Horrible customer service, cleaner came whenever she wanted and not on the day we asked. We discovered they were using a broom to sweep our carpet and not a vacuum. Their original contract in small print states contract lasts a year which is crazy. I had 2 different office locations and got calls from different reps and then different franchise owners and then different cleaners from both locations. I was very confused by all the different contacts they gave me without a heads up that I would be getting calls from multiple different people to set up the cleaning. Once I discovered the horrible cleaning we called both cleaners to stop cleaning and the one coming on a different day then we asked came arguing with us to keep the contract and the other cleaner claimed she would sue us. We then kept trying to reach other people in the company-there were sooo many-in order to cancel. They would not respond to our emails or return our calls. We finally got them to cancel the contract and on each location and then 2 days later I get a letter that they tried calling me numerous times, which they didnt, and that I must make payment TODAY. I called and of course got their voicemail. Very unprofessional business. Would not recommend.

Employed the company for commercial cleaning for a few years. In the beginning, they were decent, though over time things got worse. The company did a mediocre job of cleaning when they actually showed up. Eventually, it was very sporadic when they did come and the account manager (owner of the franchise?) hardly ever responded to any calls or texts when the crew didnt show up. The bills always came at the beginning of the month (before any service was actually provided) so it was always a hassle/fight to get the bills to accurately reflect the days they actually showed up. I wish the service provided was as on top of things and as good as their billing department, but sadly they seem to only care about collecting money and not the service they provide.

Do not use this company!!! They bill in advance and then do not show up! I have been calling the Garden City office all week and no one calls back! When i call the main office they tell me to call the Garden City office. Terrible!
