I am so pleased with Cassie’s Housecleaning Services! I have a large house and she spent a long time to get it perfect. She communicated through out the day to make sure she had everything just like I wanted. It smells wonderful and shines like magic.I have had some really bad cleaning companies. She does not hire out, she does the work herself. I will definitely use her again. I would highly recommend her.

Cassie cleaned my home for 6-9 months. This review is being written about 1.5 weeks after we stopped doing business. I wanted to give it adequate time and thought so that it was fair and measured.The good: She did a good to very good job at cleaning and her rate was fair. She would drop off baked goods that she had made and would give my dog treats. I even thought she had been doing such a good job that I gave her a bonus at Christmas. She deep cleaned my oven and fridge at the beginning and washed all the windows. If she didn’t spend as long as normal cleaning the house, she would adjust the rate for the day.The bad: Cassie was a bit disorganized at times and, especially in the first couple months, she would change my cleaning days. (To her credit, she sorted her schedule and found a consistent time slot for me in the last few months.) Her attitude seemed to change after the New Year. Cleaning was good, but she didn’t seem to be going the “extra mile” like she had been. One time I told Cassie before a cleaning that I noticed the baseboards were getting dirty and a few cobwebs. She reacted very defensively and I had to calm her down and de-escalate. Right at the end, she sent me a text message (that she admitted was meant for someone else) where she was clearly trash talking me.Summary: While Cassie had done an overall good job and I was happy with the value of her service, I stopped doing business with her because of her unprofessional behavior and disrespect toward me. It’s unfortunate that things went poorly in the end.Edit: I haven’t changed the 3 star rating or the text of my review, but I’m adding a screenshot of some text messages Cassie has sent me since the review. I’m not going to respond because my goal isn’t to fight/argue with her. My goal is to to let potential customers know the kind of person they would be letting into their homes.

Cassie kept my house for four years, until I moved away from the area. She cleaned every two weeks and was reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and had high standards for cleanliness. She communicates very well and ensures our house is in prestinecondition. She even would buy little things to make our home look better. She checks our home and make sure everything is in place after each guest which helps us file a claim if necessary.In the short amount of time, Cassie has truly wowed us. We don’t look at her as our cleaning service, we look at her as family. I hired Cassie to help a friend whos having some health issues. Im sure it was a bit strange, since it all had to be arranged long distance, but the end results are wonderful! My friend is extremely happy with how her apartment looks and cant wait to start 2019 with a clean house!

OMG!!! Bought our first house in Galveston, TX and we were moving from about 90 miles north of there. I hired Cassies Housecleaning to do a deep clean on my home before our big move and let me just say they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! I was blown away with the quality of work that was done and I strongly recommend you use them! They were so flexible with my schedule (I rescheduled the time twice with them) and as I was not able to be at the home while they were there, they stayed in constant communication with me of their arrival and exit and such. Thank you so much Cassie for the great care you gave my special first home!!!

Totally unpofessional. We agreed on a price, then I sent her multiple emails trying to schedule a time for her to come but I never heard back from her. If youre looking for someone reliable, I wouldnt count on her.

Cassie does a great job. She is very thorough and careful. She loves pets, so they are safe around her. She does an amazing job of cleaning up the pet hair. My dog, Lola, loves her. I recommend her highly.

I started using Cassie when a colleague of mine recommended her and I have been extremely happy with her work. My place is always sparkling clean from top to bottom and smells great. My tub has always been tough to clean since I rent my place and it is a cheaper tub but Cassie always seems to get it right. Also she cleans my microwave, refrigerator, and oven to perfection. I have a ton of brick dust from my wall and Im forever losing a lot of hair. There is none of that in sight when she is finished and my place stays and feels clean for a while after she has cleaned it. I highly recommend Cassie and her services. She takes her time and does a thorough job.
