Good washateria, but very dirty parking lot. Homeless man hitting me up for money in parking lot. Better places on the island to go to. Only big pro, they have lots of seating. Staff was helpful and nice.

I feel I need to write a review with how happy I was with the service provided. I was not able to use the self service since I had little ones with me so paid for the wash, dry and fold service which I feel was a steal at $10! The young guy working there was so nice and professional and was able to have my clothes done same day when at first he thought it might not be till the next day. I’ll definitely be back before we leave to go home since we’re still out of water and power from the hurricane. Thanks again.

Awesome machine lots of room to be safe and always friendly staff to assist. A bonus is safety, attendant as well as cameras. And clean new machines!! Love it!!

Its a clean laundry just older. Theyve done some updating so all the machines were working today. There were only a few people in there when I was there so I didnt have to wait for anything. The young man working was friendly and helpful.Definetly going back when weve got plans in Galveston because its much quicker than our campground laundry...

Lots of damaged machines (old with bad seals) but it wasnt as bad as most of the other laundromat in this area.

Doesnt enforce wearing masks. The number of machines that are out of order was incredible. In their defense, theyre remodeling. Whether that includes new machines isnt known.

I have had a great experience in this place. All different sizes of machines and they keep everything clean. Very convenient. People are very helpful. Tracy takes care really well of the costumers. She gave me support immediately when I needed it. She is great!I would come back and recommend it to anyone.

(Editing my review: 3/20/19 the washing machines dont give the clothes a good spin. Theyre still very wet, not damp, but WET when you remove them from the washer. Which means youll have to use about 1$ to dry for lighter loads/materials and more for heavier loads/materials. A lot of times, my cotton clothes would still be damp in the seams. Add to, the washers leak, so theres either puddles or towels on the floor. I no longer go there. I drive further out to a much cleaner establishment with great functioning machines. Patronize on your own dime.)They have large machines and super hot dryers. Inexpensive. If theres any issues, they address then immediately and will make certain they correct the problem.If your washer or dryer is broken or you dont have a set, go to this place. The owners are very nice and friendly...(I recommend others go here, if they have no other choice. 3/20/19)

A well used laundromat for sure, not fancy but plenty of large washers & dryers to go around. An attendant gave me smaller bills for the changers. Washers did a great job for me & the dryers were pretty quick. Staff was helpful. Good location I thought.I paid $6 for the 6 loader & $3.50 for the 3 loader. Dryers were .25 for 6-7 minutes.Be sure to check inside the dryers before adding your articles. I found a couple of wrappers and a sticker or two.Parking was good especially with 3 entry & exit doors spaced out so I didnt have to struggle getting my bags in or out.There were vending machines, however I didnt use them.They offered laundry service for .99 / lb. Hours were 6am - 10pmId give 5 stars for better appearance - it looks a bit worn down, Im sure from so much use & so many coming & going, but its a laundromat not a spa.

Dont bother going in there! More than half of the machines dont work and the ceiling tiles are all molded or missing and they let the children and little kids run around there at full speed and the lady that works there says it is ok. Also there are homeless guys out front and inside asking for money!

At least the change machine worked! Also DO NOT put Any of these machines on HOT WATER! According to the person working HOT means WARM! She said NONE of these machines have HOT water! So These People are STEALING from you by Advertising HOT on the Machine When All of them ONLY Have Warm Water! AND when the last machine to START Finished FIRST......WELL......SCREW THESE THIEVES! I WILL NEVER WASH HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Clean facility. A little dated . always an employee working to assist, make change and sell laundry related products. They have laundry service too.

The attendant was so helpful and very nice. Plenty of machines and baskets. The bathroom was very clean as was the rest of the laundromat. I havent been to a laundromat in years and this was definitely a good experience. Dryers were fast and efficient too.

There are a ton of machines & staff there to replace your bill with a crisper one if the change machine wont accept yours. A fair amount of machines are out of order, but it was kinda busy when I went on a Saturday & the individual machine capacity is so great that most folks can get by with only 2 machines.

6 load wash for 6 bucks and about 4 bucks to dry since I had 3 thick blankets a set of sheets along with 2 pillows not too busy well lit and staff was friendly and attentive

Dirty, nasty laundromat, person running it was crabby. We were traveling through town and work from our computers, we plugged into an outlet, the employee told us next time she would charge us. Really? Maybe if she worked a little the place wouldnt be so dirty. Travelers stay away, theres got to be a better spot in town.

While I was there, the entire place was flooded. I was afraid I was going to slip... But I had just started my laundry...About half of the dyers are out of order. Not going back.

Disregard the stars. Here is my complaint. Their voicemail proclaims they are the largest washeteria in Galveston yet their Google page gives no indication of their opening time, henceforth I am now forced to search Google Street view to zoom in on their operating hours sign.My issue is that I left laundry there tonight that I need by 6 am for work, after seeing the sketchy characters in the parking lot tonight, such as the crazy employee sweeping up the parking lot and begging for change along with many other shady lurking individuals, I am almost certain that when I get off tomorrow evening that my clothes will have disappeared.But I guess that will be my fault for being busy working a second job and trying to do laundry so close to closing hours, hours which you can clearly see by going back up to their Google maps page!

I can always get a washer and most of the time a dryer except when hotels are doing their laundry. I only wish they kept the fans on on both sides of the laundry because it gets hot

Staff was nice. new to the whole public laundry tbing. I had the staff watch my things and seems nothing walked off . I did geel like I needes to watch my bag closely though due to other patrons. I msy try another place, but for how closr ot is . It waa great.

Washer machines are alway BROKE WASHED CLOTHS there destroyed my new CLOTHS BECAUSE THE WASHER HAD BLEACH STILL IN IT THE COIN MACHINE DIDNT GIVE ME MY CORRECT CHANGE ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE NEED TO TARE DOWN REBUILD MAKE NEW NEVER AGAIN GO THERE SORRY FOR BEING BLUNT.

Just went to go have my clothes washed and folded and there is no employee around. Someone standing outside told me she had left. I waited about 30 mins and nothing. How are you supposed to run a business with no employees around??
