I could write a book on this place. First I must say their staff was excellent. Very kind people. Check in was quick. The house itself was so beautiful and very clean. They wanted you to feel at home, and thats how I felt. I couldnt have thanked them enough for their hospitality. Better than staying in a hotel by far!!

Where or with whom can I speak to complain about the employees of the Ronald Mc Donald House in Galveston. I NEED to make a complaint! It is not fair, I mark and they tell me that they do not understand my Spanish, oh that they are at lunch and that they cannot attend to me. If they do that with one who has the means to complain, I dont want to imagine other people. These people are abusive and exploited. OWNERS of the place are believed. In my case, I traveled out of necessity so that my son could be surgically interfered ..... Can someone give me a phone number where I can put my complaint? The house is excellent and there are many aids but the people who are in charge in Galveston treat people at least in my case MEXICANA as if they were doing me the favor. And they invent things that always have rooms full when they dont!
