Two people were working and in too much of a hurry to get everyone done. I had my nails dipped and they are lumpy, I have dip powder all over my skin and they weren’t dry when I left.

I called for a pedicure and they said they could get me right in. I walked in a few minutes later, they sat me down and began pedicure. From start to finish it took less than 20 minutes. No soaking of my feet, no massage, no foot mask, and I still have rough heels. Would not recommend wasting your money. I basically got an expensive polish change.

Stopped by for a gel pedicure...the polish I chose was not used, when I asked for it to be used she painted over the design with it and was very rude when I told her I didnt like it. She half way tried to fix it. Everything was rushed and unprofessional. Not the usual relaxing pampering pedicure youd expect. The polish was thick and not done well. By that evening several nails had already lost the polish. The gel was covering skin in several places. I called the next business day after to ask for a refund and they wouldnt refund my money. Offered for me to come back in for them to fix. I kept trying to explain that I live 2 hours away and had to remove the mess they made on my toes already. Plus Ill NEVER GO BACK in there! Beware...find somewhere else to spend your money. A SEVERELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible.

Nails were not even they were lumpy and they drilled my skin a couple of times they didn’t do the Letter I wanted correctly and my nails are lose

Calm, quiet atmosphere always does an amazing job and takes their time. The tech sanitized her hands in front of me before preforming service and she listened to what I wanted. I come here ever 2 weeks for a fill. No complaints here!!

Im only giving one star because 0 wasnt an option. Im only talking out of experience. If you want your nails done and willing to pay top dollar. Do not and I repeat!! DO NOT go to HOT NAILS!!! Very poor skills and the woman that work there are not nice! I never hate but thats one business I dont support in this community!!!!!!!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews before going to Hot Nails. They rushed through my pedicure and she did regular nail polish for $35.00, talked me into painting my nails and rushed through that for another $25.00. She was working on two people at the same time so the service was rushed and not relaxing at all. I would NOT recommend Hot Nails to anyone.

I was traveling through the area and needed a pedicure bad! Googled a place open on Saturday afternoon and found this place. Staff was minimal but very friendly and accommodating. Got in right away. Not the place that you can sit and enjoy a food massage for 20 minutes but it got my nails trimmed and painted like I wanted. In and out within 20 mins.As for the place at first it seemed questionable on cleanliness. Although watching the girl do my nails she did use clean sanitary tools and watched her clean chair/tub for next customer.The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it’s a little rough looking and quick minimal service. But if you’re in a hurry and just need a basic it’s the place to go!

Will be reporting to Kansas State Board. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I would like to let everyone know you should not go here. Worst ever! 15 minutes pedicure. Took some polish off, trimmed nails unevenly, no cuticle care, put scrub on my ankles, used pumice bar for 5 seconds, rinsed and dried feet, then polish. No lotion, no massage, no cuticle care, no filing nails straight. Did not clean tub before or after services. Did not disinfect tools after using them on my mom. Disinfectant auto clave was on but not shut and did not even use it. Discusting!!!!!!!

Worst pedicure ever!!! I had a pedicure one week before going in today and they didnt even scrub the little bit of callus on the back of my heal. No message, no hot towels (unless you count the one they wiped my feet off with), no scrub, and no lotion.

I travel for work and had just gotten engaged (1 hour before) and needed to get my nails done for pictures. I understand busy, and I understand terrible customer service. I asked for a full set. She glued my nails on, before coloring, step 2 out of 5. She left for 20 minutes to wax 2 people without letting me know. My hour nail job took 2 hours due to lack of customer service. Lastly, 2 days later my nail popped off doing laundry, due to their sudden quick and unprofessional nature. I am not from the area but I understand there are few nail salons in the area, this is one Id avoid. Extremely poor customer service for ther $45 I paid.

I brought my daughter here for a mother daughter day. It was the WORST! They were not friendly! They did not ask us what we wanted! They separated me from my little girl! I wanted to walk out the door and go down the few doors to the other nail salon! How is this place still open!! I have never been so unhappy!!!!! You would be better off having the neighbor girl do your nails!

Not much scrubbing, exfoliating or massage for a pedicure. 12 minutes, bam! Youre out the door. Not a happy camper.

By far the worst nail salon. Nail colors old and out dated. Waited 45 minutes on the couch, then 30 in the nail chair. 3 ladies came over to look at my nails and went and took people just walking in. I get my nails filled and done, every 3 weeks, at different places. Because I travel. After them taking people that came in 8 after me, I walked out. I wanted a pedicure/fill/manicure/paint & design. To bad they dont take care of customers. Im a Big tipper, If you do the job! Your loss! Ill get them done down the road, at a real nail salon! To bad the town, excepts this as service!

Poor service, got a pedicure and the lady didn’t take her time, skipped many steps and just did a awful job. Don’t recommend this place for pedicures!

I gave this place a try despite the reviews hoping my experience would be different. However, the first lady who did my nails had each nail shaped differently, and when I tried to inform her on the mistakes she kept getting an attitude. She painted my nails and still no changes were made. She didnt glue the tips on all the way, my nail has excessive acrylic underneath, there is air bubbles on each nail, she didnt cut my cuticles, and the service was just horrible. I asked another employee working if she could do my nails and fix it because I wasnt going to walk out with my nails in such horrible conditions. She did assist me, however, she only fixed the shaping. I am from Houston, Tx and I truly do not see how this shop is still operating in this town. If i could give this shop a -10 i would because 1 isnt even a justifying rating.

Showed the lady a picture of what I wanted but I just wanted it in different colors, she refused and did them in the colors of the picture. She was rude when I asked her to fix multiple mistakes she had made on my nails. Charged me $35 for a shotty job.

Went in for Pedi, she had me done in 5 min, trimmed and painted, didnt even soak my feet, put on scub and rinsed right off. Very dissatisfied with this service. Not ever going back. Still charged $25.
