Great work... fast... energetic... efficient. Cleaned my air ducts that had not been touched for ten years! They are now squeaky clean and family can breathe good air again. Does not try to gauge clients to make unnecessary purchases like so many other companies who are just looking for big $$$. Kiwi Services is very attentive and we will work with your needs. This place of business is unbelievable. Poor communication as far as pricing. They have an answering service who gives me a price of $89 to steam clean my couch& love seat, & then when technician gets here he wastes so much time talking about different prices& coupons& Im like what??. Gives me a price of $346. Youve got to be kidding me. Deceiving& misleading& gives false prices.

I was trying to clean my air ducts by myself and probably messed it up even more. So I Decided to schedule an appointment with Kiwi Services after my friend recommended me to. I am very pleased and satisfied with the services I had and the technicians were very helpful and friendly. They cleaned all the air ducts and also cleaned my dryer vent. I highly recommend them and will use them again next year.

My house was flooded from hurricane Harvey, about 4 ft of water. Kiwi Services restoration was recommended to me by my neighbors and I called them. They arrived the same day and started the work very quickly. It took them 3 days to finish and a few more days to dry the home. I am very satisfied, they did a very good and clean job. Everything is ready for remodeling, the adjuster said that the job was done right.

This company Did carpet cleaning for me. I wasnt even home for half the time and they were trustworthy enough to do the deed without me being there. They have the professionalism and the trustworthiness, so for that i give them five stars.

We were not expecting a large amount of mold in our ducts or the high price to take care of it all, but The technician was so professional and explained all of our options without pressuring us. I had a very difficult time finding a company that would clean my RV carpets because most of the companies had a minimum. Explained to the company we were want to take our vacation RV on a trip soon but we needed the carpets badly cleaned. They came out the next day and spent about 45 min cleaning all the carpet in our RV. Very thankful for the fast and great service you guys provided. The price was honest and the men were very polite.

The staffs of Kiwi Services were courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. Explained the process succinctly right from the start and during the process and obviously takes pride in his workmanship.

The service men arrived early and were very professional. Each time they do a thorough cleaning of my ducts and/or carpets, and the techs are very nice and friendly with me. I certainly recommend service here. You will not be regretful...I am pretty sure of that.

I have used Coit for many years along with Blackmon Mooring for years until they went to commercial only. Instead of using Coit again, I thought I would give Kiwi a try since they do offer a one year warranty. Thank goodness for a one year warranty because their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. The technician who came to our new house, was on time, but realized he forgot or lost some of his equipment so he had to leave and didnt come back until two hours later. He was a young guy, and he was inexperienced and cocky. He quickly cleaned our media room and asked me to look at it. It looked dirty still and he said to me, that is how carpet is, when you push it one way, it can look different, than push it another way and it can look lighter. What an idiot. He knew when he showed up that I am a perfectionist and like things very clean. I told him I was not happy with the cleaning he did, and then he goes off to say, I am going to call my manager and see what I should do because I dont want to waste your time and dont want to waste my time. I was shocked. He was to clean our downstairs also which is all tile. He said he remeasured the area and he came up with 500 sq feet more. I was like, how? Anyway, he didnt end up finishing the cleaning of our floors that day and had to come back two days later. He then charged us over $240.00 more than what we were quoted. Rebecca who I spoke to a couple of times to set up the appointment and because of the complaint I had, decided to send someone else out to my house to measure it to see who is correct. Really? So they set the appointment up for this past Saturday (Memorial Day Weekend), and guess what, they never showed up. We waited for just under 4 hours and then I get a phone call stating they are a bit behind and it will be a couple of more hours. We could not wait around for that. I was so angry at this time. Supposedly Rebecca was to call me back because she was going to be so disappointed per the customer service rep, but, again, no phone call. They owe me a refund and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FLOOR CLEANING COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE BEYOND AWFUL. I dont complain hardly ever regarding service from a company, I am usually raving about companies, but this company is just the worst I have ever dealt with.
