Awesome cycling spot!!! The staff is super nice and friendly and everything is clean and up to date. They provide lockers, water, towel, shoes which is nice. Bathrooms are also stocked with deodorant, hair dryer, tampons, etc which is also a nice touch. I love the classes and such a great workout. Def want to go to more classes.
Great front desk staff, clean environment, when you come in they walk you through the steps, you get a bottle of water, a towel and the shoes and a locker for your belongings. The instructor (Maria ) was great . Very good experience . I got a great workout out of it . Looking forward to my next class . Oh and on your way out they have a little refresher bar that has fruits, coffee and snacks to rehydrate you . Two thumbs up
Instructors are excellent and studio is ALWAYS so clean
Love, love, and love cyclebar. From when you first walk in until you leave it is an experience. Everyone is super friendly and everything is clean. They will provide you with hair ties, towels, cycling shoes, clean showers with body wash, deodorant, lotion and shaving cream. The instructors are phenomenal. The music is LIT. The vibes and energy are always at a 100 and positive. Keep up the good work guys.
Great workout, outstanding service! The people here care, the place is clean and well maintained and if you like spinning, it doesnt get any better than these. Prices are high but youre paying for a full, unique experience
Great classes! Coco has an awesome playlist and is my go to instructor. The studio is clean and they provide you with everything you need. The staff is always friendly and helpful. So much better than SoulCycle. Highly recommend this spot.
Cyclebar is a community, friendly staff great service, clean environment. Cycle stars are great music for every taste and time.
Fun class and clean studio. Good music. Wish the bikes weren’t so close together but I’ll def be back for more!
It was fun! I like the competitive aspect of it, but way too cluttered. The bikes were too close to one another. I prefer a smaller class.
This is the only cycling studio I have tried out that is on that SoulCycle level. And to be completely honest, I like it better than SoulCycle. I never thought Id say that. I have tried any and all cycle studios within reasonable distance to my home, my office, and my vacation locations. Let down after let down after let down. NOT CycleBar.The experience is incredible. Its the first thing that will whisk you into a heart-eyeball-emoji state. You walk in the door and you can sign in with a person or a tablet...a millennials dream. You will see about unlimited smiles and happy faces greeting you and pointing you in the right direction. When you input your shoe size into their website to register for class, they have your shoes ready for you in a locker that has your name scribbled all over it, welcoming you to your first voyage. And they provide a free reusable water bottle, filled with filtered water which you get to keep. And it holds about 100 oz of water. Its perfect. I may have imagined this, or it was a coincidence, but the bike I registered to ride was set exactly right for my height. These are things (free shoe rentals, bike set up, the works) that SoulCycle and other studios charge you for or requires some kind of $$$$$$$$ VIP membership. The studio itself is dark and lit up with red. There are employees all over looking to help you get set up. Friendly and kind, just like the greeting when you arrive. The bikes are top of the line. The shoes are a bit different than Ive used at other facilities, but theyre still fairly easy to use once you get the hang. The ride I first attended was a 90s hip hop ride and it ruled. It was led by Jamal. I would 100% go back to his classes. The choreography was easy to follow and he was motivational throughout the class. Ive noticed that from the front desk to the instructors to the owner, a major effort is made to learn the names of the clientele. This is super important. They do all the little things right at CycleBar. And all the big things, too, if you cant tell how i feel about it.I think what pushes it past the SoulCycle experience for me is the stat piece of the class. Your bike has a screen attached that lets you know your personal statistics - your resistance, your power, your speed, etc. This helps you keep pace with the music and instructors suggestions. It also tallys up and, at the instructors discretion, is shared with the class on big TV screens on both sides of the studio. It adds a competition element that Soul is missing. This is also how some other cycling facilities operate like FlyWheel and, to a lesser degree, Swerve. But neither of these two studios create the full package that CycleBar does. And, they send you ALL your stats as soon as class is over. Calorie burn and mileage will have you jaw dropping if you push yourself. Im super into it. It allows you to measure your progress...and thats always something Im looking to do.The class I took was at 9:45am on a Saturday. There were bagels, coffee, and of course their filtered water on tap available for anyone to nom on and rehydrate to their liking. Also a gif photobooth for hilarious sweatie selfies that you can email yourself after a ride. No confusion on what to do with your shoes after. Everything is clean. OH. And there are USB ports in each and every locker. Cmon!!!!!!!! That rules. They also offer a monthly membership at a price which is totally worth paying if you know youll go often. They seem to support local business, as there was a little pop up apparel shop going on.All things considered, I am over the moon for this place. Only thing that stinks about it is how far it is from Huntington. I would 100% be a monthly member and would cycle my brains out every damn day if this existed closer to me. Or close to my office. But considering the owner is as friendly as can be, maybe theres pleading room. You NEED to check this place out.And you have no excuse - the first class is FREE.
Really love this cycling facility. As a local resident who previously cycled elsewhere, I always wished for a cycling bar in town and was so happy to see Cyclebar join the GC neighborhood. The staff is really helpful; they explain everything thoroughly every single class; there is ample crew to help you get situated unlike the previous cycling facilities I frequented - you really feel @ home here.Cyclebar always offers fun classes with different spins (theme night, LIVE DJ RIDES -- literally the best -- VS nights) and the teachers are SO motivating. I have taken classes with almost every teacher and I have nothing bad to say.The place is tip-top and offers awesome amenities(free snacks, chapsticks, mints, waterbottles!) ; and finally one of the most important things i think is the value: its so wonderful to be able to afford something you enjoy ! Where i cycled previously it posed an extraordinary class-rate (no discounts for students) and not much better for their packages. At Cyclebar, especially during their grand opening, (but even afterwards!) the competitive pricing for single rides and package-deals has enabled me to integrate this into my lifestyle and not just do it 3 times a month but 3 times a WEEK!Im already seeing results. Thank you guys so much!
Instructors Rock!
