The tech fixed the issue with our dryer, but left a terrible mess...lint all over the floor & black hard grease. I stepped into my utility room to see how he was getting along & found him laying over the top of my dryer without anything protecting it. We keep a towel on the washer & dryer to keep it from getting scuffed up...so much for that. He told me while he had the dryer tore apart he vacuumed all of the lint from the dryer, but forgot to inform me that he had broke the hinge on the lint filter.

Still waiting on a repair or even a call to tell me why there is a delay
