After noting some bubbles under the floor covering in our laundry room, we hired a floor installer to come in and replace the floor in the laundry room. As he was removing the old floor, it was discovered that we had had a water leak in the wall for some time, resulting in water damage, including back mold under the floor in the laundry room, as well as into the kitchen. We also had 15 square feet of mold in the crawl space under the floor. CTR was and assigned the project from our insurance company (USAA). They were very professional in their approach to the project. Kelly was very instrumental in organizing the project, and seeing it through the various steps. The floor replacement part of the project is being orchestrated by Rob, who has been very helpful in the explaining the steps involved and setting it all in motion, to include working with USAA. Communication throughout the project has been excellent. They were all extremely thorough, organized and professional; and, a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend CTR.

Nobody wants to be in a situation where you need to call a cleanup and restoration business its stressful. I am thoroughly impressed with Kelly and everyone at CTR. They are in frequent contact and never leave a conversation without making sure your questions are answered. We have hired CTR multiple times and they have been amazing to work with every time. We had a negative experience with another restoration company in the area so we were nervous about needing services again, but everyone weve worked with at CTR has been amazing! From water damage and restoration to mold mitigation and cleanup, theyve done an excellent job with communication, professional, and educating us through the process. I thought I had posted a review months ago, but it looks like I didnt, shame on me. Luckily their service is far superior to my memory and getting a review up. Long story short we thought we had an issue but we really didnt. We went through 3 plumbers with various solutions but in the end CTR came in and were able to show us that we didnt have an issue like we thought we did. Keep in mind this ended up not being a big money job but in spite of that they were honest, fast, and just service wise incredible. Should you ever have an issue that requires them (or us again for that matter) by all means give them a call. I just wish I could give them a few more stars for my being late at writing them a review.You guys rock CTR, stay safe out there.

I cannot begin to express how amazing this company is. We had a plumber push us towards another restoration, who later got kickbacks for pushing work towards them and that company took three times the projected time to more or less ruin the house. We fired them and called CTR with a tough deadline to get everything straightened out. Without fail this company hit their deadlines at half the cost quoted by the other bad company, were professional in all interactions snd did professional craftsmanship work.I literally was spellbound walking back in there five days after they took over and on day one, their tile guy met me at 8 am sharp, cut to task, and we were off and rolling. Each day I’d check in, gun shy from the previous company as they’d roll in at 2-3 pm or not at all for weeks at a time, and every time I checked in on the property with CTR, another major advancement would have been made and would take a disaster snd make it into art.I sincerely cannot understate my appreciation for CTR. They’re the real McCoy in Boise, you’d be foolish not to go with them, I’m planning on signing a contract so a shifty contractor can’t pull the wool over my eyes again, saying it’s a rush job. I unfortunately have had to call CTR on 3 occasions; once for a flood at my house, once for a flood at my mothers house, and once for a flood and mold problem at my neighbors house. On each occasion they arrived within 2 hours. They were prepared with appropriate equipment to do the repairs and began immediately. On each occasion the work was completed professionally and timely by courteous and understanding employees of CTR. We were all extremely pleased with the finished product that we received.

The first time we used CTR was Feb 1, 2015. We had a pipe break and the insurance sent them out. Jim and his crew were there in under an hour. They were fast, courteous, and kept us informed. When we had storm damage we told the insurance we wanted CTR back. Again Jim was on the phone and made an appointment for him to come out to see the damage. This time it was not an emergency. However, after doing the inspections and sending the information to the insurance and got the go ahead Things moved quickly and in no time the roof was done and the siding replaced. We highly recommend CTR for your emergency

CTR did an excellent job replacing our roof after the previous company who did it a year ago did not warranty their work or even try to fix it. I could not be happier with the work that was preformed. The CTR crew was professional, quick and efficient. They even did a great job picking up all the debris after the wind destroyed the roof; in addition, they left nothing behind when the work was complete. It only took the crew 2 days to complete our roof. The professionals even came by to the house to review the work after it was complete and let us signed the efficient tablet instead of a bunch of paper documents. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs roof repair or a complete roof replacement. I have attached a picture of the crew on day one of the roof repair. It looks amazing!

Curtis and his crew are nothing shy of outstanding. From the start to stop Curtis was on the spot with everything and was always transparent making this experience awesome. Using CTR for our recent flood restoration was a positive experience from beginning to end. Their response time was very fast, and the team that arrived was experienced, skilled, and courteous. They provided a calming presence in a chaotic moment. All the work was performed skillfully. When a subcontractor did a less than perfect drywall job, one CTR phone call led to an immediate service call in which everything was put right. I would recommend them without hesitation, and would certainly use them again.

CTR has been wonderful to work with. Curtis provided excellent customer service and patiently answered all my questions. He completely took care of dealing with the insurance company and made sure my house was back to 100%. Sophia and her cleaning crew were delightful to have around and took such care with all our belongings. They were very thorough and did a great job. I am very pleased with CTR and their staff!

It was the week before a family reunion and two weeks before my daughters wedding and we had a summer storm. Later that night I heard some water in my dining room and my roof was leaking. As I was trying to clean it up a section about 4x4 of my ceiling fell in along with soggy insulation. What to do? Found CTR online and their response was immediate. Two very nice young men came out and cleaned up the mess. Over the next few days, they dried out my room/ceiling and then did a final cleanup. They were friendly and courteous and did excellent work. The follow up calls to assist with insurance, etc were very helpful and really helped my already frayed nerves. One of best features: they billed my insurance directly. Cannot believe how caring and compassionate they were. Made the whole process so much easier than I feared it would be and I was able to fully enjoy my family and my beautiful daughters wedding. This is the 3rd time I have used CTR for damage at my home and they again were outstanding both in response time and professional work. Brian Ballard responded and completed the roof portion of the service and Jason did the interior finish. Both were very good doing professional work and not being satisfied with anything less than the best. I will definitely use them again. I have used other restoration services in the area and there is really no comparison with CTR being head and shoulders above the others I have used.

CTR did such a wonderful job after our garage fire that Id never want to use anyone else if another disaster strikes. After their repairs and clean up, the house was in better shape than when we bought it. Our experience with CTR was awesome! Our house flooded.....we werent sure what to do so we called CTR. They were there the next morning reassuring us that it was fixable and led us step by step through the process. CTR was available and was working on my flooded crawl space within 3 hours of my call. They made this terrible disaster disappear. The workers were very professional and worked for over 10 hours to get my crawl space from becoming an swimmingpool. They helped me navigate my insurance and were very straight forward with what needed to be done. I am so grateful for their quick work.

We were in the process of selling our house when an inspector found mold in the attic. We panicked as we have heard plenty of horror stories about mold remediation. We asked for several companies to give us a cost estimate and CTR was the first to respond and offered a free estimate. Even after having to crawl through a vaulted ceiling on a hot day. They had a good estimate and we went with them to get the repairs done (remove mold and stains from attic). We wanted to blow in the insulation ourselves and they worked with us to help keep the costs down as we were trying to avoid going with an insurance claim. In hind sight, I probably should have had them do it as blowing in over a vaulted ceiling was not as easy as I thought and I had plenty of other projects to complete. They were professional and very nice. In the end they had three visits and all the stains/mold were gone. I would recommend them and use them again!

We recently had our roof leak. Our insurance company suggested CTR to help. And within an hour they were calling us to make arrangements. They were at our house the same day. They went above and beyond anything we expected. Over the next few days they were at our home often checking on the progress, calling and gave us cell numbers to call with any questions. Hands down the best customer service Ive seen in the service industry. I only wish they did more because they would have my business forThey were professional, timely, and caring for our personalized needs. Couldnt have asked for better people to work with.

They started off on a great foot. Came out right away, over Labor Day weekend. (We had a leak in our master bathroom upstairs that resulted in water raining down to our downstairs living room). Then asked me to give them a glowing review in exchange for a gift card, so I did. Then the next 6 months happened. Our case was dropped at least 5-6 times. Every time we called it was as if they had never heard of us and we had to re-fill them in on what happened at our house. We had a hole in our ceiling and we were unable to use our master bathroom for 6 months. The last 2 times we called we spoke with a guy named Curtis. The last time my husband called it was to cancel our service with them and start over with someone new. My husband was calmly and nicely explaining, for the hundredth time, what our situation was and Curtis interrupted him to say Now Im going to explain to you what is going on, and be quiet since you dont seem to listen well. After this blatant disrespect Curtis had the nerve to ask us for more money and that he would be sending us a bill. My husband politely told him he could send the bill but there was no way we would be paying it. We finally called someone else, they came out and our ceiling and bathroom was fixed within 2 weeks. I DO NOT recommend CTR to anyone ever.

We awoke early one morning to find our basement flooded with water up to my ankles. After contacting the plumber and insurance company a restoration company was sent out. One of the employees from a different company that arrived to my house was staggering and weaving and I asked them to leave as I did not want them in my home. The insurance company then had CTR contact me. My experience was entirely different. The employees were extremely professional, informative, efficient and effective. I was very impressed and so thankful to have someone do such a great job in my home. Since then, my mother had a situation that required a restoration company and I called CTR first. Again, they were responsive and helpful in addition to providing quality services and workmanship. Thank you CTR!

I was routed to CTR via an insurance claim and I am glad I was. Beau coordinated with me and I always felt like I was in the loop, appraised of important timelines, and aware of the overall status of the project. The work was completed in a timely manner and it looks great. All debris was removed from my home and I was left with a great looking new roof. Very satisfied.

The water heater failed in our 2nd home in McCall, ID. Luckily, we discovered the leak only a few days after it started, but not before the water had worked its way into several rooms of the first floor. Some friends recommended CTR, our insurance company agreed with the choice; and we are forever grateful for that. CTR got on the job immediately and in a few minutes Shawn, the area manager arrived and introduced our project manager Doug, who coordinated the entire project. There were so many sub-contractors moving in and out to tear out, dry, and rebuild, that we felt truly fortunate to have Doug coordinating with the insurance company and overseeing the work to its conclusion with a great deal of professionalism, an eye to quality, and good humor.

CTR showed up very quickly. They kept us informed of what steps needed to be taken. As they dried out our kitchen ceiling leak area, they took moisture measurements daily, which eased my mind that mold would not be an ongoing issue. Communication was great. They always called or texted when on the way and they came when they said they would be there. They were careful to put foot coverings on when entering our home, to keep it clean. They also communicated with our insurance company, submitting whatever forms or bills were necessary. It saved me the headache of dealing with the insurance company any more than necessary.

Excellent Service. We live in Texas and went up to our condo in McCall Idaho to remove some of our personal items because we had a contract for our condo to be sold. Upon entering we immediately noticed we had a major issue as water had leaked and all of our hardwood floors were damaged. Within 20 minutes of making a call to CTR Shawn Davenport and his team arrived and immediately started the clean up and drying process. We left two days later and headed back to Texas and Shawn stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. Very good company with prompt service. Had a roof that leaked during a rainstorm November 2015. CTR promptly came over the next day, covered the roof, removed wet ceiling and insulation and installed blowers to dry ceiling and roof. After the ceiling dried, Kevin and his crew began work removing old shingles and wet plywood, installing new plywood, water barrier and new shingles. The morning after the flood I was clueless on who to call. The first company I called gave me a runaround. CTR was on my street called by another neighbor and they went out of their way to accommodate me and saved me thousands from untreated damage. They removed wet rugs and residual water and immediately started drying the space, helped with FEMA who I had insurance. If only FEMA was as prompt and helpful. In a time of chaos they were great.

My experience with CTR was fabulous! Beau Leeper and his crew were amazing. They were extremely thorough and kept the work area very clean. Not only did they respect my home but they also respected my position as a single mom and were sure to be up front and honest with me in regards to any related costs to the flood, no surprises. There were times were I was very anxious or nervous about something and I would call and Beau would be here in a matter of minutes with the answer or explanation to ease my concerns. He went out of his way on several occasions to be sure he could be here when I was available. This experience was completely different then the experience I had with one of the local competitors who made me feel very unimportant and that I was small income compared to the other jobs they had going on. We had some substantial water damage that needed immediate but calculated attention. We had to have the situation taken care of while the rest of our store was up and running. The care and professionalism CTR took to assure other areas of the affected area could still operate was hands down amazing. They stayed in constant communication with us during the whole process, even contacting us in the beginning before anything started to make sure we didnt have anymore questions or concerns before the worked started. Water Damage -- from the crazy winter of 2016/17, I suffered damage to our new house in a number of ways, and one of those was damage to my wood floors, through water entering through the walls relating to ice dams. Ugh. CTR came to the rescue and rushed out a dehu or dehumidifier, and a couple of massive drying fans to dry out the wall that had to be opened up. They saved my wood floors, coming out again and again to check the moisture in the wood, and ensuring that the boards cupping was continuing to flatten out. Beau was a real professional, and ensured that, during the rebuild, the drywall and orange peel matched, and the custom floorboards (unique because its a curved wall) matched up (requiring a custom order of flexible, matching floorboards). I would highly recommend CTR!

This company is amazing. We had a leaking ceiling for several months and our insurance agent got tired of dealing with people who wouldnt respond so he called CTR and scheduled a service call. When they came over, they not only found the leak but made immediate preparations to have it repaired. It was like a miracle. Our ceiling looks brand new and youd never know there had been a problem. We are so grateful to this company for their immediate action and solving the problem. I would definitely recommend CTR for any job needing to be done. We love every person we dealt with at CTR. CTR acted as the general contractor for multiple repairs to my home following last falls major hail storm (golf ball sized hail). After I had my insurance adjuster inspect the damage to my house, CTR stepped in and managed the entire project, which included reroofing, exterior painting, gutter replacement, and screen repair. All the work was done by competent, local professionals who performed promptly and skillfully. The people I worked with at CTR were very helpful and diligent, and made sure to keep in regular contact with me through the duration of the job.

These guys provide stellar customer service! I HIGHLY recommend them. Easy to talk to, explain everything as they progress, always give you a heads up before coming to your home. They even stay in contact when there is nothing happening (because youre waiting for kitchen cabinets to arrive). CTR was amazing! We had a water damage issue caused by neglect on the part of our home builders, and CTR came through with great repairs! Fast, friendly, and great to work with on insurance or other billing issues. They even found a second issue not caused by the original issue, and repaired it and invoiced the appropriate party! Our upstairs bathroom flooded and caused water damage to the floor and all the way down through to the ceiling of the bathroom below. We had a couple companies come out to assess the damage and mediation. CTRs team was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They were also extremely clean with the mediation work. Their part of the restoration was done well and quickly. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend CTR.

We were referred to CTR by our insurance agent after we discovered a slow leak in our basement that resulted in a mold situation. This company is amazing, best customer service ever. I called them to cleanup the devastation that a plumber assured me was in my crawl space. CTR checked it out, took pictures and recommended another course of action without charging me a cent. I highly recommend this company. They provided sound advise about how I could limit the damage before they arrived the next morning. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and stuck to their original estimate. I should have written this months ago but the insurance company and Mark, the owner finally got the billing figured out. The night before Thanksgiving, we had an upstairs bathroom flood that damaged carpet, sub-flooring, molding, and linoleum. Jason and the crew showed up and 2:00 and immediately went to work. They tore out carpet, saved furniture, ventilated the walls to prevent mold and set fans and dehumidifiers. Over the next few weeks CTR removed damaged drywall, duct work and flooring in preparation for the rebuild. The ONLY issue we had with CTR was a drywall subcontractor that was resolved rather quickly. These guys are great. The amount of knowledge they must have to conduct tear outs, mitigation and then rebuild it all is amazing. From the project manager, to the owner to the crew that showed up every day were great to work with. We just got this settled with our insurance company. Through no fault of CTR, our insurance company was stonewalling and CTR is now working with them to finalize the matter. Great crew, from Jody, to Mark, Mike, Jason and a few others I just dont remember the name. If you have a disaster in your home or business dont hesitate to call these guys, they know how to help you with the insurance, the billing, the removal and rebuild. I really hope I never have this happen again, but God forbid, if I do, my first call will be to CTR. I cant praise them enough.

This is our first flood experience and we were fortunate to have Dallas from CTR in Lewiston, ID walk us through the process. A water leak from our refrigerator damaged four rooms in our house and my anxiety was at its highest. Dallas and his crew were always polite, considerate of our property and explained the next steps. After demolition was done, we were nervous about moving on to the restoration crew but Bruce and his crew were easy to work with also. We would recommend CTR to anyone who needs cleanup and/or restoration work. We will definitely call them again if we are unfortunate enough to have an emergency.

CTR was fast, efficient and had excellent customer service. Hopefully I will not have another disaster- if I do, I will use CTR again!

Wind blew down our fence. Called our insurance co. on Thursday, estimator was here on Friday, that afternoon he had his people come and remove the broken fence so no one would be hurt. Monday they showed up..dug up the holes for the fence poles and cleaned up the area. Tuesday they set the fence and decided that the other three section need work, set those poles and returned Wednesday. Installed these three section, stained and sealed the fence and was out of here right after lunch.

We had extensive water damage to our cabin in Donnelly, Idaho. The customer representatives and contractors did an excellent job with the restoration. They made sure that any areas that suffered water damage and could be a mold issue were replaced. The workmanship was excellent in terms of materials and installation. Also, we had a couple of minor problems after it was completed which they took care of in a timely manner. We would definitely refer friends and family in need of restoration services to CTR.

CTR did a great job for us. We were pleased with the people and the timeline and the product. The timeline was especially tricky since so many roofs in our area were damaged last fall. It was almost impossible to get on a roofers schedule. CTR brought roofers up from their other locations to meet the need!WAY TO GO CTR!!

CTR-- Cleanup & Total Restoration came to the rescue when our sewer line backed up and water from the washing machine gushed onto the bathroom floor from under the toilet. Our insurance company recommended CTR as a company that they have worked with multiple times. Within 3 hours, (and this was late into the evening) workers were at the site dealing with the water mitigation issues. Communication with the insurance company was handled in a timely manner and repairs to the damage commenced. The initial time estimate to finish the work was right on target and so important to us because we had a renter in the house who would be displaced during the repairs. Beau, the CTR specialist, kept me apprised of the repair schedule every step of the way. Because areas of the wall had to be replaced, CTR not only painted over those new areas, but painted the whole bathroom so paint would match perfectly. The bathroom was left in pristine condition---- even the bathtub cleaned up from the sewer backup!! We are very pleased with the service CTR provided and would work with them again if another situation like this arises.

We have been extremely happy with the service, expertise and knowledge that CTR and specifically Gordon Dean provided us when we had a water leak in our bathroom. Twas 4 days before Christmas and our house was a zoo. I got up early to continue preparations for a busy Christmas and much to my surprise I had an inch of water on my kitchen floor! I made one phone call to CTR and Jim came right over. He was kind and patient with all my children running around and asking him multiple questions and sometimes two or three (at once). He was thorough and precise in all his work. Then he sent his team of employees over and they were just as patient (or more) while they worked around all my children, and answered their thousands of questions. They were clean and neat and used good language as well were respectful of our situation and our family! In then end our Christmas was a new and different experience but one we will not forget soon. So to Jim and his crew thank you and Mary Christmas.

CTR has been the absolute best in our cleanup and total restoration needs. We utilized their service per a recommendation from USAA, our insurance. We had a massive leak from our shower that destroyed the upstairs bathroom in our condo and proceeded to affect the downstairs. Not only that, but mold had devoured the inside of the walls. Kevin and his team were absolutely amazing from the start. They contacted me immediately, and delivered on the job quickly, despite the drive to Ketchum and unforeseen weather circumstances. Kevin and his team showed up. The other challenge was that I was trying to coordinate all of this from Colorado. CTR was respectful of my renter and worked throughout the busy Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. CTR was affordable, respectful and efficient. Nobody likes dealing with damage to the home, but having CTR come to our home right away, assess the situation, made everything better. Curtis was amazing, he explained exactly what they were going to do, worked with my very busy schedule, and was always just a phone call away. We had water damage in our hallway bathroom which extended into the hallway and the living room. It was a nightmare for my husband and I. Curtis and his crew did everything from the clean up to the repair, they let me pick out new colors for the bathroom and were very accommodating. They went above and beyond, for example, removing tile off the wall that was around our old vanity in the bathroom, because it didnt match the new vanity, little things like that, just to make sure we were happy. Curtis is very detail oriented and makes sure that his crew does an excellent job, if not he will come out and fix it himself if all else fails. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

CTR was extremely responsive and helpful when our basement had storm damage. They suggested time and cost friendly solutions and completed the work quickly. If we ever have another disaster we wont call anyone else. Thank you CTR!

Those guys worked so hard, doing the nastiest of jobs, including vacuuming out a dirt crawl space covered in 50 years of spider webs and dust. They also removed mold from 2 houses. They were very professional and seemed honest and trust worthy. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 is because when they vacuumed out the crawl space they did not mitigate for the dust it would create and filled the house with dust, while it was being painted upstairs. This was frustrating and worrisome. But they really are a great company. I would not hesitate to hire them again, but hope I never have to.

CTR quickly rushed out to one of my vacant listings with a toilet leak and dried it out quickly enough to save thousands of dollars of hardwood floors and quickly got it put back together and we sold it a week later. I have used them a few times and they have always been great to work with.

We had a sudden windstorm which caused extensive damage to the garage at our Donnelley cabin.Shawn Davenport had his crew out to the site within 15 minutes of our phone call. They conducted temporary repairs immediately and had an estimate to us in a very timely fashion. They completed repairs exactly as noted on their estimate. CTR went well above and beyond what was required to complete the repairs and assist our insurance adjuster on the progress, course and cost of repairs.CTR has established themselves as a leader in their industry.Hats off to Shawn and his crew!!!!

Thank you for doing an amazing job. After a long winter we realized that one of our pipes leading to the house had broken. CTR contacted me within the hour after I contacted our insurance company. They started the drying out process that day. What looked like a huge mess was taken care of in a few days. Everyone of their restoration experts knew what to do to get the job done and done right.

Used CTR to clean up a flooded rental while I was out of town. PM was responsive and gave a fair estimate without upselling or changing the bid. Actually came under the estimate and completed the work on time. Would recommend to others.

Last year we experienced a very bad water damage situation. My insurance company (USAA) recommended CTR to do the restoration. Having confidence in their choices we began the process of getting the house back in shape. In our opinion we were very lucky to have CTR working for us. They were professional and on time not to mention the high quality of the work they do. Along the way we had some trouble with a few sub-contractors. CTR was always the one doing the speaking for use and in one instance they dismissed a contractor all together and hired another to re-do the work at no additional cost to us. Since completion of the work we have had a few issues with warranty which were immediately addressed by the CTR Team and completed with the usual quality we have become accustomed to dealing with CTR. I recommend them highly and would definitely expect others have received the same high quality service as we did. Thanks to Mark, Todd and the rest of the team we are grateful...

We had a water line break under our house, they were called in to clean up the mess and dry out the area. They showed up when they said they would and promptly completed the job. They did very good work and the guys worked very hard to get the job done.
