Very happy with every aspect of the project from Micky Rosner the Sales Rep to the installation crew. Micky was very knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. The install crew were fantastic!! Both days were 90 degrees and the guys just pushed right through the heat not complaining and did a fantastic job. The clean up was spotless. I had quotes from other local roofing company’s and did not feel comfortable with the sales rep’s professionalism or pricing. From the first initial interaction with Chrissy coming out and giving us an estimate for the services we were interested in to the guys fast turn around to complete the job was amazing. We contacted other companies but ultimately went with Kroll because of Chrissy, she is amazing and treats you like a friend for years. The work that was completed looks awesome and I will definitely consider Kroll for any additional projects or recommend to family and friends.

We used Krolls after getting 3 quotes from other companies and ultimately made our decision because of our salesman Trevor and his professionalism and giving us a great deal. They had a fair price and great selection even during a pandemic. We signed a contract and 3 weeks later they were our completing the job. Only thing I felt they felt a bit short on was communication as there were several times either it took hours to hear back from a manager regarding a few issues. However, when an issue did arise, with an area of wood that needed to be replaced and wasn’t they came out to correct it timely and were professional throughout the process. They scored big points with me because of this and we would definitely give them our business again.

The crew out at Kroll construction is prompt, knowledgeable and come at a fair price, shoutout specifically to Trevor Warner for making my gutter replacement project about as painless as one could expect, sat with me and showed me the possibilities explained the prices and worked with me on a solution to fit house and budget.Barely two weeks later and it’s all completed, gutters and leaf guards in place, they even came right back out on a call for loose fitment on one of the downspouts (something you’d naturally not notice until first rain).All in all mark me down as another happy customer, even with a transferable warranty to boot!

From moment one they were very professional and kind. To say we have a challenging roof is an understatement but the crew were so nice and got it done in one day! 1000/10 would choose them again for our next project.

John and his crew did a great job with my roof installation. I have 10 skylights and a area of my roof with a steep pitch towards a chimney.I will post again after we have a couple/few heavy rain storms. Im a little concerned that my estimator (Howard) didnt include skylight flashing kits in the pricing.

Setting up appointment and follow-up were good but something came up and my wife couldnt be at the appointment. Im busy working from home so didnt have time to call and we have multiple projects going so dont want to prolong with rescheduling. The salesperson stormed out like a child and acted like they were doing me a favor in the first place and I wasted their time. Were very busy...like were not! They could have still given me a quote, its a simple job. My wife preferred not to be involved in the first place and it is the customers choice to handle in the manner they prefer, not the business, so I will handle by going to someone who values OUR time.

Both the gutter installers and gutter guard installer did a great job. We are happy with the quality and service. I would recommend Kroll Construction to anyone considering making home improvements.

Just got my new roof and gutters on a couple weeks ago, and wow is all I can say, Greg and his team did an amazing job. They were curtosy and professional. Did the job in one day. Even my neighbor came out while they were working and said how nice it looks. Another team came out a week later and put on new gutters. I couldnt be happier with the way it looks and the job. A 100 percent sastfied. If I could leave ten stars I would. I would recommend Kroll construction to any one that was thinking of a new roof or gutters. Kroll has done several projects for me. I always have good experience with the company. The most recent one was a new roof. From obtaining the quote to finishing installation, the process was quick and easy. I appreciate their expertise in the field, fair and honest price, and excellent job quality.

Our insurance agent referred us to Josh at Kroll Construction because our agent used Josh for her roof and loves it. Josh came out and was extremely thorough. We signed up for a new roof and new gutters. Everything looks great and the crew did a great job cleaning up. Josh was at our house during the install and a few days after install to make sure everything looked correct and clean. We felt we were in great hands with Josh and the installers.

This is definitely long overdue. I’ve been using Kroll construction Co. for at least four years now and every time they have always improved and gone above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They started my siding in October of last year and finished up with nothing but perfection. There were a few minor details that I was concerned about and Kroll construction met every one of my needs and request without questions. I have had the honor and privilege of meeting a majority of their upper staff and I have nothing but the upmost respect for their business they help me with the financing aspect so I was able to accomplish the project I need it thanks to everyone at Kroll construction from the receptionist all the way up to the boss man. We had gutter guards place over our gutter. Our salesperson John was friendly and knowledgeable. We have dealt with Kroll construction in the past and their pricing along with the workmanship has always been very good.

Sales rep was great, and the siding crew was well managed. We got all new gutters and a small area of siding replaced. It was all done in a few hours and looks great. Compared a couple other places and the pricing was better here. Our project was going to be about a 4 month wait and as that time arrived we got anxious and had to reach out proactively to make sure a date was set but it worked out pretty quickly at that point.

A little while back, we had a wonderful wind storm. A natural disaster. It look shingles from our roof and scattered them all over our neighbors lawns.We did what everyone would do, dreaded competitive bid requests for it fix. The idea of the bidding process is daunting.But! The first company that came (Joe Mullett) was Kroll construction. Dude explained everything to us, start to finish what to expect. He also showed us examples of what is considered good work and what makes their work excellent. He didnt dog the competition, but showed us how his company was set apart.We ended up cancelling our other appointments and hired him on the spot. Within two weeks, we had a crew out and in two days... New roof. And not one of those annoying brown roof blow out sale roofs (anyone else super uncomfortable with those commercials?). We now own a beauty of a dark gray roof.The crew left my driveway cleaner than they found it and were super courteous to the kids and us. And I have to note this - different from some crews - my kids didnt learn any new words. ;)Seriously​, Im not getting paid for this, but truly Kroll was a great company to use and were super happy with one of the most boring, expensive purchases we have ever made. Josh from Kroll came out to assess our roof. He went through all our options with us and was very thorough. Josh was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about construction. While most roof companies were telling us we had to replace our roof, Josh wasn’t pushy and told us that we didn’t need to replace our roof at this time. We can’t thank Josh enough for his honesty.

I recently got my roof and gutters replaced by Kroll construction (first home buyer here). They did a good job replacing my roof and gutters but you might be wondering why I only gave them 2 stars. The way I rate I base Customer Service slightly higher than the quality of work (like 2%). While they do good work I believe the customer service side definitely needs work. When the rep came out to do the quote he did a good job explaining me what was wrong with my roof and such but when it came down to talk about numbers he was not very upfront on why the way he was pricing things out (my fault for not asking I guess too). When we would change something on the quote he would pull out his phone, tap a couple of things and then tell me a new price. This in my opinion should be very transparent to the customer. Would you buy a vehicle without looking at the specs or the inside? No. Well when the deal was done they said that they were going to call me to set up a day for them to come out. A week goes by with no updates, nothing. They finally call me to setup a day but failed to mention that they were going to come out the day before to lay shingles on the roof. Well my wife works from home and it scared the daylights out of her when they started dropping shingle pallets on the roof. They came out the next day, like I said did a good job repairing the roof. The foreman talked with me about what they replaced for wood, he said 1 sheet of OSB (My invoice showed 4 sheets.....). When they got done with the roof they guy said that he doesnt know when the gutter crew came out except it was a couple of days after the roof gets done. Now tell you that no representative at Kroll Construction is informing me of anything. These are the roofers that are telling me this......few days later the gutter crew came, unannounced......and again scared the daylights out of my wife... so now Im getting ticked off because they are just rolling in and not telling me anything about whats happening. One set of gutters got delayed because some facia board was rotted on the house and needed to be replaced. Gutter crew left and waited 2 days and then the guy that repaired the board came unannounced! Oh and by the way when all this was going on they wanted me to sign the loan documents WHEN THE JOB WASNT EVEN COMPLETED. I got to say that the customer service at Kroll Construction sucked.

My wife and I finally decided to get our garage re-sided this year since were spending a little more time than usual at home, and in our backyard in particular. Kroll was priced very competitively and the sales crew was a pleasure to deal with.The siding crew completed the work in a day despite some not great weather conditions, and dealt with some special instructions and unexpected repair work with aplomb. Cleanup was timely and the gutter crew somehow managed to squeak in during an hour I was away from the house, so I returned to surprise gutters.Overall, Im very pleased and while I dont have any work on the horizon, I would definitely consider them for further improvements.

Ask for Josh if you want an honest assessment of work that your home may need. Ive received numerous calls from Krolls marketing department for the past few years. Told them I dont need work each time and I will call when ready, but they just kept calling. Finally told them to send a rep out if they want and they sent Josh. Josh provided me information and low-cost non-replacement solutions on my gutters instead of just trying to sell me gutters.

Working with Josh for my roof and gutters was a pleasure. The install crews came out quickly and did a fantastic job. Josh was also on the job site helping clean up and pointing out errors on the new roof that needed to be fixed before leaving the job, especially the chimney flashing. We used Kroll 35 years ago to install new siding, dealt with Ron Kroll then, and it still looks great today. We recently called Kroll again for our gutters and gutter protection. Rons son, Josh, came out to help us. Josh was very polite and honest, he recommended to only install gutters for now and that we did not need gutter protection. The install went great and to see that father and son working together in a 60 year old company assured us and our trust that we chose the right company to do work on our home. Trevor was very knowledgeable, made the process of getting my new roof and gutters picked out an easy process and answered any questions I had. The roof installation crew were efficient and got the job done In a day and just like clockwork the gutters were all installed right after. The only small issue I found after was some roofing nails on the driveway and staples and pieces of old shingles in the flower beds and grass that weren’t properly discarded. But overall good job and I’m happy with how it looks. Thank you Kroll Construction!

How could a company located in Garden City, Michigan not serve the city thats located directly next to it Inkster, Michigan sounds pretty discriminatory to me. You call me back to ask me about my inquiry about a roof but then you tell me oh Im sorry I just looked at the address and I dont serve your community. Did you just not like the way I sound on the phone either way not professional.

I set up an estimate appointment with this company a couple days ago. The guy, who said he is one of the owners, was an hour early, which is fine. He quoted me $9k for 5 windows, $15k for 9, which to me right away was priced way too high. He told me my front window alone was $5k. Which again is extremely high. He proceeded to tell me if I put an advertisement sign on my front lawn he will take off &5k for all 9 windows, no tax and he would take care of the permit, making it $10k and would need $4k today and $6k in March or April when the construction begins. I told him I was going to need some time to think about it. He said this is a one time deal and I had 2 minutes! 2 whole minutes to make an expensive decision! Then he started to pressure me into choosing him and his company so I politely told him that because of his terms I am unable to choose his company. That’s when he caught an attitude and left. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a single mom with 5 kids!!!! And shame on you for taking advantage of ALL your customers!

After calling numerous companies to come out to look at our roof, we ended up calling Kroll. We dealt with Josh, who was honest enough to let us know we did not need an entire new roof, but just a repair. Josh went over options about what we could do and when. The professional world needs more people like Josh, people who want to help people instead of just selling to people.

Josh came out and was the only rep, out of all the companies I met with, to assess and prioritize what I actually needed instead of just trying to sell me everything. I signed up with Josh for a new roof, even though I thought the price was a little expensive, and the work turned out great. Appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Josh and the rest of the Kroll Construction team.

They live by the both people have to be there sales tactic. My wife has asked me to handle it period. This is a 30k to 50k job. 14 windiws and siding.. So they state they will not come out. O well their lost. Look up sales tactics and this is one of them. I still believe this is a poor customer service and I recommand to stay away. My guess they try the top 5 sales taticsvto convince you to sign that day.

I recently had my roof replaced on a 22 year old house. I checked out several roofing companies and was very happy I went with Kroll Construction.The project manager (Scott) was very professional and made the entire process simple without a high pressure sales pitch. Kroll was extremely competitive when is came to pricing. No hidden cost.The job was scheduled and completed quickly. Throughout the entire process, Scott was available and response to all my concerns and questions.I give Kroll Construction an A+ and highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

Kroll construction I have been trying to contact them but they have not returned my call. I am suppose to get my referral money for referring a friend but have not received the money.

At first glance they did a great job until a swift wind or two came through and started blowing the siding off of my house and it took 6 to 9 months and about 10 calls before I could get anyone to come out and look at it. As they keep calling me trying to get me to do more business with them. No Thank You

I havent used Kroll Construction, but I never will. They send teams of people (in 30 degree weather in snow) door to door to knock on doors. Im sure that the people who are doing this are only paid for every quote they get because every person who has knocked on my door is extremely pushy. I also get people pounding down my door at least once a month, and sometimes several times in one day because thats how often they send their people out.Door to door is super old fashioned and an absolute invasion of home and privacy. I work from home full time and they have interrupted countless meetings and interviews.

Work looks fantastic. We are very happy with the shingles and color that Josh recommended to us, he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the great roof.

I would not recommend this company. A gentleman knocked on my door asking to quote and I asked them to quote gutters. He was very friendly but asked if my husband was there which is annoying and sexiest, I dont need a husband to quote gutters. The next day, they were two hours late. Also, the gentleman who came to quote my job was pressuring me to get the business that day and when I told him I had to get another quote to get double check, he repeatedly ensured I would not find a better price. When I told him, I dont know that, I have to do my due diligence, he then insulted me. Saying Im using fancy words and Im not as smart as I think I am, that Im a smarta**.

My roof, gutters, and gutter protection were installed by Kroll. The installers were on time and clean throughout the entire install. Josh helped me prioritize my home projects so I didnt take on too much at once. I appreciated that because most contractors I spoke with wanted me to just buy everything all at once. Josh suggested I have the roof installed first and go from there. I ended up calling him to install gutters and gutter protection after the fantastic job Kroll did on my roof.

I might have used this company, but for the fact that the lady said they dont do business in Detroit. I called twice, the first time the lady told me someone would call me back so I could provide the details of our roofing needs on my Mothers house near 7 mile road and Mack. They never called me back, so I called them a second time and thats when the lady that answered told me they dont do business in Detroit. Shame on them!!!!!

This company does the worst work I’ve ever seen. My parents had their porch replaced just about five years ago and it looks horrible. She has contacted Kroll Construction multiple times to have them fix the issue and they have not. They did promise to fix the issue with a letter but have failed to hold up their end of the bargain. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Their customer communication is also poor.

Ive had Kroll complete two projects for me so far. They installed a new bathroom vanity and replaced my front porch.Both jobs were done on done on schedule with clear communication of expectations the whole way. Both jobs were completed professionally and I am very happy with the results.Kroll has earned themselves a bid on all my future home improvement jobs for sure.

We were thinking about only installing a roof recover, but after a thorough explanation about our roof leaks, Josh proved to us it would be better to proceed with a roof tear off. I called Kroll Construction in September 2019 to ask for an assessment for possible roof repairs and/or replacement. I was told over the telephone that they were not doing repairs at this time as they do not have time to do them.A salesman did come to look at my roof. I am sorry to say that he gave me the classic pressure sales treatment. Almost as soon as he arrived he gave me a high price of $15,000. He did confirm that my flat roofing was not installed properly and some other things that were missing (flashing) and took some measurements. I asked him about the possibility of repairs instead of replacement. He said he was not knowledgeable about repairs and therefore could not advise me and that Kroll doesnt do repairs at all and that they stopped doing them some time ago.We sat down to discuss what replacement would cost. Thats when the pressure sale pitch started: He started from the $15,000 price and kept reducing it with discounts and gave me a final price of approximately $10,000, and said I would have to make a down payment. When I didnt agree to that, he called his boss to have him talk to me, who laid the pressure on thick. He said I had to make a decision on the spot or the price would no longer be available, etc..., I said I dont make on the spot decisions on something like that. After that didnt work, the original salesman said the price still could be available if I called soon.I obtained an additional estimate from a different roofing company that has a very good reputation. They gave me 3 prices, all in the $6,000-$7,000 range. And by the way, when I asked Kroll about the other company they admitted that the other company was a good one, and that there prices are usually very similar.I received a call from Kroll a couple of days ago asking how things went. Of course, I told them about the treatment I received and informed that I would give them a negative review. The next day a man from Kroll called and gave me the brief, standard, generic apology. He never asked any questions about the details of my experience. Do they do good work? I have no idea. After that treatment, there was no reason for me to trust them to any work for me.

Great company and would recommend. I see some reviews on here for this company where people are looking to get Cadillac-esque services when they only want to pay for a Kia. I see some reviews of people upset with this company for negotiating when the people themselves want to negotiate. I see people upset with their own lives so much that they have to write nasty reviews about companies they deal with. Having been through numerous home renovations and other business transactions, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Was the price Kroll gave me for my work higher than what I wanted to pay? Yes. Did I think I would get the best quality job by paying the least amount? No. I went with Kroll because of their reputation and a member of the family, Josh, specifically came out to help me when most companies send out a representative you never see or talk to them again. Don’t be fooled by the upset people with bad reviews, actions and reputation speak louder than words and this company is still in business after 60 years in one of the lowest consumer satisfaction industries.

WARNING about this company! I would give zero stars if Google allowed this.I try to be extremely fair when reviewing a company. However, after receiving a visit from a representative of Kroll Construction this morning, I MUST give my feedback and WARN you about this firm.We are in the process of gathering estimates for a siding and gutter installation. We have had a few other contractors out for an on-site estimate for other projects. In most cases, the representative spent time in surveying the requested work, went to his car to write out a detailed estimate and then sat down with us to fully explain the work, the materials, the cost, the installers, etc.We had an appointment at our home for 9 AM. I rearranged my schedule in order to be present for the visit. The representative, “Har..d”, showed up at 9:30 with no mention or explanation of why he was late.He said, “so what do you want done?” I would think that the staff should be at least somewhat aware of what work is being requested prior to an on-site visit. Nonetheless...I explained the job and his first comment was, “why are your gutters so banged up?” This is the first clue that courtesy and professionalism was extremely lacking in this individual.He spent about 5 minutes looking over the house and “estimating”, and about 5 minutes in his car. He then came back up to the house with a yellow legal pad and a couple of numbers jotted down. My wife joined us for the conversation.I asked him if he had a written estimate and he said, “If that’s what you want” and seemed put off by this, like it was a huge inconvenience. A written estimate of all work and costs involved is a very common part of this process. After asking again, he turned his yellow pad toward us for only a second (where he had written the “estimate amount.”) He said that there is very little time left for this work this year. He asked when we were “looking to do this.” We stated that we would likely have it done in the next 4-6 weeks. He said, while shaking his head, that they are booked into October. He acted like we were a bother to him.We asked for the estimate and he said, “the price would be $9600 but are running a ‘special’ which would bring the cost down to $6900.” We were in the process of gathering many estimates and were not ready to make any decision. After speaking with a few firms on the phone, $9600 is extremely high. While somewhat common, quoting a high price and then saying, but we have a special price is somewhat dishonest. The price of $6900 is way above average cost for this job.He then asked if he can put us on “the list.” We politely explained several times that we are in the process of gathering estimates from different firms and are not going to go with the first person we talk to and not ready to schedule anything. We never purchase something on the spot without doing our background check first. He responded with, “so you are going to go with the second or third?” I responded with “no, we are just in the process of getting estimates.” He rudely responded with, “so you are blowing me off?” His rude behavior escalated from there.We immediately told him that we would not be doing business with this firm and that he should leave, NOW.Unbelievable!The on-site representative is usually the first contact with the customer from that firm.If this is an indication of the quality of service to expect from this firm, you will not be able to trust this firm in doing this work.Take your chances with this firm if you wish. However, the representative, from the start, showed that he does not respect the customer or work involved and did not really want the job.I submitted this review to Google and called the company to give my feedback of this experience. I am awaiting a call back from the vice president.Update:. I got a short voice mail from someone at Kroll almost a week later! If this is an indication of how responsive this company is, I dont trust them with my work. No response to Google review!

My mom recently got her roof replaced. It was quite expensive but they financed and it looks fantastic. It was well worth the money.

Fantastic experience. Josh explained everything and was available for all my phone calls during the job. Office staff was great with scheduling. Installers did a great job installing my roof, looks beautiful, and did a great job cleaning up.

We hired Kroll to replace all of the fascia and soffit boards on our 1930s home that had rotted and been eaten away by squirrels, as well as install all new gutters and gutter guards. They came out and did a great job - the color matching was perfect. We had some issues with the replacement of our fascia boards that came up after construction, but Kroll was great about coming out and fixing everything and ensured that we were completely satisfied with their job.

Very satisfied with Kroll. We’ve had a leak in our roof for a couple months and couldn’t find anyone to do the roof work or finance the roof work. Coincidentally last week, Kroll had some of their reps in the area knocking on doors and knocked on our to set an appointment. A Kroll rep came out to our house with 24 hours of setting the appointment, secured financing, and scheduled our roof to be installed the next day. Our roof leak is gone now and we have a brand new fantastic roof thanks to Kroll.

Kroll canceled my appointment for a quote on replacement windows because I couldn’t guarantee my husband would be present. I received a call from someone I suspect in management or sales but would only identify himself as “with Kroll Construction”. He asked questions regarding my window needs and said someone would get back with me over the weekend or first thing Monday morning (his roundabout way of canceling the appointment scheduled for the following day). The call never came leading me to presume the job wasn’t profitable based on the number of windows I was looking to have replaced. I was fine with a no callback as it didn’t take long to form an opinion about their business practice. However, 2 stars were given because the customer service gals I originally scheduled with were pleasant. The purpose of writing this review is to share my experience on what you could expect from Kroll if you are married and looking to collect quotes for home repairs. I don’t recall reading a disclaimer on their advertisement requiring both spouses to be present in order to receive a free quote.

We had Kroll come out to look at our roof. We signed up with them to have a new roof installed. Josh helped us pick out products, colors, and an install date. Job was done within a week of signing up. Crew did a great job installing and cleaning up. We feel and know Kroll provided the best value for our new roof.

I had a new roof installed in 2014. Upon completion, the cost was nearly twice what was quoted because all the wood had to be replaced - after the quote was given, I specifically asked if someone inspected the wood. I was assured they did and had pictures. My driveway was damaged, and tree branches broken. Of course, that was in the paperwork as not being covered so I knew the risk. Its heavy equipment on pavement. I get it. Now, 5 years later, one of the gutters is sagging in the middle. Its taken 2 promises of return calls and numerous phone calls to finally get an answer to have the warranty work done. Without an inspection, I was told the wood is probably bad and they didnt do the wood . .. . yet I was charged to have all the wood replaced?? It will cost $175 for someone to come out and properly secure the gutter that shouldnt be having an issue to begin with. My receipt clearly states Lifetime manufacturers warranty. Install new 5 seamless gutters. Today, I was told I only have a 5 year, prorated warranty.I have one tree in my yard. My gutters are cleaned twice a year so it was not a result of poor maintenance.

Very professional and organized. From the first appointment I had with Josh to the final walk through, could not have been happier with the end results. It was a pleasure to work with Josh and the rest of the Kroll Construction team.

Kroll was the only company to answer my call when I had a roof emergency. Called on a Thursday and Josh came out immediately. Josh coordinated getting my roof tarped in the leaking areas right away and my roof installation a day after. Roof looks great and happy I went with Kroll. Can’t thank Josh and the Kroll Team enough for the great work and the great experience.

First class customer service. Excellent communication about the products services and installation. My family and mine experience with Kroll has been nothing less than professional and pleasant. Josh was always available for any questions or concerns I had; Josh was very knowledgeable regarding my wood windows and fiber cement siding. I highly recommend Kroll Construction for siding and gutter work. The install crew did a nice, clean job in a timely manner. I will be using Kroll for more work in the future.

Kroll is still around and still reputable. Almost 30 years ago had gutter work done by Kroll and it has stood the test of time. Kroll recently replaced part of my roof and it looks fantastic. Thank you to Josh and the team. I would highly recommend Kroll for any remodeling project.

They put siding on our house and had dirt smugges they didnt clean and throw away a light left wire exposed. Scott or Ken was supposed to call us and has not. We chose them to keep our money in Garden City but will never use them again and everyone beware if you choose them.

My windows look absolutely fantastic. It has been a pleasure working with Josh and the rest of Kroll Construction. Josh initially came out, explained everything about eh window products and installation clearly, and coordinated my entire window project efficiently, I am extremely happy. Great price and great quality. I will use Kroll, should I have any future projects.

Kroll Construction did a great job on our remodeling projects.We started with our bathroom. Robert came out and gave us an accurate and fair estimate. He was even able to convince his crew to do additional work that they usually didnt.Speaking of the crew, Jim and his team did an excellent job. They were courteous and respectful. They went out off their way to cover our wood floors and avoid damage that is sometimes related to construction. We gave Jim a key to our home and trusted them completely to work while we werent at home.They did such a good job on our bathroom that several months later we had Kroll due our kitchen. Once again, they did a great job. Anything that we didnt like or were not satisfied with they addressed with no additional cost.I would use Kroll Construction on future projects and recommend them to others.

Kroll Construction is an excellent company! They pride themselves on quality and service and do not disappoint. We recently replaced our roof and are most satisfied with the workmanship and attention we received. It was refreshing and unusual, to have at least three people call back within fifteen minutes if we had a question. Our roof is a bit tricky as it has more peaks and valleys than most, but Kroll Construction and its crew did not leave until every issue was resolved. They are the best!

Could not have asked for a better company to work with. From the tear off of my cedarshake roof to a brand new asphalt shingle roof, Kroll has been professional, timely, and clean. Josh, the person who helped me, has been knowledgeable and available for every call I’ve made to him. A couple issues with clean up but addressed them to Josh and he took care of it right away. Job was expensive but I am extremely satisfied. I can see why they have been in business so long.

I give this company, more like family, an A+ Rating. My new roof looks spectacular!!! Josh Kroll’s expertise, honesty, and integrity were above and beyond my expectations, he was a pleasure to work with. The Kroll office staff was easy to get in touch with and helpful. The roof install crew showed up on time, was courteous and cleaned up well. The roof install crew did everything they were suppose to do and I am very satisfied. No regrets on the choice I made. Kroll was not the cheapest but worth every dollar. I would recommend Kroll to everyone.

* Update: A man called me to follow up, presumably due to this review. He said they are training people and the woman I spoke to wasn’t properly trained. They will come out and just look at my house from the outside to work up a quote. I usually don’t do reviews like this, but I was very put off by the lady insisting that both my husband and I be there or we can’t do business. To me that indicates that they are going to push hard to get us to sign a contract on the spot. Hopefully things will go well and we can do business.I’m very disappointed that they won’t send out a representative to give me a quote unless my “keeper” husband is there to help my little woman brain make a decision. Sounds like they are going for a hard sell by insisting both the husband and wife be home and presenting a quote right at the door.Our schedules conflict and it’s difficult for both of us to be here at the same time. This seems like a very out dated way of doing business.

We love our new fiber cement siding and wood windows, based on Josh’s recommendations. Kroll did a great job installing. Workers were clean and worked all day, numerous days. Happy we went with Kroll.

Kroll protected everything they did when they replaced my roof. They were careful that the deck was protected. Everyone was very efficient and knew what they had to do. They cleaned up well and answered all my questions. Kroll did everything up to code. Kroll works like an orchestra. Finished and one day and it looks great. I called Josh about a concerns with the pipes on my roof and within 30 minutes he was at my house to address my concerns. We appreciate the help of Josh and the Kroll team. Roof looks terrific and we have confidence it will last.

Honesty and integrity is what this company is about. Josh came by our home, assessed the roof and other items, went over our options and provided solutions. In the end, Josh stated we did not need a new roof at this time. We will absolutely be calling them when we’re ready to replace our roof.

Work with Kroll! I had several contractors come out to quote me on my roof and gutters. Kroll was the only contractor who actually listened to what I needed and provided great solutions. Josh was extremely helpful and gave me his cell phone to contact him personally if I needed anything, which I did, and he responded quickly and effectively every time. Lots of scam contractors out there but Kroll is definitely not one of them. If you need a new roof or gutters and want it done right with the right service, Call Kroll.

Random employee from this company knocked on our door to try and sell to us because our porch needs repairs.It felt very invasive to have some random guy walk up and look over our porch to try and get us to use their company.

FIRST I sign a contract and they call to tell me it will cost $2000.00 more! Finally gave in to $1,000 more if paid in cash. The job that was supposed to take 3 days took 23 days and only 2 got cut short due to weather. NEVER did they even bother to explain or check to see what was going on! My grass got killed from supplies and equipment laying on it for 3 weeks of the hottest month. My deck is covered with grease spilled from my barbecue with boot prints all over it. My hose was left on for days till I saw it running. When I asked for some sort of compensation they offered me $200 off the bill. REALLY!!!!!!!!!! They got rather hot with me offered $400 and said I was lucky to get that because they didnt owe me anything!!! So... water bill, grass seed and a power washer bill left in my hands along with a broken contract and 23 days of disaster. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Had work done By Kroll over 20 years ago. Just had new window put in by Kroll recently and they look excellent. Loved Kroll then and loved Kroll now. We cannot thank Josh And the Kroll team enough for all their hard work and efficiency.

Josh Kroll was very professional through both of my projects. He answered all my calls and attended to all my project needs. Josh was on site and was able to correct a couple issues the roof installers had. There was an issue with one of the gutters they installed hanging loose, but they came out and fixed it right away. I would use Kroll for all other projects and I would recommend Kroll to anyone.

For over 20 years, we have had the pleasure of working with Kroll on numerous projects from our primary homes to our rental properties.
