Excellent experience for our bathroom remodel. Our supervisor, Eric, was on top of everything. He handled all the details, allowing us to live in our home with minimal interruption. I have full confidence that all aspects of our remodel were well done by the subcontractors, thanks to the management of the project by Renaissance. The outcome is great; the assistance of the design team was a big benefit for us. Their assistance narrowing down choices and making good design decisions was another key benefit of Renaissance.

From front to back, this was a great experience. We remodeled three rooms in our house, and from day one Renaissance were pros. Requirements, design, schedule, demo, build, finish. Tammie, Eric and team all killed it. When its time to finish off the top floor well be back!

I cant comment on the quality but the quote I got was outrageous. A small kitchen new cabinets and countertops and a simple rearrangement they told me would cost 100k. I have had several bids already all under 25k for what I want. I think certain companies are so busy right now they can throw out crazy numbers to try and dissuade people (aka gouging.)

We had a very extensive remodel of our condo. They tore out our existing staircase and put in a beautiful floating staircase. Replaced all of the flooring in the condo. Took out a wall between the kitchen and living room, put in new kitchen and bathroom cabinets.The whole staff from design people, to the project manager, to the subcontractors were professional and skilled. We were given a year warranty on all work, and we have seen their attention to that warranty.We would highly recommend Renaissance Remodeling!

My husband and I highly recommend Renaissance Remodeling. It was such a pleasure to work with Chad, Teresa, Jocelyn, Michael, Rick and Marilyn. We had a lot of anxiety about completing such an extensive kitchen and bath remodel, but the end result was over the top. They were excellent during the design/construction process in providing guidance, answering questions, keeping us informed, and overall just making the process stress free and exciting. The upgrades for us included age in place designs which worked within our budget. It was all completed within a timely matter too! This is our forever home and so there will not be a next time, but if there was, Renaissance is on speed dial.

I have been doing work with Renaissance for the past couple years now and have found them to be a very detailed and honest company. Everyone in their office is so easy to work with and they are very friendly. Remodeling work is always a challenge and is inevitably full of surprises, but they really look into all the details before the job gets started and seem to really minimize challenges ahead of time so the job keeps moving along smoothly. Very impressed with the work they do!

Dont call these people they dont have the courtesy to return your call, text or email, this after waiting 2 weeks - sent them first a message on line then email then text. Guess they have all the business they need.
