Called Steam Masters on Monday and they came out to clean the carpet on that Thursday. Quick response and did an amazing job removing blood stains on my bedroom carpet after an injury. The two area rugs look like new ! Never knew how dirty those things get. You think vacuuming an area rug is enough but I learned today it is not. Great Job Steam Masters and a Great Value as well. I will be calling you again !

Steam Master did an excellent job on my carpets and sectional couch. They also removed pet urine stains I didnt even know were there from the previous owners and wax! The amazing thing is that the carpets were just cleaned by another local 5star company 3 weeks ago and they werent able to get out any of those stains and it is Significantly cleaner overall now.Highly Recommend Steam Master!

I had the worst experience. $129 for 3 bedrooms and a living room sounded great and a great opportunity to try out a new company.. first he tried up selling us for something we didn’t want. All we wanted was clean carpets. Didn’t happen! Don’t waist your time.When asked to come back he said his business was done. That we get what we pay for. Well clearly not a clean carpet.

This was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Anthony the owner of the company really took his time and put so much effort into getting every little stain out of my carpet. He was even able to get the wax out that was spilled from a scentsy pot! He was on time, courteous and very reasonable. I will always use him from now on. My carpets dried very quickly as well.

I called steam Masters on short notice they went out of their way at the end of the day to squeeze me in just before the Fourth of July weekend. We have white carpets, pets, a toddler and drink tea or coffee daily. This is the only carpet cleaning company I recommend and I do it with frequency! They are so good they removed a month old coffee stain when I finally realized it had been hiding under my couch! All the tannins-gone from the white carpet!!!! They cleaned our carpet a few months back and Im just getting around to writing a review but I knew I had to because the guy that cleaned our carpet was so nice and fair and he did the best job getting stains out as best as possible and the rest looked brand new . He made it smell so good to . Some stains sat so long they they were hard to get completely out (which we expected ) but he got a lot more out then we thought was possible . My mom came by and saw the after results and said would call them in a second if she had carpet cause it looked so nice . Him and his boss are very friendly and honest. We will for sure be having them back out again . We also got our little rug cleaned for a great price to . We dont have any complaints . The owner called us later that day to see if we were happy with everything and he was so nice and genuine. You wont regret using them .

These guys are the best!! Sincerely the best company I have probably ever worked with. They are prompt, courteous and meticulous with their cleaning. We have experienced some really bad puppy urination issues after just having new carpet installed a little over two years ago; I thought we may have to have our carpets replaced again. We have tried steam cleaning it ourselves as well as hired another company last year and didnt have any luck removing the stains. After receiving a postcard from Steam Master I decided to give it another shot now that our dog is officially potty trained. I am SO glad I did!! They were pretty upfront about the fact that obviously we had a bad stain problem...They assured me that by the end of the process the stains and odor would be gone and if not, they would come back and make it right. After about 24 hours some of the stains began to resurface. I got in touch with them and they were back here within less than a day to fix the problem. When they came back, they went above and beyond my expectations! The stains and odors are non-existent and my carpets look bran-new again! I assume that multiple visits are probably uncommon, as they are very thorough. I think our stains were just in need of a little extra TLC. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company. They are extremely affordable for the outstanding performance they deliver! Next time I want my carpets cleaned, I know who I will be calling!

Excellent work, we had some tough stains to get out of the carpet and they managed to get most of them out. They spent 2 hours cleaning 2 rooms, 2 short hallways and a flight of 14 stairs. Very thorough! Highly recommend!

Arrived late took them about an hour until I asked what was going why hadnt they started said they were having trouble and had to reschedule. I have been waiting and they couldnt have told me I had to go ask. Supposed have arrived at 1:30 and it was 3:40 and the job was still not done. Very disappointed all these good reviews I thought I would have a better experience.
