrenching on it! After not giving up, he got it open! Seems to pricey and broke a stud on cover of fuel filter to my diesel truck last visit. Not only no compassion when mentioned after I found out but lied by omission to the fact.

Great service, fast work. While they do offer/recommend a number of options to add to the services, its not a hard sell and they dont push if youve declined. Having tires, lights, filters, and all fluids topped is a much appreciated safety service.

Quick friendly service. You can chill in your car while they change your oil. They offer lots of add-ons, but arent too pushy and its easy to pass on them. Watch for coupons...you can easily save $10 with a little Google searching.

Quick and efficient service, worth the price. Offered tablet or newspaper while they work, offered a drink, told about the entire process and about optional services. Camera screens show you the work as its done. Great place!

Quick service, you can see everything they do on cameras under and around your vehicle. Theyll read error codes for free if your check engine light is on. They dont push extra services on you, theyll tell you what they offer and move on if you say no.

The service was fast and professional, our sales tech was not pushy with upgrades and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Had a slight misunderstanding with our transaction and the manager and assistant manager were very understanding and helpful in resolving it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would like to thank Austin for taking care of my Yukon. He noticed I had an issue with my rear dif. and took care of the issue at no charge because I had it serviced 2800 miles ago. They always take care of our cars and we stay loyal to this location because the service has always been in point.

Staff was friendly. They offer something to read and to drink(which I didnt get after) as you wait in your car. Actually service took about an hour which to me seemed a little long. Originally 3 out of 5UPDATED 10/20/18 I received a call from Jake who wanted to make things right. Went back a second time and the service was spectacular. They went above and beyond and will definately return. This is how customer service should be.

They were very good with my 95 Suburban, it runs great now. But they offered changing the turn signals because he said their out. I declined. So I checked them afterwards, and found that they were all fine.

The team at this location are always super friendly. Today they happily helped me replace a headlight bulb. Thank you!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The employees must be treated very well because they seem very happy, and eager to make the visit a positive one, without hardselling addons. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The price is about 20% higher than the lowest youll find, but I prefer to pay for excellent service. Best oil change service Ive ever had and will definitely return.

They didnt put my air filter on tight at all they set it back on my cold air intake which caused issues with my car after a oil change. They are kind of rude if you dont buy all the extras dont care to go back I can go anywhere else and have a better experience for a lot less money

I went for an oil change (which I received) and I left with my trunk release fixed. They noticed it was broken when changing a light for me (as I couldn’t open it up from the release switch) and fixed it quickly and even showed me how to correct it myself if it ever breaks again! Excellent customer service.

Let me start off by saying I usually visit the Nampa location everytime I get my car serviced. Today I was out running errands and decided to stop at this location. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the customer service at this particular location. Sara was the associate I got for my full service. Not only was she extremely polite, she was really knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure my visit was above satisfactory. She listened to any concerns I had and explained everything that was taking place.The only concern I have and its for all Einsteins location is most of their products are pretty overpriced for being what seems like generic products.
